Had a hard time finding the size I needed, but I got on the phone with Market Merchants and they couldn't have been more helpful. The porcelain coating makes all of the difference. They clean easily and are a heavy duty product. A real up grade, and significantly less expensive than every other site I checked.

This grill replacement did not fit my Charbroil model as listed. The original had rounded corners to fit the contour of the oven lip. I had to modify the straight corners by cutting through the weld joints and bending them round to lay flat in the corners.

The grate steel ribs are space too far apart for items like hot dogs & hamburgers.

I gave this item a five star rating because of its high quality and bargain price. I have been using ordinary kitchen tongs with my Weber BBQ grill for years and bought this pair as a step up to a "professional grade" tool. I might have overdone it just a little. These well made tongs are huge and rather cumbersome for turning a hotdog or an ear of corn on the grill. The tongs would work just fine with a rack of ribs or a huge steak, but I seldom cook that large. I now know that I probably didn't need professional grade tongs. However, you serious outdoor chefs would really like these things.

These tongs are great! Nice and long, easy to use, light weight, look good and pretty easy to clean. My only minor complaint is that they lock closed sometimes on accident, but very minor. Highly recommend.

Solid product.... much more so then others like it. The only problem is that the 6 areas for grilling are not large enough. The unit cannot handle the thickness of my burgers (not that thick), because it has a fixed clamping mechanism that doesn't expand. Also each area has a tapered edge that squeezes all but the smallest diameter burger. I find myself using it mostly for chicken, little burgers or vegetables, but not my standard meal time burger. It is still a great product to have if you grill and for the price, if you end up hating it, you won't be too upset.

These heat plates were identical to the ones my grill shipped with and fit perfectly into the grill. The old ones had become rusted and worn after several years exposed in humid weather. I ordered these heat plates along with a 5-pack of steel burner pipes and some cast iron cooking grid replacements and now have what amounts to essentially a whole new grill.

The cover works fine. It's a grill cover, so there's not a whole lot of innovation to be had. I however live in an area with wind storms, so I woke up one morning after a storm to find my grill naked, the cover nowhere to be found. I imagine it's somewhere in the Puget sound wedged in an Orca's blowhole. Some simple elastic on the bottom or grommet holes for bungees would have saved a whale.

I purchased this as a replacement for the off brand cover I initially bought that tore after about 6 months of use. The Weber cover is durable and sturdy. Simply a must have for your charcoal grill. It has kept mine looking brand new for almost 8 years and the cover is still in great condition as well.

I bought this cover for my Weber 22.5" and so far, it has done a great job at keeping my grill protected from sunlight, wind and rain.

I live in northern California, so we get our share of windy, wet and dry days. This cover has kept my grill intact. I recently took it off and was pleased to see that my grill looked as good as the day I bought it. There was a dust layer of course, but that was about it. There isn't any water damage or rust on my grill.

The cover is thick and well stitched. Made of heavy duty vynil, comes with two elastic straps at the bottom to keep it in place during windy days. Now, keep in mind that our windy days here in my area, may not be as strong as yours, but for what it's worth, I can tell you, mine survived the winter, windy, wet and hot days.

After being outside for exactly one year, the cover does not have signs of wear or tear. It's dusty, but its quality remains the same. Strong and durable.

It fits over my grill even with the Weber 6431 Charcoal Grill Tool Holder; the holder was on my grill the entire time.

I have purchased several grill covers before for about the same price as the Weber and they have all ended up with holes or blown away in strong storms within a couple of months of purchasing them. Based on several reviews I read about the Weber grill cover, I decided to try it. When I received it, I was concerned that it might not be thick enough to withstand the elements, but decided to try it because of the reviews that I had read prior to ordering. Even though it is not tremendously heavy, it is made of tough material and has been exactly as stated in the reviews I read. This is a quality product!! I have had it for a few months now and have seen no signs of fading or any type wear yet...and it doesn't budge in the strong winds. I highly recommend this product and expect to be using it for a long time to come!!

Heavy material and covers kettle well. Wanted a cover to keep rain out of the ash pan when not in use. This product does that very well. I did add three Grommets to the bottom of the cover so I could bunge the cover down for our Kansas breezes. Used three bungees to tie around axle and front corner of bottom trinagler leg support. Cover stays put in high winds now.

We bought this grill in June of 2011. Four months later in October of 2011, the grate began to show signs of rust. It is now rusted to the point that it looks disgusting and is embarrassing when we have friends over for a cookout. I have sent pictures to the store where we bought it and they forwarded them on to the manufacturer, Cal-Spa. The store called me back today and said Cal-Spa's engineer said we were cleaning it with the wrong wire brush.(give me a break!!!) I bought the grill scrubbing brush at Lowes and have used it on nothing but this grill. I proceeded to call the manufacturer myself. The first call, I was disconnected after they had me on hold for five minutes. The second call, again on hold for 5-10 minutes, then the girl came back and told me the engineer had worked there a long time and he said the grates would not be covered under warranty because WE had done something wrong! He also said their grates would not rust! BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have seen someone else's review before purchasing. I do realize that sometimes things just go wrong with a product, and that's where a warranty comes in. NOT WITH THIS MANUFACTURER. WARRANTY DOES NOT EXIST!!! I have been told by the on line store where I bought this grill that they have many complaints concerning this manufacturer. AGAIN...BUYER BEWARE!!!

This product is very nice but the warning I read after I received it was the handles get hot. That would be a good thing to know before purchasing. I purchased a can of heat resistent paint dip and plan to dip the handles. This should solve my problem with holding them without a hot pad while camping, but it cost me additional $8 at home store. I may have chosen something with a wooden handle, but in the long run these will be more durable.

Do you like to cook fish on the grill? If you do, this is the best cookware for doing it. I put the fish in it, put the top on, and with the holes on the bottom it goes right on the hot grill. Have cooked salmon, cod, grouper, etc in it. 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the fish and size) and done. Perfect every time and so easy to clean up.

I bought this item at my local Kroger store at the beginning of the summer (was a couple of dollars less than what Amazon currently has it listed for) and I love it! My favorite use for it is cooking fish in the oven. A little Pam in the bottom to keep the fish from sticking, 400 degrees for about 20 minutes in the oven, and it is perfect every time. Tonight I made some sea bass, and it was amazing! I have also used it to cook vegetables on both the grill and the oven. I have not tried cooking any type of meat in it, nor have I tried the steam method, so I don't know how well it works for that. But, the pan is sturdy, easy to clean, and so far is holding up well. It's definitely one of my favorite kitchen items.

Non-stick coating is as durable as tissue paper.

I only used this once, to grill some salmon. I didn't use any metal utensils, and was gentle about placing it on the grill. When I washed it and looked at it later, it had 3-4 scratches. They weren't deep, but they were enough that they pulled the coating right off. I prefer not to have non-stick coating in my food so I had to return it.

As far as how it performed, it did really well. My fish came out perfect. You can also use this to bake in the oven and poach. Very useful little cooker. I was really bummed about the durability, it's such a great idea, just uses poor quality materials.
