This brush does a good job on our Weber Genesis Silver. Wire bristles are very sturdy. I like the little notch on the base end of the handle that enables you to remove the dried stuff from the grill grating.

I last used this brush a few years ago, then I started using those cheap plastic brushes instead. I thought a brush is a brush since it's only used to clean your grill. Wrong! After I read how some guy ended up in the hospital after ingesting a metal bristle that came from one of these cheap brushes, I also thought, how could that happen. Then when cleaning one day, I saw my plastic brush start to fall apart, leaving metal bristels on the grill where I was about to cook. Needless to say, I'm back to using Weber grill brushes since they last much longer and don't leave bristles behind.

Barbecue is good but controlling the heat from charcoals can be tricky. I've been trying to master the art for years, and with this product it makes it a lot easier to indirectly cook larger portions of meat. Also helps to controll the range of cooking you desire, on one side of the grill you can have less charcoal burning for things like hot dogs, and thinner portions of meat, that don't require intense heat, and on the other end you can put more charcoals for things like chicken breasts and steak. Has a suffiecient capacity but could hold more and is why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that I love the fuel holders it makes placement and clean-up of charcoal a breeze and it gets the job done.

If you need to do indirect cooking, or you want to cook various kinds of food that require different temperatures (veggies and meat), then these are great for creating different heat zones in your grill. Other than that, the only other thing they're good for is keeping your charcoal in one place if you push the two units together into the center or side of your grill.

I like these more than wire-framed models because these seem to direct more heat upwards, instead of letting it radiate out to the sides.

I was reluctant to purchase these charcoal holders at first, mainly due to the cost and fear they would be cheaply constructed. Up to now I have been using inexpensive wire holders that are functional but not great. I was very pleasantly surprised when I purchased these Weber basket charcoal holders. They are solidly built, large in size (designed for 22-1/2" grills), and well worth the cost. Charcoal seems to heat up more rapidly in them, ash drops easily from the bottom, and you can empty the baskets easily after the coals have cooled. There is plenty of space between the baskets to put a foil pan with water to keep foods moist during indirect cooking.

If you like to barbecue foods by the indirect method, these basket charcoal holders are perfect. I would buy them again in a second (although they will probably last for a very long time).

The fuel holders really aren't necessary because you can just push the charcoal to the sides or around the grate. But the upside is that they keep the charcoal stacked tighter for indirect cooking which gives you more cooking space. The holders themselves are larger than they look in the picture and each one can hold well over 25+ briquettes. Also you can light the charcoal in the holders if you like. They stack for easy storage and are quite sturdy.

I use these every time I grill food. I often do indirect cooking (pork ribs come out perfect at 300 degrees for 2.5 hours) and they allow you to fine-tune the temperature under the meat when necessary without fumbling with loose coals. Have had no trouble with melting, warping, or rusting over the course of a year.

I decided to replace all three since none of them looked too good and found these at a much better better price than the others available. Easy to install with a nice design enhancement. Due to heat in the grill the front side of the grill sort of burned away and the tube attachment points no longer work. So if you replaced the gas tube with the exact same type of tube there would be no support and the tube would angle down in the back of the grill.

The end of the new gas tube has a flat metal piece facing down for support. The downward facing piece allows the the gas tube to be supported on the backside of the grill and stabilizes the portion of the tube that attaches to the gas flow tubes at the front of the grill.

Highly recommend.

I own a grill, and the little $50 bullet-shaped Brinkman smoker for those occasions I want to smoke ribs. I tend to grill baby backs (no need for this rack), but for larger St. Louis style ribs which don't grill well, a smoker is the only way to go. For those of us who smoke meat infrequently, the little Brinkmann smoker and this rack is definitely the way to go--great results for a minuscule investment.

This rack is great for maximizing the amount of ribs you can cook on a small surface...my only complaint is that it is truly a pain to clean up afterwards, Even after a full day of soaking in soap and water, bits of meat remained stuck to the surface in every hard to reach corner imaginable...I finally resorted to using a wire brush to get the surface clean, which scratched off the non-stick coating, too (which didn't seem too "non-stick" anyway).

Maybe if you use this rack on a regular gas or charcoal grill, the sticking won't happen--I don't know but because there is nothing like the flavor of slow cooked, smoked ribs over wood/charcoal, I'm OK with putting up with the extra clean-up time a couple of times a year in exchange for the great flavor.

If you don't have to use Brinkmann, there are lots of alternatives out there. For the size of my grill, this was the only choice.

I got this pan for my dad for father's day, and he loves it! It works better than a similar grill tray he has, cooks evenly, and it's also a breeze to clean. The handle is a room saving device that easily attaches/detaches from the pan with hooks similar to peg board clips for flexible transfers. The pan is also large enough to hold veggies or fish for a group of four to six. I recommend this product.

This is an excellent grill because of the evenness and adjustment of temperatures. The linear valves and double burners really make the heat even and consistent. I've been a Charcoal (weber) grill person for years and bought the Broil King (BK) after I read consumers report and their highest rated large grill made by Huntington, which I later found out is Onward Manufacturing. So then I looked at other models and choose the 590 model which has large grill, rotisserie more usable and standard features, drawers to put the gloves, outside trays for the condiments, hooks and front and sides for the tools. Note that the front I think requires using square/rectangular hooked tools of BK to match the indent/hook area on the grill. Their temperature gauge on front I think starts at 50 deg F, so you know it's working before you turn the grill on, as it shows the current temperature (as long as it's above 50), many others are pegged and you don't know they're working til you turn the grill on and wait and hope to see the needle move. This grill, made in North America (Canada), uses substantial materials (thicker). It weighs in nearly 250 lbs.

I bought this through AimToFind, whom I had not heard of before this purchase and they did an excellent job, the price was the lowest, Including shipping and was delivered off the truck, off the pallet and placed in our garage so I could assemble later. A few days later a rep from AimToFind called the house to see if the grill arrived safe and sound. They also sent an email and I responded to the email. While I had somewhat of a hard time to locate this grill on line, there were a few vendors that did stock and offer reasonable pricing. AimToFind is based in PA so shipping to east coast and midwest is pretty easy, fast and not many roads to travel. Some vendors were from CA and that's too far banging around on a truck for all those miles.

Note the BK 68492 Grill Cover fits great and it too is substantial, the description is PVC Polyester and I hear that and think of plastic, but this is the type of plastic that they make 'ballistic' back packs out of...I know not exactly, but it is heavy fabric and not 'plastic'. When I was on amazon searching for a cover, I had gotten some hits on a different cover with some bad reviews, I went to the manufacturer and found the model number for this heavy duty cover and then searched amazon and bought it. And it is heavy and hopefully will last for years on the concrete patio seeing afternoon sun everyday.

I replaced two Trager Pellet Grills to buy this Broil King. I produces heat like no other gas grill I've cooked on. I did add lava bricks on top of the flame spreaders because I was getting flare ups cooking chicken. I like the fact that it has five main burners and that I can tame them down and cook many items on the grill surface at one time. On the left side I can grill steaks and over on the right side I can grill veggies at a different flame setting. In the middle I can be grilling something else.

The grill arrived by common freight carrier. There was a shipping problem and a later delivery than promised but Amazon was way over the top in helping me resolve the problem. The assembly manual could be written much better! It is typical of what you get these days but shouldn't be for a grill of this caliber. I had one screw strip out on a handle during assembly. I fixed it from my screw stock. The Broil King emblem on the cover as assembled by the factory is loose.

I like this grill but don't love it. For the cost I think it is cheaply made. The cover while heavy is still not as heavy as the higher end Weber and some others. Positives are the two drawers that I really like for storage of my cooking items.

Having it to do all over again I would not buy this grill. BUT I have to preface that statement because I have cooked the last 6 years on a pellet wood grill. I wouldn't buy a gas grill again and not just the Broil King. My problem was that I had been using the wrong pellet grill brand all these years. I had great tasting food but difficulty in maintaining the proper temperature. I discovered after buying the Broil King that I could have purchased a different brand of pellet grill that would sear steaks! That was the main complaint of my sweetie that she didn't get a seared steak. I'm sorry but nothing beats a pellet grill for flavor of food. If you haven't experienced food cooked on a pellet grill you don't know what you are missing. The first time I grilled chicken on the Broil King I realized that it just wasn't the same. Hence, I have my Broil King for sale at a loss!

While this cover fits the grill well, and looks nice, the vinyl is fairly thin. Where this becomes a critical flaw is where the velcro straps attach. There is no reinforcement in this area. As you can see from the photo I will upload, after just a few months of use in the relatively benign winter weather in the PNW (rain but almost no freezing or snow), the seams have come apart where the straps attach to the vinyl cover. This has happened on both sides where there are straps. I do not over tighten the straps, this coming apart has occurred through normal application of the straps. This cover wasn't cheap, and I expected it to last at least a few seasons. If you still decide to buy this, I recommend not using the straps at all, however the cover will not fit as well and will blow around, which will likely cause seam damage elsewhere.

You don't know good until you taste fresh rotisserie bird. Not sitting on the shelf for an hour super market fresh but right off the grill fresh.

I own two of these and use them on my Twin Eagles grill. It fits the hex shaped larger diameter rod. With this chicken holder, you do not need to truss up the chicken. Keeps it simple. My best recipe is to rub the skin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper once the rotisserie starts to turn. The basic salt and pepper works better than any fancy seasoning. Chickens seem to take an hour and a half. My 14lb turkey took 4 hours. I usually slightly over cook the bird but prefer how the bird falls apart. With rotisserie, the meat does not get dry. Wrap a small log in foil and put it near the burner.

This Thanksgiving, I bent the holder apart and used this to rotisserie a 14 pound turkey (wings removed). This was used in the front and prongs in the back of the bird. Best turkey yet.

I already had Fire Magic's Turkey holder and it has been such a hit that I had to get the chicken holders as well. This makes rotisserie chicken so easy. I bought three so I can easily rotisserie multiple birds at a time. Much better and faster than tying the birds with string. Handles small birds with ease, and I have cooked chickens up to four pounds with no problem. We use these holders at least once or twice a week as freshly cooked birds are so much better than chickens that have been sitting under a heat lamp at Costco or Target. Super easy, it only takes 45 minutes to "spin a bird". The chickens taste great on their own, but are terrific on salads and in recipes. I also used these to cook goose and it was terrific. The spit clamps fit my Weber rotisserie spit just fine, but would easily fit spits of much larger diameter if needed. They clean up easily and are not showing any sings of rust or corrosion.

After using it a couple of times, I can attest to the fact that this product does make it (at least a little) easier to get a chicken on (and centered/balanced) on your spit. Also, the hole seems big enough that this thing will work even with gigantic spit rods.

My biggest complaint is how much it costs--significantly more than a pair of spit forks. Initially, I justified the purchase by telling myself that purchasing this holder would prevent me from having to buy a new (second) set of spit forks so I could spin to chickens at once. Unfortunately, this is not true. For the chicken to stay in this holder, you need to use a spit fork on the open end. So, I had to go and buy a second set of spit forks so I could use one with this holder. Maybe it should be called "half-a-chicken holder" since it is not capable of holding a chicken by itself.
