This appears to be a quality product, it is heavy and powerful enough to handle a substantial amount of food. Time will tell if the gear train will last as it is sealed in the motor case. I rated it 5 stars based on the overall feel of the product but you cannot accurately rate products like this until adequate experience has been gained to evaluate performance and reliability and I have only used it once.
