We ordered one each replacement burner and heat plate for our gas grill on June 10th. We needed three but wanted to be sure the parts fit before ordering three. The burner and heat plate fit perfectly. We went on-line to Amazon to place an order for the two additional burners and two heat plates on June 18th. Music City Metals has now raised the price of the heat plate from $31.54 to $44.91 in eight days!!! Unbelievable!!!

Amazon service was great. Music City Metals price increase -lost a customer on this one.

The Park Grill that I ordered is a sturdy built unit. It was easy to assemble. The instructions provided with the grill told me exactly what to do to install it. The instructions were easy to follow. The unit is easy to clean after use. I like the adjustment heights for the grill rack. I hope it gives me years of good service. It is ideal for outdoor cooking. I bought this as an addition for the cabin. The grill is just like being in a park setting. Dig a hole, pour concrete, level the pole. When it sets, install the grill and the safety pin and start grilling. Heavy steel, adjustable height for cooking, grooves to let rain water drain. Can't think of anything I would change. Maybe if it came with it's own pre dug hole? Can you get me one of those please?

I got this grill for my husband after he had used one on our vacation and he fell in love with it. It's a nice change from using the gas grill all the time. The 360 degree rotation makes it great if it's windy out and you can also adjust the heighth of the grill rack above the coals. Would highly reccommend getting one if you are tired of gas grills and like the taste of meat cooked over charcoal.

I purchased a Minden grill from Williams-Sonoma and wanted something to protect my 'investment' in a grill of this price. I ordered the Minden Grill Company PGC1000 Water-Resistant Premium Gas Grill Cover and it fits like a glove over my grill. I have had it approximately two months and the top of the cover over the hood, along with the trays on the side, has begun to fade. It appears gray on the top and black around the bottom. It does sit outside in full sunlight, but I have outdoor furniture fabric that doesn't fade and weather as much as this has in only two short months. Great buy for the fit, but disappointed with how quickly it has weathered.

These would have been perfect had they been long enough to reach from front to back.

It seems that the manufacturer is saving pennies (times millions...) by making these about one sixteenth of an inch shorter than OEM. That would be fine except that by the time my Jenn-Air needed new flavorizer bars, the front and back walls of the shell had expanded away from each other due to heat, and these new bars fell not just one sixteenth short, but about three eights of an inch short of bridging the resultant gap.

To avoid the hassle of a return, and because in my opinion, I would encounter precisely the same problem with a t replacement, I had to extend the new bars by riveting on one-inch stainless extensions made from scrap. This allowed the new bars, which otherwise are of excellent quality, to handily bridge the gap.

In closing, two comments: (1) I'm not upset with the vendor cutting the replacement part by approx one sixteenth...in a perfect world, with no wear and tear, they would have worked, BUT... (2) I hope Amazon's buyers can relay to the manufacturer that field tests show the length of their product is inadequate, at least for the JennAir Model 720-0720.

The original pieces on my Kenmore grill deteriorated completely and crumbled to nothing. I searched around and found these as upgrades (since they are stainless as opposed to whatever the others were).

I didn't buy at Amazon, but I have this grill cover purchased locally. It has a sturdy canvas-like material. I used it more than a year with no signs of wear, except the black is slightly faded under the hot California sun.

There is nothing to recommend about this cover except it does fit (sort of) so it gets an extra star for that. Save a lot of money and get another cover. I have buyers remorse for purchasing this overpriced piece of vinyl.....

This is not a fitted cover as pictured it does not have a drawstring either it has elastic around the entire cover including the section that hangs at the base...there are better covers out there that cost 1/3 the price....

A-maze-n Tube Smoker 12" Review

I have tried several different "smoke boxes" that use wet or dry wood chips and just couldn't get the smoke I wanted from them. The A-Maze-N smoker is the best smoke device that I have tried.

First off, I already own the 6" and 18" size "A-maze-n" Tube Smokers. I bought the different sizes so I could use the one that matched the time I needed to complete my smoked dish. Plus, sometimes I use more than one tube smoker at a time for more smoke. For instance, We love smoked BBQ chicken. It takes from 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 240 degrees to cook it until it is done. I was using the 18" tube smoker and about 1/3 rd of the pellets were not burned. When I used the 6" tube, I ran out of smoke too soon. The 12" tube is just right for smoking something for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. If you only buy one A-Maze-N Tube Smoker, the 12" would be the best all around size to have.

The A-Maze-N tube smoker is made of stainless steel and should last a very long time. When you complete your smoking and the grill cools off, carefully pick up the tube smoker and pour the ashes into a waste disposal container. Make sure all of the burned pellets are cold. Some of the ash will try to fall out thru the holes, but if you are careful you can empty the tube without making a mess. I usually use an aluminum tray and put the smoker tube directly on it from the grill. That way if ash falls out of the holes, it will fall onto the tray and not onto the grill.

I like this a lot. Makes it easy to smoke meats before grilling, smoke cheese, etc. This has a smoldering fire but no flame. The tube gets warm hot near the smolder zone but doesn't heat up the rest of the grill that much.

I bought one of these last year to replace a Char-grill that I had. The biggest selling point for this particular company is that the grills are made in Hungtington, IN. I love it. It is a very well made grill, heavy cast iron grates, gets to heat quickly, and maintains it very well. There were a few issues putting it together, but not nearly as many as I have seen on other products. I highly recommend this grill.

NORDIC WARES 365 INDOOR/OUTDOOR BEER CAN MARINADE CHICKEN ROASTER is well made and should hold any chicken upright well, for beer can roasting. BUT, I tried using it in Weber's 22.5" Gold grill and the grill, top inside of the lid to the surface of the wire rack isn't deep enough to hold the chicken and close. The grill top itself rests on and slides off any chicken sitting on the Nordic Ware 365 roaster. BUMMER, and, I believe it may well be the same for any beer can roaster I might purchase for use in the Weber Grill. I'll shop a little to try another.
