Cheap 22401(3-pack) Cast Iron Burner for Mcm, Brinkmann, Charmglow
My old burners lasted about 9 years. For the last 2 years the cast iron burners gradually rusted and closed the holes so that only about 70% of my grill surface could be used for cooking. The grill it self was not rusted and functioned like new so I purchased the new cast iron burners. I had to disassemble the grill to install the burners but they fit perfectly. The grease kept the nuts from rusting and were easy to undo. I keep the grill covered and expect to get another 7-10 years of service.Exact replacements... for a great value. I got all 3 of these in a 3 pack for the same price as buying 1 from the many other sellers. Same heavy gauge cast iron steel untis. The old ones were swapped out and these news ones in place within 5 minutes.

Could not find the Nexgrill burners in the store because they were not a standard size for the grill I had purchased at Costco several years ago. But they arrived on time and fit very well. The only item I would complain about is they did not come with the small screw and bolt parts to hold them in place.

Have used this grill for about a month now and I love it. Took a chance on it because I did not know anyone who had one before but decided it was worth the risk, so far so good. It was surprisingly not too hard to assemble. Took a fraction of the time it has taken me to assemble past grills. It heats up extremely fast and has grilled some of the best steaks I have ever had. It appears to be well worth the extra money, struggled with cheaper grills in the past and finally got tired of repairing and replacing parts. Have not used the rotisserie yet but I plan to soon.

Grill good. Fire bad. This cooking grid unsurprisingly held my food up and off of the flames I was using to cook it. I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to not just drop meat into a fire pit. The downside is that it just lets soup pass right through it and into the flames, dousing them.
This product was recommended for this purpose by AmazingRibs.com which I highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn techniques and recipes for grilling and smoking most anything.
Product arrived fast. Grate is sturdy and all for a good price.

I bought this to use as a charcoal grate rather than a cooking grate. Although it would be a very nice cooking grate. The reason I bought this was so that I could raise my blazing hot charcoals to less than a 1/2 inch from my meat for the times I need blazing hot temps for grilling such things as flat iron steaks. I grill on a Weber One Touch Gold 22.5 Inch Charcoal Grill and this grate fits perfectly under my cooking grate with just shy of 2 inches in between with no coals!!! Just enough for two layers of Kingsford briquettes. With the coals that close you can achieve major freaking hot temps!!! Perfect for searing. Its way easier than propping my old charcoal grate up with 3 bricks which left space along the sides that was easy to lose coals into. This product was recommended for this purpose by AmazingRibs.com which I highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn techniques and recipes for grilling and smoking most anything.

Char-Broil Lava Rock Review
Most of the rocks in the bag are too small and fall through my grill grate, probably won't purchase again.
As a result of purchasing , it is now performing as good as when I purchase it.

I am writing this review in lieu of all of you that HATE big and small lava rocks. Especially those that FALL THRU THE GRATE. I bought these and started to put them on the grill with little ones falling through and then realizing why my husband said when I asked if I could put these in HIS GRILL he said . "go ahead have fun". I didn't know what that meant at the time. I thought I would be able to pour the bag in the grill and wa-la, presto done. Not so!!! And he knew it. Well, for those who read this review and who bake I found the solution. Go to the store and buy a cookie cooling rack the size of the inner side of your grill. I bought one. Put it above the gas burner (on the grate that I would have had to neatly stack these lava rocks on) and poured the bag in. Presto, Done!!!! The cookie sheet squares are only 1/2 x 1/2" if that so even the smallest of the lava rocks would not fall through. I was done in seconds. :-)Best Deals for Char-Broil Lava Rock
My husband loves to have lava rocks in the gas grill. He had attempted to get them at chain hardware stores and couldn't find them. These rocks keeps him happy and me out of the kitchen.Honest reviews on Char-Broil Lava Rock
I was disapointed because one half of the lava rocks were to small. They were pebble size and fell through the grate.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Char-Broil Lava Rock

After having this cover for a year, I decided to buy one for my father for Christmas for his grill. The fabric is light and flexible and completely waterproof. It survived 50 mile per hour wind gusts and driving rain through hurricane Sandy on my back porch with ease and without leaking. My only grip is the color...dirt does show but it's easily wiped off with a wet rag. The company suggests you can wash it in a washer machine but I haven't tried. 10 year warranty and Made in the USA, can't beat that!

Had ordered this replacement battery ignitor for a 4 year old BBQ. A little worried that it would not fit but pleased to discover it is PERFECT. Shipping was quick and the item was exactly as described. Thank you. Happily BBQing ALL year long.
I didn't check it closely enough. This is a 4 ignitor generator. My grill is a 5 burner. Oh well, I'll use a match for the odd burner out.
So far seems to work reliably. Sparks every time I push the button.
Installation was easy, direct replacement for the OEM, same design. Wires attached to prongs securely.

I want to support companies who make products and employ workers here in the USA when I can. After a considerable amount of searching and comparison shopping, I was glad to find that Music City Metals had all the parts I needed and the parts were made in the USA! Even though the cost totaled about 2x the other vendors selling foriegn made parts, remembering the pain of being unemployed for 2 years, I felt it was worth the added expense to promote USA jobs. I was sorely disappointed when I received my order and found ALL of the products were either made in Taiwan or China. I'm angry at being defrauded to spend additional money for the same parts. I'm further angered for having to send the items back and wait for a refund so that I can reorder the same parts from a reputable company. The cost savings won't offset the hassle and delay. I needed these parts in a reasonable time frame which certainly has not happened. The misrepresentation coupled with the inconviennce and waiting has encouraged me to file a complaint with the FTC and my local Attorney General. I thought about just keeping the parts and taking my lumps, but in the long run if consumers don't fight back will we lose something even more valuable?Best Deals for Music City Metals 03340 Spark Generator Replacement for Select Gas

Discount Char-Broil Live Fire Heavy Duty Offset Grill Brush
I could not find anything in a store that compared to this item. I gave it as a gift to a grill master friend. He absolutely loved it.This brush is larger and heavier than I expected it to be! If it was about 2/3 the size it would be perfect. It is well constructed and it does scrub well, but it's really clunky to handle at least for me. I'm a short woman with small hands. Maybe a larger person would like this better.

I am writing this long term review because as so many reviews are just initial impressions when the product is new. They are hard to find, but some people will write a review later in the product's life cycle, especially if they have had problems. This is not one of those "problem" reviews. The Weber Q is my all time favorite grill.
Background Info:
I bought my "Q" back in 2004 when they first came out; there were only two models at the time, the Q and the Baby Q. The overall design theory and execution of a portable gas grill was amazing in my eyes like nothing I had ever seen before. I was in the market for a gas grill, and the portable nature yet still nice enough to grill on a daily basis design sold me instantly. I had used my dad's Weber gas grill since he bought it new in the mid 90's (comparable to today's Genesis models) and was impressed in every aspect, especially the longevity and quality of the components compared to "big box store" look-a-like grills. The price for a standalone Weber, like my dad's, was too high in my opinion, and I wanted more for my money. The Q's dual nature fit the bill perfectly. In addition to the Q, I bought about every accessory available at the time: rolling cart, Weber Q specific tools, cover, hose for external LP tank, etc. Every accessory followed right in line with the Q's portable design intent. The tools are my favorite as they snap into the side tables and easily fold up inside enhancing the go-anywhere part of the design. I recently (Summer 2008) upgraded my home setup to include the stationary cart for a more finshed look at home on the back patio.
Performance:
The grill holds a surprisingly large amount of food. I can grill for the whole family or more with no problems, (This totally depends on what you are grilling). I have grilled everything from the ubiquitous burgers, dogs, and brats to fajita meat and vegetables to corn on the cob and steaks. I can even fit 2-3 whole racks of ribs on the Q. Heating is surprisingly even with the rectangular shaped burner (which is stainless steel and after 4 seasons is showing zero signs of wear, corrosion, etc.). The heavy, thick cast iron grate should get most of the credit for the even heating. I really like the wide bars and tight spacing of the grate; I can grill sliced veggies and meats as if I were cooking on a skillet with no fear of them falling though. Temperature control is ultra easy with the single burner knob. I have taken the Q tailgating at sporting events, to picnics at the park, to friends' parties, etc. and it has performed flawlessly. It offers tons of cooking room for the size and minimal effort to bring along with the clever design of the grill and accessories. People are always amazed when they watch me unpack/pack the Q. Other than an occasional and end of season cleaning, this thing is maintenance free. Just brush off the grate, check the drip pan, and clean out the burned drippings in the bottom from time to time.
Final Thoughts:
Looking back at my Q experience, I wouldn't have it any other way. In fact, I can't imagine owning any other gas grill except another Q. If the day comes when I have to replace my beloved Q, I would probably stick with the original size, the 200 series; it is the perfect balance. The 300 series looks nice with the bigger size and extra burner, but I don't necessarily need the size and I feel it loses some of the portable utility that makes the original Q so great.
I thought about several other options for a replacement and settled on the Q200. There is a Q220 but it looks like the only feature that you get for the extra money is a thermometer built into the lid (the lid may be built a bit higher according to the description but I couldn't tell for sure). The Weber 300 is in a similar shape but it is more of a conventional grill with a cart and a 20lb. tank. I bought the Q200 for these reasons:
* I can use it on a cart or take it with me if I go somewhere and want a grill with me
* It has enough grill space for a meal for 4-6 people, plenty for my needs
* The fold-out shelves are really convenient
* I really loved my Q100 and I thought that I should stick with a winning, proven design
I bought the better cart for this and I use the big 20# gas cannister. However, if it runs out at a bad time I can use the smaller cannisters as back-up. Plus, when I travel with it I leave the big tank and cart behind.
One more thing, now I use a bike chain to lock it onto my porch rail. I not going to let this one go without making it a little harder for them this time.

Weber Q 6553 Premium Cover Fits Weber Q 300 Grill
I cook dinner most nights on my grill, a meat, and also vegetables, some on the grill, some in foil. I think the secret to this grill is the cast grate, no other grill cooks so evenly, I hared those with cheap wire grates. I think the most amazing thing is after so many uses, it NEVER failed. I should clean it more often too, other than the drip tray, it gets a good cleaning only ever 100 or so uses. Just a brass brushing before each use. I'm amazed after 3 years of my hard use (more Abuse with my cleaning schedule!) this inexpensive grill still works as good as new. It does look pretty used, a few flare-ups have scorched the right side of the lid, but every part is 100% working.
To anyone that says Webber is not number one in quality, I invite you over next year to see if this little guy will be cooking it's 1000th dinner!!!!!
Oh, and I don't work fow Weber or Amazon, I'm a retail manager who apreciates a quality product in an age of throw away products.
It take either the green camping propane bottles or hook it up to a 20 lb tank with the adapter hose (Recommended). The cool thing is if your big tank runs out without warning you can cook 2 or 3 meals with the camping Coleman propane until you get it filled.
Temperature control is great. You can get it real hot for searing steaks or low to roast whole chickens.
I don't know why anyone would buy a cheap import grill when you can have a weber Q 200 that will cook the same amont of food and have complete portability. This is a great little grill.
Some people have reported problem that flame turns off due to wind. I experienced it too. The solution is to open the tank first, wait for few minutes and then ignite the flame. If you do both of them almost same time, regulator doesn't get a chance to stabilize for the tank's pressure and seems to turn off and on by itself.

Review of 66662 - Bakers and Chefs, BBQ (Barbecues) Galore, Brinkmann
I wanted stainless steel and got it with this. The only drawback is that the their is a slight movement when flipping burgers from left to right or when cleaning with a wire brush. Not quite as snug a fit as old grates.
I do think others should have the same response as I do about it.
Thanks again,

Reviews of Charcoal Companion N/S Taco Rack CC1992
A great product to add to my gas grill cooking collection. Easily warm/ lightly toast the taco shells w/ the taste of grilled food. After grilling, it makes it easy to fill the shells with what ever you have planned or you can warm the food right in the shells...just make sure to add the cold products after grilling, unless you like cooked lettuce. The product is easy to clean and pretty much a non-stick product. The taco rack came in good condition and in the time promise. *You can also use the rack in a full sized oven too.

Reviews of Traeger Junior Pellet Grill
A friend had this grill and made chicken thighs on it. They were to die for! I had to have one and ordered it within days. There is a learning curve in using it. I have tried salmon, chicken, pork ribs, and beef on it. Everything has been good and it is getting better the more I use it. The things to learn are the cooking and smoking times and marinating and cooking sauces. There are things that seem better if they are smoked for a while and then cooked. Of course, timing is the key. It did come with a cook book and this has been a great help.
Unlike normal BBQ grills, there are some things that can be cooked with sauce on them. As the temperatures are lower than traditional grills, the sauce normally doesn't burn.
The grill itself is very well made. Assembly is straight forward and it is very sturdy. I would buy it again and recommend it without reservation.
The only drawback to the junior over its larger brothers is the size of the pellet hopper. The hopper is intentionally smaller than it needs to be, probably as an incentive to buy a larger more expensive Traeger. You can expect six hours or so of smoke time before having to add more pellets. It is not too difficult to extend the hopper using sheet metal from the local hardware store (thin gauge from the project center for $12). With that done I can smoke for 16 hours without refilling the hopper, set it and forget it!
As a smoker the junior excels, everything comes out amazing. As a grill, the junior works very well but it takes longer than a propane or charcoal grill. Cooking burgers for example can take 30 minutes or more, but they are fantastic, like nothing you have ever had! I use my junior almost everyday. Sometimes several times a day. It will make the best baked potato you have ever had. Try an apple pie, corn bread, smoked salmon, vegetables, jerky, anything you can imagine. Just read and follow the simple directions, and the included cookbook is a nice surprise.
We've used the Jr for a couple of months now. We've gone through 2 bags of pellets. In order to use the Traeger, we had to replace the switch with a custom on/off/fan only configuration. This allows you to switch to fan for the last 10 minute cool down/burn out. We got the idea from another commenter that claimed the bigger Traegers have this system. This puts the fan on the pot so that any unburned pellets finish burning, turn to ash, and blow away from the auger. This keeps it from burning backward into the hopper.
I'm giving this a 1 star because Traeger should be ashamed of themselves for not including this configuration in the first place. Otherwise you are almost guaranteed a backburn into the hopper if you cook for an hour and then turn it off. Yep, that happened again as my son didn't realize you had to turn to fan and as the backburn starts, you can't stop it easily. We really hate this BBQ.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
We got one from a local store about a month ago. Since then we cook about 2-3 times a week on it: whole chicken (small), steak, baked potato, chicken breast, hamburger, asparagus, skewer-less kabob, etc. I would return the darn thing if the food didn't turn out sooo good.
Now for the bad bits. The hopper is constantly hanging up the pellets so that if you don't check the hopper every 10 minutes (and keep it filled to the top), your food stops cooking. We think this is a serious design flaw. I don't know how people are expected to smoke up to 10 hours on the thing.
The second problem is that the fire pot is so small that you end up plugging it up causing the pellets to catch on fire inside the auger. So we have to vacuum it out every single time after we use it (after it has cooled). This is a serious "hands on" grill. After 10 years with my $89 crappy Charbroil that required cleaning 1 time a year, it's a bit of a let down.
The third problem is that the pellets are expensive ($12-$19 per bag depending on where you get them) and we go through a bag in about a month. Before, I purchased $9 of gas for most of a whole year (we grill year round).
The fourth problem is that actual start up time is pretty long. You have to set it to smoke for 4 minutes and then set to high for 10 minutes to get it hot. If there is a feed problem, you have to wait to cool (10 minutes?), clean it, then start the process again. We've had this issue 2 out of 10 times so far with food on the grill not finished. You avoid this by vacuuming the darn thing each and every time.
Traeger support was helpful, but the advise was always the same turn off the unit, empty the hooper combustion chamber, restart the unit and cook as normal this is a messy task.
There's nothing worse than returning home to uncooked ribs due to the unit failing. Like I said it's great when it works, but it's completely unreliable.

If you want a smoker that is convenient, affordable, and not too big, then the junior is for you. You will get the same results as the larger more expensive pellet grills but in a much smaller size. The junior is large enough to smoke a whole turkey, fit a large pizza (take and bake pizzas come out amazing!!!), or anything you can think of.The only drawback to the junior over its larger brothers is the size of the pellet hopper.

Honest reviews on Traeger Junior Pellet Grill
It works very well. I did have trouble with the igniter but Traeger sent a replacement overnight. Everything I cooked so far has turned out to be delicious. The best baby-back ribs I have ever eaten.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Traeger Junior Pellet Grill
When it works its great, unfortunately it's unreliable and fails as often as it works. Three out of eight times I used it the combustion unit failed to light the pellets but the hooper kept feeding the pellets resulting in unlit pellets overflowing into the body of the unit.Traeger support was helpful, but the advise was always the same turn off the unit, empty the hooper combustion chamber, restart the unit and cook as normal this is a messy task.
