This grill works absolutely great so far. I am especially impressed with the built-in drip tray. The guys at our marina warned me not to hang this grill over my swim step because of grease dripping. I have cooked steak, chicken, and hot dogs so far and absolutely nothing has dripped on my swim step. I think this might be a superior design to many of the more popular alternatives (who shall remain nameless). It also has a different cooking mechanism. I know it isn't appropriate to use the "flavor bar" tag for anything except a Weber but this grill employs a similar concept. There is no exposed flame under the grill surface. The flame tube runs down the middle of the unit and there is a shield above it. Kingsford Kabob Baskets Reviews
Bought these because I was tired of tomatoes, onions, peppers, meats, etc spinning on the skewer when I tried to rotate and baste the food. Just put the food in the baskets and go to the grill. You can baste easily with no more pieces of food falling thru the grill on to the coals. Just be careful when you turn the baskets as they do get hot. I have eight baskets and they sure make doing shish-ka-bobs a lot easier. I just throw the baskets in the dishwasher to clean them up.
The Kingsford basket latches seem to work much better than some "no name" baskets. On those, the latches broke after one or two uses.

Found these on sale for about five bucks a few moths ago. Bought two. Both were broke when they arrived. Sent them back and both replacements worked......for about a month. I bought these to keep kids cool in the little league dugout. I was surprised by how solidly built, how well these sealed, and how long the mist lasts on a full pump. Very good product in my opinion. just got these a few days ago and i am very happy with them. very solid construction feels like it could take some abuse. it takes about 10 pumps to charge up for 3-4 minutes of use. you can get about 3-4 uses per fill. the only drawback i noticed is that the pump handle does not lock so it can not be carried by it. with that said for the price its a deal i could not pass up.UPDATE!! so i have had these a few months now and was ready to use them to have a cooler summer. think again!!! total failure to hold pressure with the two i purchased. when i bought them they worked fine put them up for a few months and got them out when it warmed up. i used them a few times and they both quit holding pressure. do not buy these pumps. they will fail youFind helpful customer reviews and review ratings for MistyMate 11008 Misty 8 Hand-Held Personal Mister
I got a very similar personal mister in also 8 fl.oz. size made by Orbit called the Arizona Mist. Mine even comes with a hand strap. Otherwise, same volume, same pressure gauge, same concept. Arizona Mist is sold for only $16 at your local Ace Hardware store.

I have used these before and when I went to the hardware store here in CA to get more they were out. It seems that they only carry them in the Winter time. I have actually tried every fire starter product on the market. This one is the one to use. They light easily everytime. Unlike some of the others, they are small enough to wedge between logs without falling off the fire stack before they are consumed. I build my fire using two of the squares approximately 4 inches from each end of my fire stack. Stack the secondary logs on top of the primary logs, light the starters and walk away. I got these to start the fire under my charcoal chimney for the barbeque so I didn't have to try and stuff paper under it. The first time I tried it I used 4 and that was way too much. I think just 1 or 2 is plenty to get it started, so with 144 I will be able to start a lot of barbeques!

We've been using this starter all summer. It's worked well for us and is holding up just fine so far. My only complaint would be that it's a bit small so it doesn't hold enough coals to cook for company. I'm here today to order another one to solve that problem. I love that it heats the coals up so fast and that we don't have to add lighter fluid (waste of money, bad for the environment, bad for us if any gets on our food). And not a drawback of the design or anything like that, but if you've never used one of these before, watch it carefully the first few times. One of the best inventions for outdoor grilling. These guys didn't invent this (maybe it was an engineer friend I know who used a Maxwell House coffee can 30 years ago) but they might have perfected it. Really nice design. High quality wood handle. Heat shield is a nice touch. I'm back to charcoal grilling (by choice) now due to this thing. Really works well, every time. Since there were no videos or anything of this new product, I was a little hesitant to buy it, but I wanted to have it when I was home for the holidays. It came in a huge box and was well packed. Instructions were easy and I had it together in about 20 minutes. Turned it on and played with the remote controlled light, heat, and flame speed features...and it really looks like a real fire and puts out a good amount of heat. I had it on every day while I was home and was just please to push a button, have a "fire", not worry about wood or ashes or a smokey smell in the house, etc. I would recommend this product!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I had to update my review to reflect my recent experience with Dimplex a drop from 5 stars to 3 stars. The logs started to flicker and the heater started to randomly cut out after a few weeks of use. I understand that things like this happen, and that it may have been damaged in shipping so I sent an email to customer service to explain the problem. I got a response after a couple of days from someone who gave me a customer service number to call. I called in and waited for over 2 hours, no joke, before someone picked up. The person was very friendly and told me that they would send out a brand new set of logs and it would take 7-10 business days to receive them this was on February 25th. I am writing this on April 14th I just checked the website with my call number and it says that the order is still "In Process". These are a great product, but just be aware of what could happen if you have any problem with them.We had our chimney inspected and it would have cost thousands to make it safe for a real fire, or even a gas fire, so I started looking into other options. I decided on these logs because of how realistic they looked, and I am not disappointed. The inner glow of the logs is so natural looking. You would really need to look closely to notice these aren't real, especially if you put a screen in front.
I already had gas coming into the fireplace, so I capped the copper gas line in the crawlspace and then cut the existing line and used it as a conduit for the electrical. I installed a single electrical connector and hid the wires behind the logs. After doing this, I completely sealed off the chimney since this doesn't need an open chimney and I figured that I may as well seal off a hole and save on heating/cooling bills.
I also purchased 5 pounds of black glass embers which help to make the whole thing look a little more realistic and is a lot cleaner than using charcoal.
The end result is an extremely realistic looking fire that I can have running as ambiance without producing heat, or I can set the thermostat at any temperature I want, as high as 125 degrees, to produce as much heat as I need.
The only complaint I have is that the remote seems to be a little funky, but it is an RF remote, and they tend to not be as responsive as IR remotes. The good thing about RF remotes is that they work through walls and don't need to be pointed directly at whatever you are controlling.
Overall, I highly recommend this unit.

Looks good but blower fan started making high pitch noise after a few days. The roller for the flame affect had an annoying clicking sound from the first time I turned it on. Also the heat output was much less than expected.

The quick grill is outstanding; the design requires only a few pieces of charcoal to have the grill evenly spread the fire. Because of the material used to build this grill, it roasts corn fast and the meat cannot be left alone for two minutes or it will burn beyond recognition (I learned that the hard way).

I love grilling vegetables, meats, and shrimp, but I don't like dealing with regular kabob skewers. The pieces of food tend to twist around when you are trying to flip them, and some pieces inevitably fall off. With these baskets, that doesn't happen. The chunks stay in place and are easy to cook on both sides. The baskets are also nice and long, so your hands don't need to get near the fire.
I find that making separate baskets for meat and vegetables works best for me; that way I can start the meat or shrimp earlier or later than the vegetables, depending on the required cooking time. I would recommend buying 4 of these for 2 people; 2 for meat and 2 for vegetables. I find that each basket holds just the right amount of vegetables for 1 person, so you'll need the second one for meat unless you are a light meat eater. You are not going to feed a crowd with 2 or 4 baskets, so you might try them out and then consider buying more for when you have company.
They are coated with a nonstick surface, but I still spray my baskets with a nonstick spray before use. They clean up very easily. I suppose you could put these in the dishwasher, but then the wooden handle would not last as long.

I just received the cover and was both pleased and a little disappointed. For the money ($10.99), the cover is a good value. It's sturdy and the draw string at the bottom helps secure the cover to the grill. Based upon the plastic used, I predict it should last about 5 years. My disappointment comes from the fact that it does not cover the gas valve or regulator AT ALL. If you will look at the product picture, it actually shows that does not ( I should have seen that!). Therefore, this cover isn't really an everyday cover; it's more of a traveling cover. The longer cover would be suited better for everyday use but since I got it, I'll keep it and use it.

It does the job it is sturdy and if you are traveling much it protects a bit when in the car. But if you use it mainly outside then the larger one would be better to cover the whole stand.I suppose if money is no object you could have both. I am getting the larger one for the yard, but this will come in useful for traveling.

Flimsy and ill-fitting. The cover manages to be loose and too small for the Q220 at the same time. Hard to see what the point is.

These work great on the grill to cook items that fall through the grates. I have tried several new items that I would not have grilled otherwise. The basket was a little smaller than I expected, but my biggest issue was with its rigidity. It may be stainless steel, but it is a very thin stainless, making it difficult to clean. I used it to cook some burgers on the grill, and it turned very dark. It was hard to clean because it flexed so easily. Not worth the money.
