These do not fit the standard Big Easy. When you do a search on Amazon's site for the part number for the correct leg rack, this one comes up. Dont make the same mistake I did and order these thinking they will fit the standard Big Easy. Theyre slightly too big.

The Char-Broil Big Easy Smoker Roaster Grill Leg Rack does not fit a well in the basket as I expected. Some of the other accessories do fit better, such as the Char-Broil Big Easy Bunk Bed Basket.

As the previous review said, they are slightly larger than the standard basket with the Big Easy. But they worked fine for me. I cooked a dozen wings in about 60 minutes. I will be trying this out for the next tailgate.

If you've bought a Big Easy Oil-less Fryer, and you've looked at the product recommendations, you've probably seen this gadget. Well, don't be fooled, this item does NOT fit the Big Easy FRYER, it fits the SMOKER, which has a larger basket. Couldn't find the FRYER racks on Amazon, but they are on the Char-Broil web site.

This rack doesn't fit. There are 2 different big easy smokers. I have the smaller of the 2. I didn't know there were 2 different sizes. There isn't anything in the description stating the rack only fits the smaller smoker! I got it to fit by cutting and bending the rack, PIA!

The Savu smoker bags (alder) do a great job grilling/smoking fish, salmon filets in particular. Preparation is simple, some (lime-flavoured) olive oil and honey on the fish, into the bag, and onto the grill. Tasty and moist. I still prefer salmon done on a cedar plank (on the grill), but this is a close second. And cleanup is a breeze. Haven't tried meat yet with the alder bags ... and haven't tried the bags yet in the oven.

I was first introduced to this at a Finnish dinner party, and was given a bag by the hostess to take home and try for myself. You literally just put the seasoned raw fish (or meat, seafood or vegetables) into the large foil pouch and fold over the end to close. That's it. You can cook over the BBQ or put in the oven. They puff up like a Jiffy Pop bag, and take only 30 or so minutes depending upon what you are cooking. The food takes FANTASTIC, with a light smoke flavor. I was taught to put in a couple of sugar cubes too, and that gives the finished product a little brown color.

These are a great item, and hard to find in stores. When you do, they are no way this cheap. You can't beat the price, and you will not regret your purchase.

I have used these bag's before, but haven't been able to find them recently. I love cooking ribs in them. I put a layer of onions on the bottom, put the ribs in (I have rib rub on them for about 24 hrs before I begin), fold the bag and cook on a baking sheet for about 8 hours at 200 degree's. The ribs are juicy and tender!!!

I love these bags. They allow me to pre-cook dry ribs before a large party, allow ribs to sit in bag to reabsorb juices and then just throw on the grill for a few minutes with some slathered on sauce. Guests always rave. And no clean up---the bags just go in the garbage.

I have a similar model put out under "Bobbie Flay" name. The handle gets so hot when you use it that even my fire gloves burned when trying to pick it up. Better to get one with a removable handle.

Needless to say this ain't my first 'basket' for the grill... They got this one right! If you need this, you NEED this! You can make everything so small and it doesn't go through the holes... BTW, my other basket is now a charcoal sifter... I'm cheap and I recover 90+% of the charcoal stuff going through the grate, amazing how much flavor that adds to the food if you put it on top of the pile after you dump the chimney...

If you are disappointed with hot dogs that only look good on one side, buy a hot dog grill roller. It is much easier to grill them nicely and evenly browned. Especially handy when grilling hamburgs or steaks at the same time. I purchased another brand at the same time as I needed two and both worked great.

This is an excellent way to cook hot dogs on the grill. We had two other grillers similar to this one and since one broke I had to order another one. This one has enough room for 10 hot dogs. Everybody loves to eat hot dogs from this Hot Dog Griller. The Rosewood handle makes it easy to move the hot dogs back and forth.

This is a simple product but it does the trick. I know that most kids I've ever barbequed hot dogs for don't like them when they get a little black on the skin from not getting turned over in time. This solves that problem. The first time I used it at a barbeque, I had several people checking it out and how well it worked. I know that a couple of them were going to go home and order one for themselves. I have yet to try this with anything more than a basic hot dog but I expect that it will work just as well from brauts, etc. Simple, yet a great product.

This thing is awesome! My kids won't eat blackened hot dogs and this thing did the trick. Lightly coat with some "Grilling Pam" before cooking for easy cleanup! Too bad they don't roll themselves, HAHA.

GrillPro 91070 21-1/2-Inch Round Kettle Cooking Grid Review

Sizing is confusing on these things. When you buy the 22.5 inch Weber replacement grill you actually get a 21.5 inch diameter cooking surface, just like this one. The 22.5 inch measurement is for the grill opening the cooking surface goes into. Given that the Weber grill is 4.7 lbs vs 3 lbs for this one and costs a dollar less, I'm not sure why anyone would buy this one. Add comments if you can come up with a reason!

Bought this for a large annual family reunion several years ago. Works great for making large quantities of scrambled eggs and frying bacon. Everyone at camp loved it. Picked up a bag of these at the local hardware store, and promptly returned them. Very cheaply made, soft, porous, edges chip easily, non-uniform size, etc. These are about the size and shape of a charcoal briquette, with curved top and bottom sides that make them very unstable on a rock grate. Each briquette has wood splinters in-bedded in the surface to impart wood flavor. I suspect that this will quickly burn away, leaving holes in the ceramic surface that will trap grease. Might as well use lava rock. Would be surprised if these would last a full grilling season. Will be ordering more Mr BBQ ceramic briquettes that I have used for years before without problems.

These steel heat plates appear to be the same as what originally came with our grill in both appearance and thickness. After a summer grilling season, the plates show use but little wear and only a bit of rust at the edges. Would definitely order again.

Part arrived promptly, well packaged and in great condition.

As expected the part was a direct replacement for the rusted out ones on my Kenmore grill. The new parts seem to be much heavier construction and I have no doubt they will last as long as the OEM ones, likely longer.
