This grill basket worked great for a couple months with heavy use. The price is good and it had a very large grilling area. It's perfect for grilling vegetables. I suppose I was a bit rough on it because the coating started flaking off over time (not sure if it was from utensil scratches or from scrubbing it clean). With all the concern about cookware chemicals getting into food, I threw it away. I have a feeling most grill baskets probably just need to be replaced every so often...

This is a very good pan for grilling vegetables on a barbecue. Wide area, good heat transference and it cleans up easily. Has lasted in almost new condition through many uses. Would be five stars, but the small handles are not always easy to grab.

It is good length to reach into a grill. The "bristles" are not at all stiff. They are good and sloppy. Sloppy is good. It picks up an ok amount of goop and gets it to its destination. The brush is heavy. It's metal, not fakey, flimsy plastic. I bought it for BBQ but it also does a great job of gently brushing melted butter over delicate pastry without any tearing. It cleans up so well and holds no odors or flavors that a delicate almond pastry brushed with butter has no hint of BBQ sauce after washing the brush, Garlic and almonds don't mix.

Yep good brush. You want one if you BBQ or bake.

The original hose that came with my burner was only 4 feet long. I like to keep the propane tank away from the burner further than that. I installed a Mr Heater High Pressure 60 psi with this hose to my double burner and I am completely satisfied with the safety and performance of this product.

The only problem was that the one I received was clearly USED. The packaging looked like it had been run over and poorly taped back together, and the light had sticker residue where somebody else had removed the labels. Amazon sent a replacement, but the replacement arrived the same way.. they must be sitting on a lot of these open box/used.

I was worried that the size would be off as my Grill was more than 4 years old. So ordered the Exact fit 13" Fiesta Burner Bar from GrillPro. #20580. The hook up was quick and orderly. I moved the Grill into the house for more light and get it out of the cold. I was worried about the Spider Web Grid Blocking connectors as they seamed to not click into place. I did not use a rubber mallet to create a firm seal I did it by hand. The connections seem just fine. I drilled a hole to accommodate the Piezio-Electric Ceramic sparker but now the Sparker will not ignite the flame. I see the spark but no ignition. Not to worry I went over to Wallmart and picked up a Coleman outdoor hand held Flame igniter and clipped this baby onto the handle of the Grill.

I am now good to Grill -I mean good to go.

The measurements stated for this item are just a little off by about 1/4". Doesn't seem like much, but it's the difference between an exact fit and not. Since the burners were a little short I had to make four metal "extender tabs" (3/4" x 1/2") and drill two holes into them, one hole at each end. I screwed a tab into the burner lip ridge located at the back of the grill, then set the burner into position and screwed it to the tab. Works fine and I didn't have to return them. The additional work was offset by the cost savings. The Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) price for ONE burner was higher than all four of these delivered. Overall, the money I saved purchasing these instead of the OEM burners was worth the addition labor and time for installation.

I would have given this product a 5 star rating if it had the final fit and finish it needed to justify the retail price. I had to sand and stain the handles and scotch-bright the metal to make them presentable as gifts. Please note I intend to buy more of these from the seller. They came without the handles to hold on to even though there were instructions on how to put them on. I tried to contact the seller at the email address provided but no response. I made my own wooden handles. Also the legs were bent upon arrival. I was worried but the steel was thin enough that I easily bent them back into place. Of course this means they will bend again just as easily. All in all a fun gag type gift, just a little disappointing.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I'm a Texan (Texaswomyn, right?) so I love smoked meat. Brisket, chicken, ribs, pork chops, beef roast, etc. We've got smokers: two big 'ole charcoal smokers, a big 'ole propane/electric smoker, and I've even got one of them Cameron stove top smokers, (I'm gonna drop the bad grammar now) so I was quite curious about this smoker accessory. First off, it's small. I mean, Rhode Island small. It's about 6 inches long, 3 inches wide and maybe 1.5 inches tall, so the wood you use to smoke with has to be chipped up very small and it doesn't hold a lot; I didn't weigh or measure what it holds but it's probably not over a cup of chips. One big problem is that small quantity of wood doesn't last long enough to provide a good "smoke" flavor and create that highly desired smoke ring on meat.

If your only desire is for a hint of smoke to mask the charcoal (and heaven forbid charcoal lighter fluid) taste from your grilled steak or chicken breast, then this little box will do that, to a small degree. Be sure you soak the wood first so it lasts a little longer and smokes a little more.

And hey, Rhode Island no offense, OK ya'll?

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I finally got a chance to use this, and well, this is one of those products that you don't really need. For the amount of smoke flavor that it puts out, soaked wood chips wrapped in a piece of aluminum foil will work just as well. It's a cute little box that holds a small amount of wood chips and delivers an equally small amount of smoke. If you just like to have gadgets and cool looking tools then this will fit the bill. Otherwise, save your money and invest in a roll of heavy duty aluminum foil to fashion your own smoker box and call it a day.

By the way, the lid is sort of hard to get off, and I broke a nail in the process.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I already have a bigger box-style smoker already. I also have the Cameron stove top smoker. This "Tom Douglas by Pinzon Metal Grill Smoker Box" is kind of small, about you palm size.

However, it's a really well constructed little box...a little bit on the elegant side. Specifically, there is no sharp edge or sharp corner that could be scratch your skin. The holes on the top and bottom are on the smaller size too.

Due to the small size, it won't hold big amount of wood chips. Be expecting to refill wood chips for long cooking.

The cover is a little tight and hard to open and close. I believe the intent is to make sure the cover does not open if you throw it into the charcol. For my big smoker box, I have to carefully lay it down in the grill to keep the cover close.

While trying to refill wood chips during cooking, I put the box in water to cool it down first and then open it safely. This extra step does not add too much hassle, as the bucket for soaking wood chips is usually nearby.

I wouldn't recommend to put smoker box (any smoker box) right on top of the charcoal, as the wood chips will burn out too fast and don't have sufficient time to smoke the food and you will be busy in refilling wood chips.

All in all, a well made nice little smoker box.

Weber states to use only brass on their porcelain cast iron grates. I used to be able to find them at every hardware and drug store. Now they seem to have all but disappeared and only stainless is available. This product is perfect. The brass bristles do a fine job cleaning the grates without scratching the porcelain finish, the handle is the right length and is easy to hold while cleaning. Thank You.

Stainless steel brushes were taking off the enamel coating of my grill causing it to rust. Apparently brass brushes don't damage the grill as much. The biggest problem is brass brushes are hard to find as companies are switching to steel because its cheaper. Luckily I found this brush on Amazon for a good price. After using it for a season I must say the quality of this brush is very high. I have had no bristles fall out, at least nothing visible to me. Previous brushes would rust and lost bristles almost immediately, sometimes ending up in our food! Not good at all and so dangerous. This brush still looks like new and thats with me storing it outside and occasionally in the rain. As for cleaning, it cleans as well as you would expect it to, just as well as a steel brush. The scraper at the top is great for any stubborn spots. The handle is rubberized and the grip is great, non slip.

The only issue that I have with the brush is the handle length. It's just to short. Typically I run the burners at full for about 5-10 min after cooking to burn off any grease, bbq sauce etc. Then I turn off the burners and clean the grill. It gets hot being that close and if the grill is real dirty it can get to hot to clean at once. The brush works great but if they just lengthened the handle by 8-10 inches it would be prefect. Still, its the best brush I've used and I would definitely get it again if the need arises.

As with all Libman products, well made and durable. Brass is a must for(stainless steel will damage the coating) ceramic coated cooking grates. Cleans the BBQ in a few brush strokes. Other brass brushes that I have had don't last. So far there are no signs of wear.The only thing that I wish is that it had a longer handle (4 stars instead of 5). That's just my preference.

I don't get it. I just received this brush and started to clean my grill. All went well until I started using the scraper. As I got into the grate holes, the plastic on the brush head started to melt. There was just no way for me to clean the grate without the plastic edges touching the hot surface. I am not a novice at grill cleaning and had a brass brush with a wooden handle that worked just fine for 5 years but needed to be replaced. Guess I'm going back to a wooden or metal brush.
