I ordered this grill light for my husband for Christmas and when he opened it it didn't work. I called the vendor(not Amazon) and they had a return form emailed to me. I immediately filled it out and had been assured I would hear something that same day. I never heard anything and when I called no one picked up. I contacted Amazon and they couldn't get in touch with them either but immediately shipped another similar product to me. My husband had to jiggle a few wires on the replacement light but it now works. By the way, the unresponsive company was Orange Onions. My husband seems happy with it and maybe we won't have underdone or overdone hamburgers anymore from grilling in the dark!I actually use this light by clamping it onto the stand I use with my laptop. I don't have to put on a big light when I use my laptop at night. The LED's are bright for the size of the light.
