I 've used this Grill wok with non-stick twice and only used rubber or plastic tools.And the coating is peeling off I'm not happy. Trying to return.

This grill basket worked great for a couple months with heavy use. The price is good and it had a very large grilling area. It's perfect for grilling vegetables. I suppose I was a bit rough on it because the coating started flaking off over time (not sure if it was from utensil scratches or from scrubbing it clean). With all the concern about cookware chemicals getting into food, I threw it away. I have a feeling most grill baskets probably just need to be replaced every so often...

This is a very good pan for grilling vegetables on a barbecue. Wide area, good heat transference and it cleans up easily. Has lasted in almost new condition through many uses. Would be five stars, but the small handles are not always easy to grab.

I see my friends buy cheap grills and replace them every couple of years, I just replace the parts on my Weber Genesis Silver B. Genuine Weber part I purchased for my Gensis Sliver C grill. The descriptions left a great deal of question as to whether or not this was the right part. Had to go to Weber's website to verify this was the right part for my grill. This new part eliminates the screw in mounting and uses plastic tabs instead. Upon installation, one of the tabs broke as I attempted to slide the part into place. Fortunately, the part fit snugly enough that the broken tab seems to matter little in the finished installation and use. However, the cheap plastic tabs do break easily and could be better designed. Installed in minutes.

This turned out to be just 'okay'. The ring to secure the two sides closed slips off, and my first batch of meatballs went flying in all directions as soon as I closed the cage. Next time around, I secured the securing ring with a better-securing medium size paper clamp, which was an effective MacGyver intervention. However, I feel this should have been addressed in the design up front. The metal cage is nicely non-stick (probably why the securing ring wouldn't stick on by itself!) and not difficult to clean. Each tiny cage holds a normal size meatball well. However, if the meatball is the least bit too big, it will surely ooze through the cage and fall apart. Additionally, I made meatballs for a large BBQ gathering, so it took several shifts of grilling. Rather than risk burned on the outside and raw on the inside, I boiled the meatballs first to ensure they were done through, and then grilled them lightly for the grill flavor. They were a big hit, tasted great, and everyone was impressed with the new cool kitchen tool. I'm looking forward to using it for scallops, mushrooms, brussels sprouts, and other round foods I like to grill. Overall, it's a fun gadget, and a great gift idea for a serious griller.

the only problem that i had was trying to get the ignitor to bolt on. After much modifying to bolt it on, I couldnt get it to spark enough to ignite it, gave up .... we just use a long candle lighter. Probably should of bought the ignitor, maybe it is an updated one that just bolts on and works. otherwise it does work as a burner quite well.

I liked the item, the stainless is nice and thick. The mounting holes lined up perfect. The only thing I didnt like was there were no indentations or mounting holes for the ignitor mount like the original item. I can work around it but it turns a simple two wing nut install and two screws into needing a power drill and pliers to bend a tab and sawing off about 1.5 inches of the existing ignitor mounting bracket. the flange mount is also not like the original OEM item. the OEM is one piece. Overall not a deal breaker, but I dont like to lose functionality or have a 10 minute job turn into an hour of improvising. The quality if the stainless an or thickness offsets much of this.

Love this little rack. It's a very simple rig and very easy to use. Just cut the top off the pepper and slide the coring tool inside to pop out the core. Fill with your favorite cheese. I use a plastic bag with the corner cut off to fill the peppers. Wrap with bacon and bake. If you use this on a BBQ grill don't place the peppers over the flame use the indirect heating method. Very simple to use and lots of fun trying new combinations.

Three things:

1) If you get all of the seeds out the peppers aren't real hot.

2) When you're cutting the peppers DO NOT wipe your eyes, scratch your nose or go anywhere near your face until you wash your hands.

3) Selecting the correct size peppers is important, too small they fall through and are hard to fill. Too fat and they fall over. I made a paper template to take to the market with me.

The Music City Metals 10801 Stainless Steel burner replacement is equivalent to original equipment quality. It is sturdy and fit my Nextel grill perfectly. It comes with new wings nuts in case you forgot to save your originals when you removed the failed burner. This replacement costs about half of an original equipment burner and I am totally satisfied. The burner was shipped immediately and I received it in just a few days.

I was super excited when we received this in the mail for our barbecue. I pulled out the first one and right away we put them into their spots. The first one looks and works great. Then we got the second one pulled out and the part where the screw is to stabilize the burner was loose and it works but the burner isn't very tight. The third one was broken. The screw was busted off so we couldn't even put this in our barbecue because it was too dangerous because it had no way of being stabilized. I think if all three would have come like the first one that we pulled out then I think it would be great.

This was a gift. I was excited about it at first, but I should have known that it was a bad idea. Water doesn't spray out, it dribbles, falls onto the hot coals, and creates a back flash of ash onto the cooking grate. I also wasn't overly impressed with the so called steam cleaning, if it can even be called that. Sure dripping water on a hot surface will create steam, but not enough to clean as this claims to do. It didn't on my grill. It also is useless on corners, and it doesn't work any better than a regular old wire brush. I used it once and it has since found a home somewhere out in the garage, or it may have gotten packed in the Goodwill box. I saw a bunch of high reviews on this product so maybe mine is defective.

From the pictures it looks like you are getting planks. Do not think you are the product is actually very thin paper like wood.

Now that we are clear to what it is let me explain... See this is one of my fav ways to grill, soak the wood in water and wrap it around what you are grilling before placing it over hot coals. You will smoke cook it this way and add lots of great flavor. Fantastic for seafood.
