This tool set is much beefier then I had expected considering the low price. The quality is very good. The tools feel solid in my hand and are easy to work with, even with larger, heavier food items. I am very pleased with the purchase and can hardly believe the set was priced at just over $10. I will likely send a few of these to my friends as gifts.

Cheap Mr Bar B Q 02295XNST 3-Piece Stainless Steel Tool Set
2 of the 3 tools that come with this product are amazing. The tongs are very strange though. You'll have to buy another set of tongs but at this price it's ok.

Best Zippo 121361 MPL Multi-Purpose Lighter, Black Deals
This lighter comes adjusted with a small maximum flame for safety reasons but can easily be readjusted for a larger flame. Loosen the small set screw on the side of the flame adjustment knob. Notice the marks on the bottom of the knob for correct orientation. Remove the knob. Turn the fluted shaft very slightly (1 detent) counterclockwise. Replace the knob, test, and repeat until you get the size flame you want. Be careful, this lighter can shoot out a six inch flame. The fluid should be full when this is done to prevent over adjusting. This is a very dangerous product but quite useful for lighting candles and lanterns.
What I love about this Zippo household lighter is how durable and long lasting it is. I don't have to throw it away, just refill it. It's of a metal design, not plastic and has a very convenient safety function (you have to depress a button on the underside of the lighter while flicking the switch on the upper side with your thumb). While it might not be as versatile, the extension of the flame from your hand is only about 4 or 5 inches, the quality is light years ahead of the plastic brands.
This new lighter is different in that it has a stop that is made of brass. This is a small brash washer with nub that rests against one of two stops molded into the end piece that the adjustment knob sits in. If you remove the black adjustment knob you will find a fluted brass tube that surrounds the gas filler tube. Grasp the black adjustment knob firmly and pull it out of the end piece or shroud. I take my thumb nail and pry the knob up a bit to get it started. Once you remove the knob you will find the fluted brass tube that adjusts the flame. At the bottom of that fluted tube you will find the brass washer with the nub probably resting against one of the stops. On mine there were 2 very small rubber O rings that hold the brass washer down. Using a very small screw driver I pried the 2 O rings off which gave me access to the brass washer. This is also fluted and slides over the brass tube. Taking a small, thin screwdriver I was able to pry this washer up and off the brass tube. This was a slightly tedious process and took time. At this point you could probably toss the washer, reassemble the adjustment mechanism and have an overly adjustable lighter. I chose, however, to reinstall the brass washer but rotate it a few flutes which, after reassembling, made the lighter vastly more adjustable but still within limits. After placing the brash washer I had some trouble getting the O rings back on but inserting both jaws of a needle nose pliers I was easily able to stretch them over the brass tube and push them down over the washer.
I hope this helps and my instructions are not too awkward. It was a bit of a tedious process but very doable and resulted in having a lighter that is much more adjustable and able to throw a several inch long flame.

I use lighting devices like this every day to light candles at our bed & breakfast establishment. I was excited when I saw that Zippo had put one on the market because I was aware of Zippo's reputation for elegantly designed, reliable lighters. I have been disappointed to discover that although the thing looks pretty and appears to be well-made, it is clumsy and awkward to operate. The safety button is in the wrong place to be comfortably depressed while striking the lighter. Compared to other devices of this type, the Zippo does not have much distance between the flame and your hand making it difficult to light wicks that are down inside jar-type candles. Also, the fuel-level indicator is nearly impossible to see making it difficult to know when the thing needs re-filling. I am much happier with way cheaper such devices that are more versatile, user-friendly, and ergonomically designed.Best Deals for Zippo 121361 MPL Multi-Purpose Lighter, Black
What I hate about most household lighters is how flimsy and cheaply made they are. To be honest I am a bit of a worrywart and I am very uncomfortable with throwing the disposable lighters away for fear of starting a fire. Scoff if you like but it's not out of the realm of possibility. What I love about this Zippo household lighter is how durable and long lasting it is. I don't have to throw it away, just refill it. I have a larger version of this Zippo lighter that is probably 5 or 6 years old and had the same problem. The solution was to remove the adjusting knob by pulling straight back and replace it in a slightly different position. This new lighter is different in that it has a stop that is made of brass. I have three of these lighters and they have all worked poorly. Low to non-existent flame, no matter how adjusted. BUT I discovered the Amazon review that talks about adjusting the flame. This is slightly more than turning the black knob on the base. You must pull off the knob, and loosen a screw slightly, and then turn the adjuster one little click counter-clockwise, tighten the screw up and then put the black knob back on. Now try it. I was ready to send them all back to ZIPPO in one big box with 1 $5.00 check and hpe for the best, but it is now not necessary. All are working and all are working better than they ever have.

They control flare-up better too. In my opinion they are great.

For years, I have used the biscuit type of briquettes and have had a hard time finding the right size for my grill. Seems like they were all too big, or the size of gravel. Decided to give these a shot and must say so far I'm impressed. Have used them three times and they heat up quickly and really do even out the temperature on the cooking surface. I mixed these in with some of my older briquettes for now but will eventually use these consistently when the older ones crumble. There's enough in a box to cover a very large cooking area. I like them.Best Deals for GrillPro 43118 Ultimate Briquettes

Honest reviews on GrillPro 43118 Ultimate Briquettes
These are GREAT! I converted my gas grill with those steel "flavor boosters" to these. What a difference! I have more even heat through out the entire cooking surface. If the meat is fatty, I still get flare-ups, but I can live with that. Everything even tastes more like charcoal without all the fuss. The ONLY negative is the price. My brother found the exact same item at Menards for around $10 a box. This is the first time a bricks and motor store beat an Amazon price.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for GrillPro 43118 Ultimate Briquettes

Good quality for the price, but is not an exact fit. It does cover the entire grill, but very tight at the top. Don't know if it is just this cover or if they all might be this way. I'm ok with it but not 100% satisfied. The quality is very good but it's a job to get it on and off. It could have been an inch or two larger to facilitate the on/off process.

Super yummy used twice, once on smoked baby-backs and again on some yellowtail fish. Delish on both. A nice, clean, citrusy taste that was a wonderful surprise! Just a side note, the chips burned a little hot (not a problem if you keep an eye on the BBQ... but be sure to do so). Absolutely not a quality problem, just a hot-burning wood, but the taste is WELL worth a little vigilance while parked by the barbecue with a cold beer and a handy squirt bottle of water. Enjoy! :D

Buy Portable Kitchen PK 99740 Cast Aluminum Grill and Smoker

List Price: $360.00
Sale Price: $301.52
Today's Bonus: 16% Off

I purchased my Portable Kitchen Grill in 1971. The wheels eventually cracked and I have replaced a couple of the frame bolts. Wouldn't have had to do that except this grill has spent fourty winters and fourty summers directly in the elements including being dropped from the tail gate of a truck, an ice storm and two hurricanes. The grill and the grates remain in good condition after 40+ years. I eventually bought a New Braunfelds out of Texas to accommodate huge crowds but I have gone through two of them due to rust out and they cost over twice what I paid for the PK. This is a lifetime go to grill.
I am in the midst of a BIG GREEN EGG crazed neighborhood and I still produce barbecue and ribs on the PK that $1500.00 Big Green Egg fans think came off an egg. Shhhhh!, I don't tell them I just accept their compliments on my BBQ while I listen to their lore about how nothing cooks as good as an egg???
One final comment if you oil the grates after each cookout with vegetable oil the grates will last for a long time. I am an old timer who was going green when it was all about building things to last and not just something fashionable to chat about while drinking bottled water out of a plastic container that will spend the next 50 years in a land fill. Do yourself and the environment a favor and get a PK to use for a lifetime and then leave it to your grandson or granddaughter. If I could change anything I would provide ceramic coated grates, stainless steel frame bolts and solid rubber tires and for another five bucks in manufacturer's cost and make this a one hundred year product. This is a 5 star product among the serious grill and smoker crowd and a 10 star among the thrifty "waste not want not" crew. By the way, my neighbor very carefully moved his four year old ceramic 200 plus pound 1,500+ dollar egg 20 feet across his patio in its optional custom $600 rolling table and it cracked wide open right down the middle... well you know ... just like an egg! I hope he finds a depression and an anger management support group SOON!
The PK is virtually indestructible, sized right, and unique. It is pricey for those who expect to get a charcoal grill for nothing, especially in the age of shiney stainless gas units, but you won't find another cooker that cooks as well as the Portable Kitchen.
The performance is fantastic for a charcoal grill. The reviews and articles online are speaking the truth. The design is well thought out and classic. The cast body of the grill reflects most of the fire's heat back to the interior, ventilation, and temperature control are precise and easy to predict, and the charcoal can be conserved and re-used. Smoking is very easy compared to most other grills I had a Brinkmann water smoker before (the upright kettle grill) and the performance of the PK is far and away superior due to the ability to precisely control air and smoke flow.
The main problem I have with this grill is the ancient design and the lack of a few key modern conveniences. The biggest omission for day to day use is the lack of a reasonable way to clean the ashes. Basically the ashes wind up sitting in the bottom of the aluminum "bathtub" of the grill bottom. It is not designed to be cleaned, really. You can use a trowel or other hand tool to scrape the ashes out, or you can (if you carefully hold the bottom body to the frame) invert the grill and dump the ashes out. Either way you will get filthy with grease and soot. They REALLY need to augment the design with an ash catcher I would have paid $100 more if it had a good way to clean it out.
I give the PK three stars mainly for value, which is OK but not great. At this price high for such a small grill they really need to make it more user friendly.

I bought this unit over three months ago and have used it exclusively since. I am not kidding, I have cooked on nothing else but the PK it is that good. The menu has included whole chickens, chicken breasts, chicken thighs, beef roasts, pork roasts, planked salmon, steaks, chops, brats, dogs, ribs and burgers. Everything has been perfect. Nothing else cooks like it. The genius of its design is that when it is closed (as is intended) the PK cannot support a flame. While the internal temperature remains hot enough to sear anything, meat will not burn from flare-ups. And, while the unit is closed, smoke produced from the meat itself, wood chips or chunks, and/or your choice of charcoal bathes your dish with wonderful aroma that you and your guests will truly enjoy. The PK is virtually indestructible, sized right, and unique. It is pricey for those who expect to get a charcoal grill for nothing, especially in the age of shiney stainless gas units, but you won't find another cooker that cooks as well as the Portable Kitchen.

I was excited when I received the all in one cooker. Then I opened the box and my excitement turned to disappointment. It appeared like it had been used. All the stainless steel was tarnished, bent up, and scratched. Not to mention the steel was as thin as tin and the decals weren't even put on correctly. Brinkmann should be ashamed of themselves for building such a poor product. I immediately boxed it back up and returned it to Unbeatable Sales and after three weeks have not yet received a refund.

This is hands down the best grill that I have ever owned. It is very well built and the food that we have cooked has been wonderful. My only complaint is that the conversion from LP to natural gas was not simple. The instructions for the conversion are a little on the light side (e.g. there are no pictures), but I did manage to get it done. It did, however, cost me around $100 for parts that aren't included. So be aware, you will need to purchase a natural gas hose and various fittings to get it hooked up. I was also hoping that I might be able to switch easily from natural gas to propane, but that is not the case. Now that it's all hooked up, the grill works great and we use it at least 2-3 times a week.
