I don't leave reviews for things unless they really stand out as being a good purchase for me. My husband and I often talk about how impressed we are with this grill and how it's easier than our gas grill was. I bought this grill because my new apartment complex did not allow open-flame grills on the patios. I searched amazon for the cheapest outdoor electric grill that got good reviews and decided on this one (it also comes in other colors, which had good reviews, but I wanted black). I had planned on buying a table to put the grill on, but ended up just using a wooden TV tray that I had which worked out just fine.

I had never used an electric grill before so I didn't know what to expect would it take forever to cook, would things taste different, etc. Turns out things taste exactly the same as I remember them tasting on the gas grill. I just preheat it on high for about 5 minutes, put the food on, close the lid, and come check on it every 5 minutes or so. I leave it on the highest setting all the time. I've grilled chicken, steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, crab legs, veggie burgers and catfish. I don't remember my gas grill cooking hamburgers this well actually. It's not easy to burn food on this grill I've forgotten about my hamburger and came back like 15 minutes later to find that it hadn't burned the side facing down, just started cooking the other side, so I didn't really even need to flip it. I use it maybe once or twice a week. I've had it for 8 months now and besides having a little grime on it because I never clean it, it works good as new.

Putting it together was easy, not very many steps, probably took 15-20 minutes. It's a pretty good size, you could easily fit 4 hamburgers on there with plenty of room around them. I use it for myself and my husband though, so I haven't put a ton of food on it at once. Amazon doesn't have a lot of information or photos of this grill, so I would recommend looking on other websites for more photos and specs.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this grill, I can't think of any features it is lacking that I need. Since I always leave it on the high setting, I just plug it in, cook my food and unplug it, it's really easy.

This grill is exactlly what I wanted. I take it out on the back porch, plug it in. It's ready to go in 5 minutes. Grill my stuff. And it's cooled down in 20 minutes. No charcoal or propane tanks. No fuss! And the food tastes "grilled". Yum!

I had a smaller grill earlier and it broke so I seen this on here and said what the hell. Well this is much better than my old one because of all the space it has for cooking large pieces of meat. Pretty simple to put together ,took about 15-20 min. Cook most of my meat on this thing ,well worth the money i got it for it.

After trying to cook a thawed out steak of 1" thickness on this grill for the first time, I gave up after 45 minutes! The steak was barely warm. I contacted the manufacturer who first wanted to send me another heating element. But this unit was also larger than I expected, so they agreed to let me return the unit. I had to wash it off and put it back in the box, but at least the manufacturer refunded my purchase price promptly, including the return shipping cost. So I gave 2 stars since the manufacturer was courteous about the return. Perhaps it was a bad heating element but I have never purchased an electric grill that did not work well.

Anyone who grills a lot knows that heat plates don't last forever. I grill a lot. The first heat plate that came with my Fiesta grill lasted all of a couple months. It was made of some kind of galvanized material that just seemed to disintegrate and rust almost as soon as I started using it. I was able to find this plate at a local hardware store and it was great it lasted probably close to 2 years which with as much as I grill is a pretty nice time frame considering I also live in a state with 4 seasons and that gets used on cold winter days and hot and humid summer days.

It's very easy to install with bolts that come with it. With my particular grill there's no way to 'permanently' install it, (the grill itself does not have the holes built into it) but it is built in a way that it sits on the raised edges the way it's meant to do, and it's snug enough that while I am always moving my grill in and out of the garage it stays put. It's also wider than the original heat plate that came with it, and has more vents, so I get a much nicer even grill and I'm not shuffling food around all over because one side is hotter than the other.

Eventually it will succumb to the the heat and weather, and starts to fall apart, but for the price and how nicely it works, I really can't complain. My only complaint is that my local hardware stores don't carry it anymore which is no fault of the manufacturer.

Used this to replace the ceramic briquette's and grate. Attached the 4 long screw legs. Drilled 4 holes in the in the base to match the leg location. Used the extra nuts on the legs to set the height. Placed the legs in the holes. The unit heat plate can be lifted out for cleaning. I thought this might reduce the flare ups you get with the briquette's. It didn't. Other than that it works OK. Have not cleaned it yet.

This is my second time buying this upgrade/replacement heat plate. That's meant to be a compliment, it's solid and it lasts long enough, a few years. I like to replace parts as needed instead of the whole grill. (No matter how much you spend on a new grill, and even if you keep it covered, outdoor moisture plus the heat of the flame will erode steel parts over time.) This has an extension piece so you can expand the length to fit your grill, but it's a good size to begin with. Solid and heavy metal. I recommend it.

Silly me, I thought that since I had a Grill Pro that this universal "Grill Pro " replacement plates would fit. No. I ordered 2 sets of these just to find out that they are HUGE!!! And they have an expansion piece.... Geeze I would love to see what size grill this fits! I have a 3 Burner and they are just way to big. So if you have a normal size grill (3 burner) this product will not fit. However the quality seems to be very good their just useless to me.

Needed a replacement for my old grill which was in bad shape. I liked the camp chef stoves for all of the accessories that you can get with it. The retail price is a bit absurd in my opinion, and recently another online vendor had a sale with this stove and the stainless steel BBQ box for around $300. I couldn't pass that up.

Setup was VERY easy, and it looks like I could actually break it down for travel to tailgate or go camping with larger groups. I had to adjust the igniters a little bit out of the box, but that was no biggie. One of the knobs is a little hard to turn, but it is fully functional. Recently I used the BBQ box to grill chicken for chicken Alfredo and brought the pasta pot out to cook on the stove. Yeah the pasta was done a whole lot quicker outside on the stove with a real burner than on my flat top electric stove. The BBQ box worked very well for the chicken, and the temps inside the BBQ box even at low settings was pretty high if I kept it closed. And I didn't even have to use that high of a setting on the burners underneath the BBQ.

Another reviewer commented about how the numbers and lettering wore off, well that happened on my old grill because it wasn't covered and these areas were exposed to extreme sun and rain. I have a cover for my somerset to keep things in better shape for longer.

Great BTU output but thats about it.

I have three out of 4 control knobs that cant be used because they are too stiff to turn. All the writing has worn off every knob, the igniter knob has broken off at the shaft and stripped out the knob. The control knobs get so hot you must use mittens to turn them when you can get them to turn. The two burner grill box is great for a few months but now has rusted out and tweaked out of shape. I bought a metal plate diffuser to put between the burners and the bottom of the grill box which helped but the box is just designed cheap. Grill is always covered and under a roof over with no exposure to the rain.

I contacted the company and am currently waiting on an answer.

This item is several hundred overpriced for the quality.

I ordered three of these items as replacement heat plates for my Char Broil grill, model 463352405. My daughter's birthday is just around the corner and I wanted to revitalize my grill for a cook-out in the park where her party will take place. When I received the three items, I discovered that this product does not meet the manufacturing requirements to be called a model 94631 heat plate. The heat plates are set at too sharp of an angle to allow for proper alignment of the "prongs" at either end to set correctly in the grill; the size of the "prongs" was not an issue. In order to make these work, I had to flatten each plate (not by much, either) which caused the coating to chip off the ends. Of course, this means the rest of the heat plate will likely be fine but the "prongs" will inevitably rust much faster. Therefore, this manufacturing flaw will be the very reason these items will fail prematurely. A smarter version of me would have discovered this well in advance of the party, but at this point I have to just keep moving ahead with preparations. Buyer beware: if you intend to hold on to your grill for a while (2 years or more), you would be better off looking elsewhere.

It'll do the job but it doesn't exactly fit the brackets for my Charbroil Advantage. I tried to force it a bit and bend it to fit the brackets but it chipped off some of the ceramic coating.

Char-broil performance grill. The parts look the same on the screen but once you place them in the grill you will find that the slots do not line up. You can't bend or adjust the part without the coating chipping and cracking off. These should not be sold for thesis grill.

I ordered this grill light for my husband for Christmas and when he opened it it didn't work. I called the vendor(not Amazon) and they had a return form emailed to me. I immediately filled it out and had been assured I would hear something that same day. I never heard anything and when I called no one picked up. I contacted Amazon and they couldn't get in touch with them either but immediately shipped another similar product to me. My husband had to jiggle a few wires on the replacement light but it now works. By the way, the unresponsive company was Orange Onions. I actually use this light by clamping it onto the stand I use with my laptop. I don't have to put on a big light when I use my laptop at night. The LED's are bright for the size of the light.

These steel doors were part of a "kit" that I bought from a Cambridge Paving distributor for an outdoor cook center that included the Bull Brahma grill. They were packaged in their own box and the doors were not bent or otherwise defective. However, the handles were missing, so the distributor had to get me a set, which he did.

They look nice once installed, but the professional installers who put them on for me needed some additional parts to make them fit properly, and noted that the frame for them could have been designed better. Hence the four star rating. However, once installed they open and close easily, and give me access to storage space in my cook center.

This 22lb door was being protected by 2 inch strip of styrofoam that is clearly not up the task of preventing damage to the door frame. If you haven't read reviews like this before on BULL products then keep looking. They are more the rule than the exception. I saw these comments before I purchased this and shame on me for thinking my experience would be different.

I bought a portable Aussie Grill thinking I could use it in my RV. Well, it worked satisfactorily the handful of times I used it. Then, in less than a year and within the "warranty", one of the telescoping legs broke. I called the Aussie Grill company and at first they said they would send a replacement for free. They then called back and said they no longer make that model and there are no parts. It's under a year old and I have a useless grill. They wouldn't compensate me in any fashion. This company does not back their products. DO NOT BUY AN AUSSIE GRILL!!

I have had this grill for about 5 years now and haven't had any major issues with it. The lantern and side burner are great accessories and looks impressive when all set up. I had to get a replacement igniter but now it works fine.you jut have to leave the lid closed while you light it. The torch is brighter than any gas lantern I have but doesn't supply light to the coking surface due to the lid. After 5 years my lid is finally coming apart but it will only take replacing the bolts on the hinge. Also, the side burner knob has broken off and I'm trying to fine a replacement. The only real con is the shape of the grill. It's very awkward to try to fit it in the car with all of my camping/tailgating gear. All-in-all I would absolutely buy this product again. you can't beat the whole package with all the accessories you get.

These "stainless" flavorizer bars are made of a stainless steel that attracts a magnet, so probably a 400-series not a higher-grade 300-series stainless. For around $40-delivered, you can buy the identical-size and model # product from Riversedge, made of a similar 400-series stainless and twice the metal thickness. Check it outthe reviews for that 3rd-party product are quite good.

Save your money unless you want the panache of the Weber brand. Even better, talk to a local steel companyyou'll be pleasantly surprised at the cost of having flavorizer bars custom-madeit isn't rocket science.

I have an 15+ year old Weber grill that came with porcelain steel grates and flavorizer bars. I've already replaced the grates and bars once (along with a few other pieces). Although I was happy with the quality of the previous parts, I decided to take a chance on the more expensive stainless parts. I'm glad I did. They seem to be a little heavier, holding the heat better, and so far are holding up extremely well.

Ever have trouble with scallops playing ring-a-round-the-rosie when you have them skewered and on the grill. You most certainly don't have to worry about that with these babies. We bought two sets to make sure we have enough when we have our friends over. Only drawback I think is the wood handles. Granted the wood is small it's still a bit worry some when on the grill. We soak the handles for good measure. The metal tongs are the perfect length and are securly mounted to the handles. No worry there. Never have your food try to fight with you again on the grill with these. We love them.

We used these at a cookout with my brother-in-law several months back and the easiest place to find them for s was amazon. They look fragile(the wooden handle), but the heat and use does not damage the wood. he has had his for an extended period of time. The flat style souble prong makes it so much easier to cook/flip/rotate skewers on a grill without the skewered food spinning opr falling off. If you like cooking stuff on a skewer, than this is definately worth the money!

These gloves are great for the money spent. First thing I would like to talk about are the pros and later I will discuss the cons.

The Pros of this product are numerous.

1. As long as you are wearing long sleeves, the comparatively short gloves are completely sufficient at protecting your wrist and forearm.

2. Durable in high heat

3. Comfortable inside lining

4. Rather stylish

The Cons are.

1. When gripping metal at around 800 degrees Fahrenheit (roughly 400 C) These gloves start to melt a little bit and are not sufficient at keeping out the heat.

2. It is hard to clean the inside lining. Especially if you are grilling with raw meat and a rub. So wash your hands first. I know this is a bit of a hassle but you don't want to tear your inside lining, which can happen when you clean it.

The cons are only applicable in certain circumstances which is why I would recommend this product. It is going to rock the gloves off your basic oven mitten :-)

I was looking for something to use with my propane grill that would allow me to remove various cooking utensils (mostly skewers and my fish-grilling basket) from the grilltop with more dexterity than the usual oven mitt. These gloves are handsome looking and very comfortable, but are nearly useless when it comes to heat resistance. If I grip a hot skewer for the 5-10 seconds required to remove meat or vegetables from it, my hand becomes very uncomfortable and I have to shift the skewer from one hand to the other. After just three uses, the fingertips of both gloves have partially melted and show the imprints of the round skewer heads on them. I have cotton oven mitts that are more heat resistant than these gloves, which is a shame because the gloves are very reasonably priced and seem nicely constructed. I would not recommend these for use with a barbecue grill. I am amazed that other users have given them such high praise; maybe the manufacturer has cheapened them or I got a defective pair.

UPDATE: I happened to look back on this review (July 2013) and I see the photo of these gloves has changed. The pair I received were made of black and red suede. The current photo shows an all black glove with what appear to be plastic appliques. Therefore, my review may no longer apply to this newer product.

I bought this glove because the top handle of my charcoal grill would hurt to touch when lifting the lid off. It works great for that purpose, I don't feel any heat when lifting the lid. I was also able to use it to pick up a vegetable grilling pan right off the grill and dump the vegetables instead of having to pick them up with tongs. After about 30 seconds I was starting to feel the heat off the pan through the glove, but it worked well for that purpose. It's also been great for moving lit fire logs around in a campfire. The glove it pretty long and covers up to my forearm, the ability to use it on either hand is also a great feature.

If you have BIG hands do not buy this product, one size does not fit all. I could not get my hands in this mit, I tried cutting the tips off the fingers and I still could not get my hand in much less close my fist. They should have small, Med, large and extra large. I hope this is helpful, I wish someone mentioned this.
