Our first exposure to this grill was on a boat. Salt water is a tough enviornment on anything metal, but this Kenyon grill is built of stainless steel and held up to not only Mother Nature but the pounding of waves that a boat endures. After two years, it still looks new. So we ordered a grill for the house. Frankly, I was tired of cleaning our big gas grill that was more about show than actual use. Cleaning is so easy. The lid and cooking grate go right into the dishwasher. As for effectiveness, the burner and grate are creatively engineered to nest securely and spread the heat evenly. In five minutes or less you are ready to grill at whatever temperature you desire. And get this, the pan beneath the heating element can be filled with water to mitigate any smoke, so we cook indoors as well. We've added apple juice to the pan to add flavor to pork chops. Last Christmas I bought my wife the griddle option and she now makes a pizza like flat bread and other snacks when we are entertaining and don't want a big meal.

It works really well, but I don't understand why it is so expensive. I purchased a second unit and had it installed on my 56-foot boat. This electrical stove avoids the need for a second fuel on the boat and eliminates the hazards of propane, a real benefit in a confined space.

Moving to a condo necessitated some changes. Having to move to an electric grill from a gas almost was a deal breaker on buying a condo. The grill is expensive but I believe it is worth the price. I grill out at least 2 times a week. I also went to an electric from a wood smoker. I have cooked hamburgers, steak, wings, marinated chicken, and a middled eastern marinated chicken recipe with yogurt etc.

The hamburgers are just as good as the gas grill. The steak not quite as good but decent. Wings were just as good and even more tender. My marinated chicken recipe was just as good and also more tender. The middle eastern recipe was good but not as crisp on the outside as I would have liked. Instructions say to cook with cover down. I enjoy grill cooking with a spatula in one hand and a beer in the other. Thats why I like to keep the cover open if I can. The hamburger, steak, and wings I cook with the cover open. The marinated chicken recipes I cook with the cover closed. Make sure you have the proper amount of water in the aluminum pan. I (operator error) cooked one night and the next night just assumed I had water in the pan. It must have evaporated when I cooked the night before and I had a mini-bonfire. It is a great grill and I would recommend it despite the cost to anyone who is into grilling and cannot have a gas or charcoal grill.

I love using this grill! It sears meat perfectly and gives you that great, grilled flavor without the smoke and mess. The non-stick grill is also great because you don't have to worry about food sticking when you try to flip it. And it's easy to clean. The best part is there is no smoke, so I can grill indoors all year round.

My wife and I have an all electric motorhome, meaning no propane on board. Consequently I didn't really want to introduce propane into our equation and charcoal is too messy for everyday use when traveling so we researched electric grills and came up with the Kenyon. We've had it for about 4 months now and use it almost everyday when the weather is good enough to cook outdoors. It does everything and does it well. The grill heats quickly and evenly and we do everything from steaks to eggs on it with great success. I would highly recommend this grill and even though it's quite expensive, this is, in our minds, a clear case of getting what you pay for. The one negative I have is that the grill will shut down after being on for awhile and sometimes then needs to cool down before you can turn it back on. Otherwise this is a 5-star product all the way.

The replacement burners fit perfectly. The Charmglow grill was only 3 years old, and getting the old parts out was a challange. Needed to cut the old tubes in half (most just rusted apart) to gain access to the 2 retaining screws. Also had to drill out several of the retaining screws because the heads broke off...rusted as well! A bit of advice....remove the screws from the air mixture doors from the old tubes, they fit the burner retaining holes and will replace the ones you need to drill out...as long as that doesn't excede the number of replacement screws :)

Also, look around the site as they have package deals, I bought 5 at individual prices but could have saved $15 if I saw the 5 element package.

All in all a great deal (lowest prices I could find) to bring you grill back to life, great price, fast shipping and will be enjoying this grill for many years to come. Thanks Amazon for performing to your expert level time and time again.

I purchased 5 of these for my Nexgrill. OEM stock was $50 a burner. I had not plan to put $250 into a $500 grill for burners alone. These fit great and worked perfect.

I shopped around and these were by far the least expensive replacement burners out there. 5 burners for

around $40 w/shipping was great. They fit like a glove. The burners are offered by length so just measure the

total length of what you need.

The part was of reasonable quality, but was very overpriced for this replacement part. It is basically sheet metal and will likely corrode as quickly as the original. At this price it should be made of stainless steel.

Ordered for Broil King Sovereign 90 LP Gas Grill. Fits great with a little extra room (if desired) for spare tank under either of the counter or hot plate. It's sturdy, good-looking, easy to put on and off, and high-quality. We like it almost as much as the grill...well, not quite, but you get the picture.

The cover is well made, it looks durable, the blue stitching looks nice. The large handles at the top are comfortable and in a good place to make removing the cover a breeze. The stitched emblem looks nice as well. Only time will tell how it lasts.

Honest reviews on Broil King 68489 Heavy-Duty PVC Polyester Grill Cover

The cover was shipped and received timely. Very satisfied with the quality. But the size was miss stated by the supplier it is actually 72x23x48 not 58x21.5x48 as the supplier states. I will need to modify the length to fit properly. But it is the one I ordered so chalk one up to poor research. But over all the quality is great. Just make sure of proper size.

The shipment was received on time and in good shape. The description on Amazon describedthe mat as "65 inches X 25 inches X 1 inch thick". This would imply it would be of rigid construction or at least a heavy mat that would not blow in the wind. Unfortunately this may not be the case.

Buy 13361 (15.8") 3-pack Stainless Steel Burner Replacement for Select

Customer Ratings:

Ordered replacement parts for a Jenn-Air 720-0336. Stainless Steel (SS) Heat Plates, SS Cooking Grid/Grill and 3 SS Burner Replacements. Both the heat plates and grill fit fine. Burner replacements posed a challenge. Length and width were fine, the challenge was on the venturi opening/collar sizing. Once I was successful in removing the screws that secure the burners at the rear of the BBQ and attempted to insert the replacement burners, the venturi opening/collar would not fit onto the gas valve. Measured the inside diameter of the old burner(s) at .465" using calipers. The repalcement burner measured .425". One review suggested a tight fit and that they used a lubricant and was able to get the burner installed. I did not attempt that for fear I would damage either the gas valve and/or the repalcement burner. The fit was just too tight to attempt or force. Delivery was prompt and product seems to be a good value provided I can get replacement burners that fit the gas valves.

The burners work great, once I got them installed. The collar opening was a little too small to push on at a angle; finally used spray oil lubricant and got them on.

Best Deals for 13361 (15.8") 3-pack Stainless Steel Burner Replacement for Select

I bought these burners to replace the original burners on a 5 year old Jenn Air grill. The originals had started to crack and were getting a bit rusty. The new burners were very easy to install, even with no instructions. The only snag was a couple of mounting screw heads that had rusted away and had to be drilled out. 60 minutes later, after replacing the three burners and the regulator / hose assembly the grill was putting out much more heat and the flame was back to a nice healthy blue color. Very easy and affordable tune up to get your older grill cooking like new again.

Buy BBQ built-in grill cover up to 30"

Customer Ratings:

This cover is exactly what I needed. It is very attractive and keeps the rain off the grill and more importantly, from getting into the cabinet the grill is built into. My grill is 30" on the outer rim. The cover is over the grill and the rotisserie motor/ light unit and fits well. It has Velcro straps at the grill handle level to keep it in place if it is windy. We have had some heavy rains and the cover works great. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this grill cover for my Bull Angus Grill. The quality of the material and stitching is very good. The color has not faded this summer and is perfect for our patio. The fit over the body of the grill is perfect. The elasatic around the base has held the cover on in high winds during storms this summer. The front flap is short in the width approximately 1 1 1/2 inches and does not completely cover the corners of the of the face that houses the control knobs. Overall, I would recommend this cover.

This is a grill you would want to invest in because it is built better than any other charcoal grill on the market. It was very easy to assemble , it uses less charcoal because of the design, the door is able to seal very well to hold the heat in longer than any grill Ive had. great for ribs and chicken !! Downfall is it isnt set up for a rotissory, but with this grill it holds a steady temp for long periods of time and with offset grilling you wont need one.

We have a gas grill and I really miss the flavor you get from using wood in the barbecue. These cans give you the tastiness of real wood smoke without the mess. It's all self contained so it's pretty convenient in that way. You just poke a hold in the top and place it over the fire. I feel like it generally takes one can per BBQ. It says that you can use it for 2 times or more, but I haven't found that to be true yet.

Gourmet Cedar Cooking Wraps Review

Customer Ratings:

While I haven't bought from this particular buyer I have tried them before. Imagine wrapping fresh halibut and asparagus with dill and a squirt of lemon with these cedar wraps. Then imagine the coals burning and steaming the wood to make it nice and moist. If you like planked fish then you'll love these

I have used the wraps with fish with splendid results. I add my marinade, vegetables and tie it up. Here are the pros:

-cooking at higher temperature without burning

-leaves no mess on the grill

-marinading as youre cooking

-adds smokey flavor

-great presentation

-no tongs required to flip

cons:

-no grill marks on the food

-extra cost

-didn't provide enough of the twine for all the wraps

Planks are wasteful in my opinion. This is both an environmentally conscious option as well as allowing for a shorter cooking time. The fish comes out delicious and evenly cooked. I bought four pkgs as we cook with these wraps all of the time.

Honest reviews on Gourmet Cedar Cooking Wraps

I purchased cedar wraps a few years ago that were great. These would be but 6 x 7 inches is too small for wrapping even an average size piece of salmon. Even after soaking, they split before you can tie them. I will try using 2 wraps the next time and go back to buying the 7.25 x 8 inch size.

We found a similar product at one of our local grocery stores the Fire & Flavor brand endorsed by Gena Knox and tried them to use with salmon steaks. They were easy to use and allowed us enough room to add garnishes as well as some fruits and vegetables to cook in and marinade with the salmon steaks. For some reason, our grocery store stopped carrying them and we couldn't find them again so we came to Amazon to fine them which wasn't a problem because you can find EVERYTHING on Amazon! However, while searching for them we found this brand and it seemed to be a comparable product at a little better value so we decided to give them a try. They work just as well and we get a few more sheets for a little less money so these are a great option for us. Will definitely re-purchase and would recommend to others.

I bought my Vision Grill Pro in May this year and I have grilled on it about 30 times so far and every time I love it. I was worried at first because it was much cheaperr to buy than the other name brands I saw for sale but have no fear this is a high quality unit. I liked it to because they didn't nickle and dime me like the other name brands seemed to want to do with expensive add ons. this comes with the stand the side boards, cover and ready to cook. 3 of my friends have bought the same Grill since thay have seen mine in action and they love theirs too. I have done Pork butts, Baby back ribs, Steaks, Dogs, Burgers, BBQ chickens, Beer butt chickens Potatos, Corn, and it makes them all a notch way up from the old gas grill. I use an electric starter and lump charcoal and wood chips for flavor. Great great grill you will love it.

I am in love with my Vision Grills Pro Kamado!

I had been searching for a Kamado style grill for quite a while. Reading reviews, blogs, word of mouth, you name it. I finally settled on a Vision Pro.

I was over at a neighbors house and he was using an alike frog colored grill and was complaining about their customer service and the fact that any accessories like a stand were an extra purchase. So I decided on the Vision based on this and several blogs and what owners who owned a Vision and other brands had to say.

First I will say that the customer service is second to none! They are fast, friendly, and it's obvious they grill!

Secondly, the grill is great looking. It is well made. Solid. And VERY easy to use. The calibrated top vent and dials make finding a temperature and keeping it there very easy. Add the lava stone for slow cooking to dissipate the direct heat.

Your proteins will be moist, succulent, smokey (if you wish). You will be the envy of all your friends, and be prepared for everyone to volunteer you and your grill for get togethers.

Look no further. This is an incredible Kamado. And the value can not be beat!

Overall, the grill performs as advertised. The problem I have is maintaining a low temp of 225. If I only put enough fuel to achieve this temp the the fuel burns out after about 3 hrs and there is no convenient way to add more.

Honest reviews on Vision Grills Pro Kamado Barbecue Bundle Grill

This is a great grill. I would have given it 5 stars if it came with some cooking tips and/or recipes to try. You are on your own. I've never used a grill like this before so it took some Internet searching for how to use it.

I really liked the price and how this cooker grilled and seared; the food it produced was incredibly tasty. However, controlling the temperature for low and slow smoking was very difficult at best, others have also mentioned this issue.

I also had several quality issues, most of which the manufacturer was quick to resolve. Customer Service is very good. Since the grill was less than 2 months old, I was unhappy with the multiple quality issues, the effort required to control temperatures for low and slow cooking and became concerned this grill would not last for the many years expected. Thus it was returned.

My issues were:

1) the firebowl rocked in the vessel and needed to be replaced on day one

2) the unit arrived with the ash drawer housing not attached to the vessel and the electric starter door would not close

3) The plastic pull on the top vent snapped

4) sooty condensation leaked through the electric starter port and dripped on my decking

5) maintaining a low and steady temperature for smoking required too much time and attention.

I decided to spend a little more money and invested in a more tried and true product and have not looked back.
