This item is well made and reasonably strong. It works well but does not hold as much food as we need. I wish it was 4" maybe 5" longer and 2" wider. This is a nice item as is, so don't hesitate to try one.

Solid construction, a bit difficult for me to clean without gouging my fingers on the semi-sharp ends.. handles are great, fits into my brinkman smoker no problem. Only other dislike is they racks are way to close together for baby-back and spare ribs I have tried..I can squeeze them in, but ribs ate tight. After cooking sometimes difficult for me to get out. I would like to have a bit more spacing in between. If it does wear out I wont replace it with this rack, I will shop around for a better one.

we bought several Costco sized rib rack packages and loaded up this rack and another. (Smoked ribs freeze fantastically well BTW). I noticed that when loaded with ribs, there didn't seem to be much room for corn/potatoes, but as we weren't cooking any, it worked exactly as it should to smoke ribs.

I've had this item for 3 weeks now and I've already used it to make tandoori rotis and pizza pockets. They turned out marvelous! I am happy with the product. However I must mention that since the ceramic surface is porous, it tends to hold stains even after washing it off. They turned out smaller then i thought but my mistake. * inches is about the size of a personal pizza. we wanted to use it for the Totinos frozen pizzas but i believe they are about 10-12 inches. either way it still works great. we also use them to heat up the corn dogs and chicken nuggets for the kids. since it came with 4 we can portion each one out on one plate for each kid such as a couple chicken nuggets fries and a corn dog for a good Saturday afternoon lunch. I have been very pleased with the size and quality of these pizza stones. Primarily, I wanted to use one for baking small loaves of bread, which I typically do at least twice a week. These are easy to handle, and they easily fit in my "counter-top" oven as well as the traditional oven. I've also used 2-3 as weights to press down some dishes that required it. This week, I finally made pizza with them individually sized pizzas with different toppings for different people and they were perfect. As with other pizza stones, they will stain, etc., but that is to be expected. So far, the quality, size, weight, and effectiveness have been just right. In fact, my sister wants a set so that she can keep one at work and the rest at home. This was a good price for a good product.

First of all let me start by saying that I own 2 Big Green Egg's and I use them all the time. We cook pizza in them all the time as well. For our last party, we wanted to let our guests (30+ people) each make their own personal sized pizza. I have many toys for my eggs, however the pizza stones and rigs that I have now are more for large and deep dish style pizzas, not personal sized. These stones made everything a breeze, and they handle the high heat of the egg with ease. I cooked over 30 pizzas on them and loved every minute of it! Do not wash with soap, just use a scraper and scrape the remains off. If you are a Big Green Egg owner (congrats for owning the best bbq/grill/smoker/oven/etc in the world!) As you may know it is best just to place your stones back in the hot egg and let them cool with the egg, the high heat will clean the stones as well. I will buy more of these so I can cook 4 on my large egg along with the others on the XL. Again, just buy them, they are ridiculously cheap for what you get.

This grill is exactly as advertised. I've used this grill 3x and it still hasn't fallen apart, though there is some discoloration and the metal grill is difficult to clean.

I've successfully cooked up at a time: 4 burgers; 5 skewers; 3 chicken cutlets.

Only thing to worry about is that the body gets very hot so dumping the coals/packing up after use requires either time or water, or both to ensure that you don't get burned.

In summation, definitely worth the $7 I paid for it for its portability, so far durability, and inexpensiveness making it a throw away item if need be.

I bought two of these to replace the old wood handles, that came on my Weber Kettle 15 years ago. The discription is "Lid Handle". I used it also to replace the handle on the side of the kettle. I also suggest a cheap vinyl cover to protect your grill.

Simply stated, these handles replace those old rotten wood handles that leave much metal exposed which lend to easy burned fingers! Buy these and get the safety you need.

These handles virtually cover all the metal on the two sides and the top with rugged and attractive white plastic bearing the Weber logo. Also a plus is that they are easily installed with a Phillips screwdriver. These handles can be used not only for the lid, but for the two side handles on any Weber "Kettle" style grill. These grilling planks are simple to use--just soak them in water for a couple of hours and then put the lucky fish or meat item onto them and grill away!

I used them for grilling a large salmon fillet, and it turned out delicious! When the planks and fish came off of the grill, the smoky cedar aroma made my mouth water. The fish turned out flaky and moist.

However, these planks have a couple of cons that I wish I had understood beforehand.

1. They are made in China.

2. They are not meant to be reusable, and they cost over four dollars each so they are a bit of a splurge.

However, I do recommend giving them a try, especially if you enjoy learning new grilling techniques or have been looking for an easy way to grill fish.

Not only are they easy to use, they come with delicious recipes that make you seem like a skilled chef. My family hates fish but when I use these with the Planked Salmon Spice Rub they gobble it up and ask for more. It's almost a miracle.

I wanted stainless steel and got it with this. The only drawback is that the their is a slight movement when flipping burgers from left to right or when cleaning with a wire brush. Not quite as snug a fit as old grates.
