We live near a park and love to have picnics there. This mini-grill has cut down on all the supplies we use to have to bring. Just bring this grill, hotdogs, buns, mustard, sodas, matches and go! It lights very quickly, and gets very hot. It holds enough for three small thin steaks, four hamburgers or several hotdogs. The heat lasts long enough to cook the food to well done, but if you want second helpings, or want to toast marshmellows, bring two grills with you. Also, don't forget to bring water to put the coals out when you leave, and you're done! Great for bringing to the football games for pre-game parties as well.

I bought 5 of these to keep on hand for camping trips. It sits pretty low so I was concerned about using it on a picnic table just on the wood, but found that it is ideal on the fire ring at the campsite. Cooked a steak very well, and I loved being able to just toss it out the next day. They are small, so don't expect to fit a lot of food on just one.

Big waste of time and money.This was NOT the heavy lined cover. It did not have the "velco"loops. The bag it came in was heavier than this cover. I returned it. A garbage bag would work was well as this rip off cover. Way over priced.

Don't waste your money. Even in very mild year-round weather it doesn't hold up. I agree that a trash bag would be better, and you can buy a lot of trash bags for $24.99!

Best Deals for Char-Broil Patio Caddie Grill Cover

I have purchased several of these covers in the three years I have owned my grill, because I have lost two to wind and the third was torn up over time. Unfortunately, Char-Broil is the only company that makes this particular shape, so there are no options. The material is extremely flimsy, and it is not long enough to tuck under the bottom of the grill to prevent it from blowing away. Id say, buy a Weber cover that can fit over the Patio Caddie its probably more durable.

I disagree strongly with the other reviewer who basically said this cover was flimsy and not worth the $15. (I do agree that the cover isn't all that attractive but let's face it, most people aren't buying a grill cover for the looks and frankly even if you are, this one looks like most every other grill cover I have ever seen; it's charcoal gray in color.) Now just like the other reviewer, my husband and I live in a condo, on the third floor even, and it gets pretty windy up there but never once has our grill cover even come close to flying off; not even during the Nor'easters we had last winter (we live in New England). In fact, we found that the cover fits snuggly over our Patio Caddie Grill and is long enough that it reaches and sits flush against our balcony floor. With that said, I think this is well worth the $15 since it is the perfect fit for the odd-shaped Patio Caddie Grill!

We had one of these the interior is lined with some fabric which collects dust and bugs. When I bought another Patio Caddie I opted to also get The Char-Broil 4714 Heavy Duty Water Smoker Cover which fits The Caddie just fine and is only $10. It has an elastic band which you may or may not like I snipped mine and it now falls easily with no annoying fabric lining to boot!

An awful lot of poorly marked parts to assemble. It is quite thin metal in all parts. One burner did not work but supplier was quick to replace. I am debating about returning it and opting for Nexgen stainless unit.

I am excited, to do a review, on these new Emeril Smoker Bags from Camerons products.

First thing I noticed when opened was the bag is very big and hold a lot of meat, fish, vegies, pork, whatever you want to get some smoke on.

Review of Nomex High Heat Gasket with Adhesive Upgrade Kit for Primo Kamado

I bought this gasket after I burned my second factory Primo gasket making a pizza on my Kamado grill. This product was as described and was shipped quickly. The quality of the gasket seems to be there and installation was a breeze. This gasket has the adhesive already on the back with a peel-away strip that you remove when you are ready to place the gasket. I had no trouble installing the gasket. So far it has performed well, I have yet to do a high temp pizza bake though, and will update my review with the results when I do.

A few notes:

1) Be sure to clean the rim of your Primo well before installation. This is important to ensure that this gasket has a good bond to the grill. The best way to do this is to get a scraper and scrape your old gasket off. Then I used some fine sandpaper to get any other grit/fiber off of the rim. Lastly, use some acetone and a cloth to remove any residual adhesive from the last gasket off of the grill and let the rim dry.

2) This gasket does NOT need to be 'pre-shrunk' in the dryer. If you attempt to do this you will most likely ruin the adhesive on the back and probably your dryer as well. This is not like other gaskets that have a separate adhesive and can be pre-shrunk prior to installation.

I will attempt to update this review as I continue to grill to comment on the durability and 'high heat resistance' of this gasket.

UPDATE 7/27/13 This gasket is still running strong. I have done many low and slow as well as high heat cooks and the gasket still adheres well and has not burnt up like the factory gasket did. More than likely the biggest reason people have trouble with the gasket adhering is because they did not clean the grill correctly. Be sure to use the scraper/sandpaper/ and acetone.

I would still give this gasket 5 stars.

The directions for applying the new gasket are invaluable. Using acetone to do the final cleaning prior to applying the gasket is crucial. The new gasket attached perfectly and stays in position following several hot temps. I really like the density of the gasket. It will last for some time and I would highly recommend this particular gasket for all Primo grill users.

I have had this grill for a long time and it got to a point that I needed to replace the insides of it. I was able to clean up the burner with out issue, but the flavorizer was junk. I purchased this one, put it in the grill and ran it on high for about 10 minutes before cooking with it. No more flare ups or major hot spots.

these were packaged in a small box inside of a large box. I was not aware that the small box had one end open, when I picked it up out of the larger box one of the burners slid right out and broke. Not happy at all with how the packaging was done.

I bought these for my Bull Angus BBQ. Bull sells (stainless steel) burners for around $60 a piece. I was very happy to find this (cast iron) 4 pack for the same price as just one "official" replacement. The short story is that the burner fits into my grill ok, but there are some caveats:

1) The rectangular portion of the tube, where the flame comes out, is pretty much the same size as the original ones they are replacing. The base tube, however (where the gas comes in) is about a half inch shorter. Fortunately, this doesn't seem to cause any problems.

2) The base tube is thicker than my originals. They will still fit into the orifices on the grill, but the old shutter clips don't wrap around properly. Since these burners didn't come with shutter clips of their own, I'm not operating without them. Since these clips adjust the air/fuel ratio, and they are supposed to be closed for Natural Gas (NG), this means that I am possibly operating at decreased efficiency. The clips are supposed to be open for Liquid Propane (LP) setups, so this would be less of an issue.

Currently, I have two of these installed in my (4 burner) grill. Since they are replacing burners that were partially incapacitated, I do get more heat then I was getting before.

These burners fit my Jenn-Air (720-062) grill perfectly. I purchased the four-pack. They appear nearly identical to the original burners (which, like these were also made in China). I decided to weigh one, and sure enough they even weigh the same as the originals, so you know they are constructed with the same amount of cast iron. My originals lasted 10 years, heck, if for some reason these were to only last 5, at this low price it doesn't matter. Not when most Jenn-Air replacements are going for $30 EACH.

Buy BBQ built-in grill cover up to 30"

This cover is exactly what I needed. It is very attractive and keeps the rain off the grill and more importantly, from getting into the cabinet the grill is built into. My grill is 30" on the outer rim. The cover is over the grill and the rotisserie motor/ light unit and fits well. It has Velcro straps at the grill handle level to keep it in place if it is windy. We have had some heavy rains and the cover works great. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this grill cover for my Bull Angus Grill. The quality of the material and stitching is very good. The color has not faded this summer and is perfect for our patio. The fit over the body of the grill is perfect. The elasatic around the base has held the cover on in high winds during storms this summer. The front flap is short in the width approximately 1 1 1/2 inches and does not completely cover the corners of the of the face that houses the control knobs. Overall, I would recommend this cover.
