I am excited, to do a review, on these new Emeril Smoker Bags from Camerons products.

First thing I noticed when opened was the bag is very big and hold a lot of meat, fish, vegies, pork, whatever you want to get some smoke on.

This smoker bag, will work in the oven ,on the grill ,or over coals on a campfire.

The 3 ply makeup of this bag , includes a separate chamber ,with hickory chips, syrup, and sugars ,that mskes the smoke ,that travels,into the other part of the bag where the food is and imparts a moist, smokey, flavor, that takes whatever is in the bags taste, to a new level.

Once you remove the food ,you fold,and toss, the smoker bag, in the garbage ,it's that easy. I highly recommend this bag ,because it is so easy to use ,and you end up with a very flavorful, finished, product.

Product Didn't work...had no mesquite smell whatsoever once finished grilling. Price is good, but actual product didn't work for me
