This product is very nice but the warning I read after I received it was the handles get hot. That would be a good thing to know before purchasing. I purchased a can of heat resistent paint dip and plan to dip the handles. This should solve my problem with holding them without a hot pad while camping, but it cost me additional $8 at home store. I may have chosen something with a wooden handle, but in the long run these will be more durable.

work great and as advertised, they do get a little hot, but only after excessive time on the flame and then still not hot enough to burn you

We gave this as a gift to our family who has a large outdoor fire pit, which they sometimes use to roast marshmallows. It is helpful to haver large skewers so you don't have to get too close to the large pit. Also good for kids if they want to partcipate with lots of supervision of course.

These are suppose to be nonstick but there was some stickage but not too bad. They are a good length for little kids to hold and stay back from the camp fire. Easy to clean up with little effort.
