When i first opened this on Christmas day i was stunned. It was vibrant and all around awesome looking. i went and put it on my grill right away. however it was blown of that night from wind (a problem i have never had with any other cover) when i put it back on i did notice a drawstring on the back. well the way i have my grill on the deck against the rail its kind of a pain to do. anyway i drew it tight and went about my business. well i went and cooked on it a couple weeks later and for the most part the cover stayed well. howeve the material was already starting to tear from wind i suppose. checked it out and the tears were not near what i would consider a sharp edge. basically it lasted 2 months. my old cover which luckily i save has lasted 4 years. sure the outer skin is cracked and tore a bit. but the inside liner is still intact and keeping my 2nd grill to use with it safe from the weather!!!!

My son bought this for my husband for Christmas. Great gift! Quality is that of a grill cover, but it has a little added heaviness and the colors are fantastic!

I bought this grill cover as a Christmas present for my husband. It is nice & seems to be pretty sturdy so far. The only problem we had is it doesn't go all he way to the ground. My husband has a pretty large gas grill though. I'd say it would have needed to be 5 or so inches longer. Overall we are happy with it though.

At first I loved this cover, the design and looks were great. However, a cover is meant to be outdoors and I haven't had it for more than 4 months and it is already showing signs or wear. I did not expect it to be this bad quality. Very sad and disappointed.

I bought this for my husband. Anyone that grills a lot knows how the other grill brushes burn up quickly and don't do a very good job. This brush solves that problem!!! After he takes the food off he leaves the lid up and we go eat. After eating the grill has cooled some and he uses the brush and steam and everything comes off with minimal, work. Thanks for a fantastic product that does exactly what it says it will.

I have checked out similar items and many products to clean my grill. This is the best ever and I recommend it totally.

Our grandkids borrowed our new grill and returned it in a heavily charred condition. We tried a number of cleaning products, attempted to burn it off, and used tons of elbow grease. Grand Grill Daddy team-cleaner came to our rescue and restored the grates to their original condition.

Thanks to Amazon, we have mastered the art of grill cleaning!

I have a Charmglow grill that I had gotten from Home Depot and one of the burner tubes was rusted out causing flame-ups. I was originally just looking at replacing one tube, but when I saw this 3pack and knowing that the others were on their way out, it just made financial sense. I had a little problem removing my old ones (the screws holding them in were rusted and stripped), so I just decided to pry them loose with a flat head screwdriver and actually left the old screws in place (but they were a bit loose). The new burner tubes just slide right down over the old screws and that ended up working fine (as I didn't tighten them down). I did have to loosen the burner control panel on my model to get the gas end over the source. One other thing that I did was open up the screen on the end of the tube (done via a single screw) so that more air could mix in. That seemed to give me a better flame. Overall it took me about 30-45 mins with a good 10-15 trying to figure out how to get those rusted screws off.

The replacements came to my house in an oversized box with a large amount of bubble wrap to protect them.

While installing them, I found that one of them had a missing end cover (disappointing). I was able to replace the cover with a used one from one of the original parts. While it didn't fit, it was close enough.

Overall, the replacement burners work fine and I'm grilling again.

I cant comment on how long they last, but I installed them yesterday and they worked perfectly. The price was so right that I selected one day shipping and I had them in one day! Perfect flame!

Honest reviews on PayandPack 16 13/16" x 1" MBP 10361 (3-pack) Universal Straight

For 40 bucks I basically rebuilt my grill. Home Depot wanted 20 bucks each for these replacement parts. With 5 burners that would have been $100. Now my grill works just like when it was new. $40 bucks and I will get about 2 more years out of my grill. Great deal!

having searched for these on the internet and finding them for about 30 dollars each, I was pleased to find them here at 3 for 19.55. I replaced the factory ones that had rusted out and my grill works like new now. Only 4 stars because they did not ship with new screws. You will likely incounter an a problem re-using the origonal screws that hold them in place.

These are great. I picked them up at a local store who no longer carries them. Amazon to the rescue! You can cut these up into smaller pieces if just cooking for a small family or leave the bigger piece on if you are cooking more food. We put them right on the gas grill and all food (even ears of corn, veggies in a grill basket) come out with a fabulous wine flavor. Highly recommended!

I bought these to give more flavor to my aged meads. I cut each stave into thirds, baked them wrapped in foil at 400 F for two hours, and then used 1/3 stave per gallon of mead. So far, the flavors are melding nicely, and the high ABV of the drink is mellowing thanks to the oak aging process. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of using it to age homemade wine or mead.

I'm like a kid in heaven, these BBQ tools are the best for the money. Long enough to work the food without getting burnt as was the case with my other tools. I would give these tools to any of my friends or family as gifts knowing they will be put to good use. I have seen other sets for way more money, but why spend good money on tools when you can spend them on T-Bones!!

I love any product made feom Weber. Everything is always great quality. This grilling set is made well and I would highly recommend this product

Honest reviews on Weber 6630 Original 3-Piece Stainless Steel Tool Set

I received this set of Weber grilling tools as a Christmas present, so I've had to wait a while because of the Wisconsin winter in order to use them. I've used them twice in the last week, and they are perfect. I rarely use the fork since I do mostly burgers and brats, so the spatula and the tongs are my tools of choice.

It is easy to tell when you pick these tools up that they are well designed and well constructed. They feel sturdy in the hand and the spring in the tongs is perfect it's not too stiff for practical use, but it's not so wimpy that they'll ever get stuck closed like some other cheap tongs do. The tips on the tongs also line up perfectly when you close them, so you know that some thought went into the design.

In practical usage, there are two features of this tool set that I really like.

1. The handles are longer than my last set of cheapo tools, so your hand is farther away from the heat when you're flipping or removing your foods.

2. The spatula has the angled neck so that the flat head portion is a little bit recessed from the "plane" the handle is on. Since I use a Weber Smokey Joe Gold, the lip of the bowl comes above the surface of the grilling grate, and this spatula makes it easier to maneuver my burgers.

Overall this is a great tool set, I just need to find the right carry case for them for when I tailgate!

cheap, brittle plastic. About as sturdy as a styrofoam sandwich box made flat. Cracked already when it arrived, cracked more when I picked it up, cracked some more when I put it down. Not worth any amount of money.

The product is pretty cheaply made for the price. Bought this to protect the patio from grill and rust stains but the pad itself has drain holes in all 4 corners. We will see if it fixes the problem or just moves it to a different spot and also if it will last more than one season.

Best Deals for GrillPro 72580 Patio Protector

I got one of these from Home Depot for $2 (I am not kidding, that is two whole bucks) and at that price it was okay enough. It is a good large size to catch splatter, but the heat of the grease made this product melt. After the first or second use, there were small melted holes randomly all over it where ever something spilled onto it. And if you cannot tell from the picture, there are raised ridges in the pattern of the mat. This caused our grill stand to be a bit wobbly (we could at best get 3 of the 4 feet onto the flat areas). The plastic material it is made from makes it flimsy and it cracks easily. I don't know why this is sold as a grill mat, and I actually can't figure out what it WOULD be useful for. Maybe potting plants, as it would catch dirt pretty well and be easy to shake out and hose clean. But don't spend $25 bucks on it!

Honest reviews on GrillPro 72580 Patio Protector

Very flimsy material, similar to the type of plastic that frozen dinners are packaged in. I don't feel this will stand up to any kind of "normal" use. It seems to be the kind of material that will crack with the slightest amount of stress. I was actually thinking it would crack just by placing the grill on it. Definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed.

I bought this product in a hurry without checking the reviews. This was a big mistake on my part. The mat is made of lightweight brittle plastic that cracks easily.

Shipping was great. Buyer should be aware that disc is totally flat and is cut out of 1/8" steel. My application (modifying an ECB el cheapo brinkman vertical smoker) required a convex contour for proper fitment. So I spent a fair bit of time pounding on the backside of the disc with mallet to get a shape that worked for me. After shaping and painting with black heat paint the part is great. It may be easier and cheaper to find comparable aluminum disc's as an alternative.

I have a Brinkmann 810-5290-C electric smoker that is so old that I cannot remember when I bought it. I long ago discarded the center section (the longest cylinder) -although you might want to keep it if you think you will ever want to smoke two different meats (say a turkey and a pork loin) at the same time---and here is how we get PERFECT smoked meats.

Rub the meat with your favorite seasonings. We find that all of the seasonings are good, just different. So, don'tbe afraid to use poultry seasoning on pork, etc. Be generous. It will stay on the meat using the system I am describing.

We use a deep flat pan, 15 inches long, and put water in it ... almost full of water if it is a big meat such as a big turkey, less than half full if it is only a 1.5 lb to 2 lb loin. The juices from the meat will fall into the pan and the mixture will make wonderful gravy base. The water will, of course, steam off over time and you want to avoid letting the pan run dry. But you do not want too much water or your gravy base will be too watery.

The water moisturizes the meat during smoking and, very importantly, helps keep the meat temperature down, so that the smoking time is increased. With longer smoking times you get increased smoke/barbeque flavor. A 2 lb loin cooked well done in, say, 35 minutes, is not going to have the flavor of one cooked to the same doneness in 2 hours.

Put a meat rack (a wire grill on legs) in the pan to support the meat out of the water. Wrap the meat loosely in aluminum foil. This will MAGICALLY prevent the meat from getting too black on the outside. The foil gets carbonized coating but your meat just cooks/smokes to a beautiful color.

Use LOTS of wood that has been soaked in water for at least an hour. Any reasonable wood will work fine. You do NOT have to buy mesquite or apple wood chips. Nothing wrong with them but I also use chips and chunks that I cut from a fallen pear tree. We use a cast iron wood box that we place on the lava rocks, but we supplement that with more well-soaked wood chunks or fine pieces wrapped in aluminum foil. The result is the same. After you finish smoking the charcoal from wood in the cast-iron box is identical to the charcoal from the aluminum wrap. There is a temptation to toss in soaked chunks without wrapping them and that is OK until you lift the cover to check the temperature of your meat at which point it probalby will flare up as a fire.

Just put the smoker's wire grill on the base unit, put the pan of water and meat (on the meat rack) on the grill, add the domed cover, plug in the Brinkmann and check the internal temperature of your meat with a meat thermometer. Go by the many published tables of recommended internal temps for meats and seafood. Smoke pork until it is tender (155 160 degrees). The water and the aluminum foil will keep it moist. Listen to the cook in your family regarding internal temperatures and cooking times.

This smoker makes food taste great and is so easy to use. This smaller size is perfect if you don't want to have another full sized grill in your collection and it holds almost as much food as the big ones. Electric smoking is the way to go because it doesn't add any charcoal or gas taste to the food. The steam makes everything moist and tender. This is a great smoker for the price.

Best Deals for Brinkmann Smoke-N-Grill Charcoal Smoker and Grill

My smoker, received as a wedding gift in 1992, looks exactly like this, thus my review here even though my smoker model ends with a C. We have been very pleased with this smoker over the years. It has turned out succulent smoked turkey, chicken, fish, and pork roasts. Sadly, this morning, as I proceeded to smoke a brined turkey, the plug kept tripping the breaker. I think that may be salt related as we've been near the ocean the last two years. I cannot complain. We got our use out of it and I would replace it with the same one if Brinkmann cannot sell me a replacement heating element first, as the rest of the smoker is still in good condition. I actually prefer smoking over grilling because my food does not ignite.

Honest reviews on Brinkmann Smoke-N-Grill Charcoal Smoker and Grill

Technically, of course, the RIGHT way to smoke is to use real green wood in a real large pit smoker. However, here in the suburbs good green wood's hard to come by, and a large pit smoker costs a lot of money -and you'll go through quite a bit of potentially expensive wood, too. Gas smokers, if you use them for proper long-term smoking (12-18 hours) will suck down one, maybe two full tanks of propane; that's $40 for one long cooking session. This device has a 1500W cooking element; even over an 18-hour cooking session, that's 27kW-h, and at the price of 17 cents per kW-h (high) I'm spending less than $5.00 in electricity. Plus in both the case of wood and gas smokers, someone's got to really keep an eye on it all the time.

So I went for the cheap and simple; set it up, plug it in, let it go. The question was... would it work?

Initially it's somewhat daunting; the smoker comes disassembled and the instructions are not as clear as they might be. It's also apparent that the electric element is a retrofit (you could still use charcoal or wood in this thing, if you wanted) and this fact isn't incorporated into the instructions. Lava rocks were also not included -I had to buy a bag of them. This isn't a huge problem, except that the assembly instructions mentioned them and thus implied strongly that they should have been included in the kit.

Once assembled, however, it looks quite nice -aside from the cheesy and probably ultimately unreliable temperature gauge in the front, which just gives a vague indication (low, "ideal" high) of the temperature inside. I got a few-dollar oven thermometer that I put inside the smoker when I use it. The stainless-steel exterior is very pretty and gives confidence that the device will survive for a while.

Operation of the Brinkmann is quite simple: soak some wood chunks (choose the right wood for the job -mesquite is great for things like ribs, chili, etc, but hickory, apple, etc., are the way to go for hams) until they're as wet as you can reasonably get them (if you think of it ahead of time, dump them in the water for a day or two, but an hour or so will do all right). Note that due to the way the water pan fits into the smoker, you have to use SHORT wood pieces; chips are probably too small, though, they'll run out fast. So if you have large chunks of wood, split 'em down.

Put the wet chunks of wood on the smoking pan and place that directly on the heating element in the center; it's designed for this. Fill the water pan and then place that on the bottom supports, plug the smoker in, and you're ready to go. One grill fits right over the water pan, and there's another that's a goodly distance above that; you could easily fit a turkey in the bottom and a full sized ham on the top, or vice versa, so for any reasonable sized family this puppy will handle your smoking needs.

So far, I've smoked turkey legs, ribs (beef and pork), and a full-sized ham. Note that I had NEVER smoked anything before I got this, and I am having excellent results; the ham I smoked this weekend (July 4th weekend, 2011) looked cooking-magazine perfect and tasted absolutely wonderful (maple marinated/glazed with hickory smoke). It's EASY to use; just make sure the water pan is **FULL** before going to bed if you're planning on getting your full 8 hours rest!

It's also fairly easy to move around, and if you have a wooden deck you should get one of the insulated burn/grill pads. The vinyl cover is a nice touch too.

Overall, I'm very happy with this Father's Day present, and my family seems happy too! :)

If your interested in grilling and smoking, but only have limited yard/patio space, then this is the grill to get.

I also bought the Brinkmann "Smokeshop Electric Converter" and I use that for smoking my meats. Its significantly easier than charcoal for smoking because you don't have to constantly adjust the coals. Then for grilling I use charcoal so I can get the high temps I want. I've been using it for over a year now, and its been great. The stainless is the way to go because it wont rust out. I feel like I have the best of both worlds with electric smoking/charcoal grilling.

The only negatives are these minor issues:

1) The temp gauge doesn't show the actual temp. Its just a meter of Cold, Ideal, Hot. Get a good digital thermometer.

3) Doesn't come with the cover. It may be worth buying ones of the Brinkmann "Value packs" instead. I think it comes with a bunch of the accessories that you'll probably want regardless.

As of 4/18/13, Amazon is having an inventory problem with this item right now, so I strongly advise you contact Amazon regarding this model number problem. I ordered two of these items and Amazon sent quickly, however they are shipping the WRONG PART! The one you receive does NOT have the bell housing fitting! You get one with a large thread MALE end that will NOT work for the desired application! They sent out replacements and they were the exact WRONG part again! So there is a serious problem as of this date with this item. Amazon is working on it, but save yourself a lot of time and headache and make sure they have fixed this issue BEFORE you make the order, because you will be very dissapointed and your project will not go smoothly right now. Amazon is a good company and they are working on it, however, the shipping department obviously does NOT READ THE NOTES on the system to check to make sure the right part is going out...even on replacement orders. I hope they get this fixed soon, because I need the RIGHT part!

BBQ Burners, easy to replace, fit perfect , work great, great price, quick shipping, my Kirkland unit works like new. Tkanks!!!

Honest reviews on 10801 (3-pack) Stainless Steel Burner Replacement for Select Gas

I measured it out on my Costco Kirkland Model 720-0108 gas grill and matched it to these burners and they fit perfectly. They look nice and work just like the originals. The previous reviewer probably didn't measure his grill thinking they're all the same but they're not. Costco sells a lot of different grills that have different burner sizes. Check out your grill first to make sure yours uses the 'U' shaped burners that are 16 1/2" long.

The only minor nitpick I have is that the originals come with wingnuts to fasten the burners to the rear mounting bracket, but these come with standard M5 hexnuts. I'm just thinking ahead to when these will need to be replaced. After several years, the hexnuts will get all rusty and gunked up and will likely be hard to remove. So, I went to the local hardware store and bought three M5 .8 wingnuts and used those instead of the hexnuts that came with it. The price for these was a lot more reasonable than from the BBQ specialty websites so the price was right too.

So, I'm very pleased, just one star off for the hexnuts.
