This grill cover is perfect for my grill! The material is thick and the seams are double stitched. It appears that it will withstand the wind, sun and rain that passes through Southern California. We're very happy with our purchase. Our grill is 54 x 21 x 42. We thought that the cover would be too big, but it fits just fine. The velcro strips on each side takes in the extra material the cover hovers just above the cement. Perfect fit.

This cover is a little short for my grill but i knew that when i bought it..For the price good luck beating it. The material is very thick and velcro straps work nice to keep a snug fit. When dogs tear up BBQ covers faster than i can order them a nice one at this price is a pocket book saver!

I bought this for my gas grill because my wife and I cook hibachi style very often. There are many reasons to like this griddle:

This is not stainless steel. It can't be. At first I thought it worked great, even though it discolored and couldn't be cleaned enough to restore the original look, but after a few uses, It started to get rusty, even without obvious moisture EVER left on the surface. Not blackened or stained, but flat out rusted. Now, without ever using it again, and keeping it stored in fully enclosed, completely protected cabinet in its accompanying bag (put away dry), we opened it this season to find it COVERED with rust and totally unusable. Lots of money for a 4-5 use item.

So my cast iron griddle on my grill that I leave outside keeps getting very badly rusted each year I have to clean it 2-3 times get the rust off wash dry and then season it with Crisco for 4 hours on the grill only to have it rust a few weeks later.

Then I cam across this wonderful invention that on't rust( I hope) that lets me cook like my local diner! Now I can do mushrooms and onions outside, roast peppers, eggs omelets! All kinds of food that I would have to break out the electric griddle for inside the house! It has a grease well! Also It really seems like a commercial grade or close to commercial grade to me. I expected a cheap flimsy thin stainless, and instead was pleasantly surprised with the quality of it. My one question is that a magnet sticks to it? So it is not high grade stainless, it will be interesting to see how it holds up over time. This is the reason for my "4 stars" instead of 5. Magnets don't stick to true stainless.

This griddle came exactly as advertised. Heats up super fast on grill. I have even set it on top of my turkey fryer with success. I have cooked everything from tater tots to fish, steak, burgers, eggs, veggies. I have not had any problems with sticking. I usually toss on some oil or butter. Puts a great sear crust on burgers and steaks. While griddle is hot hit it with some water and scrape off food into drip trough in front. I usually put some wet paper towel in trough as well to help absorb grease. You do need to hit it with a grill stone every now and then if you dont like the darkening of surface ( I dont mind it, a seasoned griddle requires less oil and cooks better IMO ). I DEF reconmmend this for those who are sick and tired of flare ups!

The hose that came with my burner was starting to fray so I needed a replacement. Most places sell just the rinky dink 10 psi regulator. This one goes up to 40 psi and is made very well. It connected right onto my burner and worked great. You can really crank the heat up with this thing too. Gets my 80 quart pot boiling in less than 10 minutes.

Without an adjustable hose, it seemed the flame would start to die down due to weak pressure and I'd take the tank in for a refill when it was still half full. There is something with the pressure regulators that makes it tough to use the last quarter of a tank. With this I am actually able to drain the take to empty and use every bit of propane in the tank. The hose pays for itself after just a tank or two...

This a good, sturdy set of tongs, good length and comfortable to hold. If I could change them, though, I would do something about the tips. In my opinion, they are bent inwards too much--you end picking things up w/ just the tips rather than the whole grabber, which can lead to torn meat. Weber should know better! Also, I think I prefer the sliding tong lock to this pull mechanism. Works fine now, but I worry that down the road it will get loose and start locking while I am using them; that would be very frustrating. But, so far so good.

I purchased these tongs and everything is great, EXCEPT that the end of the tongs where you grab the meat is cupped rather than almost flat making grabbing certain things like some chicken wings, hot dogs, and smaller items very diifcult to grab tightly and makes it difficult to turn smaller items.

I decided to try these after being frustrated at the thin, wimpy tongs available at most stores.

As other have said these are very sturdy, made with a much thicker gage of stainless steel than usual. The should last a long, long time.

However, I wasn't happy with the shape of the tongs gripping surface. Too much of a 'vee' front to back and kinda flat at the back. If you try to pick up a burger or other meat from a grill, you'll puncture it with the tip before you get a good grip on it. (I don't know how Weber considers this shape to be optimal.)

As shipped, the tip is more of a 'pincer' than any other tong I've owned. Weber must think that it enhances grasping small objects like shrimp or asparagus, but I find the shape just plain wrong. The vee is so angled that only if you pick up something 5-6" across are the tips contacting all the way along the head. If you like to pick up burgers, steaks, and chicken by laying the tongs flat on the grill and pick thing up from the sides, these are your tongs. If you pick up things by sliding one tip under the food and gripping the top, these are simply the wrong shape.

After trying them, I went into my shop and put each tip over a 1 1/2" oak dowel for a mandrel and beat the tips into shape with a rubber mallet, patterning the shape after other tongs. I flattened the front to back angle to about 1/3 of the original and made each tip more concave as well so the back 'teeth' bite better. Now I can pick up a typical burger and steak with the tip contacting the whole length of the tong head, not just at the tip. Yet after modifying them, they still work good when 'side-gripping' as well, so I can't say I like Weber's design. At least they can be re-formed to ones own preference.

Anybody that grills knows that the tongs are the indispensable tool; turning your phallic meats, delicate veggies, devastating steaks, and anything else non-patty formed.

Unfortunately, anyone that grills also knows that the average pair of kitchen tongs leave your hands burnt or at the very least, looking sunburnt because of the close proximity to flame.

So after one long summer day that left me with ring and watch marks, I decided to pursue the perfect 16" tongs, and these are it.

It's not mentioned in the product description, but these bad boys are a full 16" length like the ones by Lodge Lodge Camp Dutch Oven 16-Inch Stainless Steel Tongs, but unlike those, these have a rubberized grip so as the tongs get hot, your hands don't.

What's also great is that they don't fool around with "grips" on the actual tongs. I had a pair of "BBQ" 16" tongs from Crate & Barrel and the tips were not high-temp compatible and so married my meat and grill grate in a melted elope of disgrace. I'm sure there are high-temp tips, but coals and grills reach temperatures I'm not confident about unless it's pure steel.

Another problem I came across with other 16" tongs, was that the grips would bend and weaken over time. The longer your tongs, the sturdier the ends have to be to withstand the pressure from levering meat. If you're a veteran griller who's used cheap tongs, you know what I mean. You try to grip your grillable and the tongs just bend outward. These do not. You could use these tongs as small baseball bats.

And as you might've guessed, these tongs leave my hands far and away from the direct heat. No longer are my hands pink after a day of grilling.

Just installed it on my Aussie grill. The three fit perfectly with slight trimmings done, and work great. Food has not stuck to the netting so far. I will get some metal tie-downs to secure it to the grill surface, as this stuff is very lightweight.

I recommend everyone trying it. Definitely worth the price, as the local BBQ guy's price was too high.

Ordered this set of brushes for indoor/outdoor use... in the kitchen and for use on the grill.

Longer angled brush is useful over the heat of the grill making it easy and quick to baste the food. Also found it worked well when roasting a chicken in the oven.

I use the smaller brush for my pastry making.

These brushes are not fancy but well made enough for our usage... which is often.

I purchased these for my husband. I thought they were a gimmick when I first saw them. I was wrong. These are great! He uses them basting on the grill and stove. I use them on pizza when spreading garlic oil over the crust. We don't have to worry about bristles of a normal brush coming out onto our food and I don't have the headache of cleaning a basting mop. These are a breeze to clean.

The longer brush also has an angled head. I didn't think the angled head when do much but it makes basting meats in the oven much easier. My husband also likes it for cooking on the grill. He doesn't have to open the lid as much so the heat stays in.

This two pack costs about the same as one brush. We don't have to fight over using them. He gets the long one and I keep the short one. These would make great Christmas gifts for the BBQer in the family.

Okay, so I purchased this because it was cheap and it qualified for Prime shipping rates. I needed a basting brush desperately before this weekend to prepare wings and BBQ drumsticks for the game, but after going to my local Target I didn't want to pay $8 and up for a single silicone basting brush. Of course I turned to Amazon, and found this product.

I didn't realize it until I accidentally pulled the head of the larger brush off, but the heads come off. This does two things. 1) clean up is even easier 2) you can choose to angle the head of the brush or use it straight. Angled will work great for the grill or oven, straight will work for pastries. BOTH brushes have this option, so I'm more excited than I was before that I ordered these brushes for the weekend.

Even after paying $4 for 1-day shipping, I still got these cheaper than what I would have paid to purchase something similar locally, and I would not have gotten a product that converts from angled to non-angled. Definitely worth buying, and I can't wait to cook with these!

Charcoal Companion's Beef and Lamb Smoking Wood Chip Blend is the perfect--almost necessary--addition to your grilling routine. Its straightforward wood chips (not chunks) that are extremely simple to use and don't require much effort on your part. Soak them first to prevent burning for longer use or for a quick burn toss them on as is (I usually put them in a foil pouch for extended cooking). They're said to be soaked in cabernet; you can't really detect any notes of cabernet from the wood while in the bag or while smoking/smoldering in the grill but this is immaterial. I'm a city guy so I couldn't tell you the difference between Oak or Applewood in the grill, but having bought the Poultry Blend as well, I can say there is a difference in taste. The blend is aromatic but doesn't leave your home smelling like a hickoryor mesquite-filled smokehouse. For someone living in a rural area, buying these wood chips (though inexpensive) may seem like buying bottled water 50 years ago: why pay for what you have for free? Well, if you don't have access to trees for choppin', while very basic, this wood chip blend is convenient and very much so worth the money. I'll be buying again soon.

We used to purchase chardonnay oak wood chips from this company. I have not been able to find them for several years now. This is the closest thing they have to the 'chardonnay oak' wood chips we used to buy. If you use a weber with indirect heat and smoke, this chip is the BEST way to make Salmon and Chicken. NO need to put anything but a bit o' salt and pepper. MMMmmmmm

I realize that you can buy chips at the local discount store and form your own blend. Those with experience should probably do so. However, if you are new to the 'Q like me, these chips make the process practically foolproof. Just add a bit of these every 30 minutes or so and you will have created the most flavorful, best chicken (in my case chicken breasts) that you ever have. Used about 1/8 the bag on a batch of 8 large chicken breasts. The chips come in all forms and sizes from some very large chunks to some slivers. The slivers tend to help the smoke roll and smolder. The chunks burn for quite awhile and keep the smoke coming consistently. Good luck!

If, like me, you hate throwing anything away that might be useful if only certain worn out parts were replaced, then you will appreciate being able to repair the ash sweeper system on your Weber 18 ½ inch kettle grill. Most of the parts on these grills tend to last a long time but the set of blades and an attached rod in the bottom are prone to deteriorate due to exposure to high heat and the elements. Without intact blades, you are left with large openings in the bottom of the kettle that will possibly allow too much air to enter while cooking and allow hot or old charcoal to fall out unchecked. The included instructions look easy to follow but remember that aging-related wear may make the old parts very difficult to remove. On my grill, the old ash sweeper remnants had fused into one piece and the attached thumb screw simply snapped off as I tried to remove it. After a good deal of bending and some twisting using slip-joint pliers, I was finally able to pry the remnants from my kettle without significantly damaging the hole. I may have been lucky that the old blades, attached washers and the large nut holding the sweeper rod were so corroded that they broke apart fairly easily. Your results may vary and would probably be much easier if your grill came with the newer "H-drive system" found in this repair kit. Note that, contrary to the description, there is no need for additional washers or a thumb screw in this kit so they are not included.

Pros: Parts appear reasonably durable and no tools are needed for assembly while following the pictorial instructions.

Cons: Carefully weigh whether you can remove the old parts without damaging the kettle before you buy this kit and find you can't use it. If the rest of your grill is in poor shape, it would be more practical to buy a new one before spending this much. Tools may be necessary to remove old parts.

Works great! Better than the original, the new style has no bolt that holds the arm in. The new one just snaps together and is very secure. I thought it would be junk when I opened it but after I figured out how it works it really is great. The only drawback for people that don't have tools would be removing the old part. I used an air cutoff tool and ground the bolt head off to remove it. (Yes I really did 2 grills a 22.5 and 18.5.)

It's a redesign over the original system that has a thumb screw to hold the lever on. The old one was so badly corroded the screw head twisted off and the only way to remove it was to saw the lever off with a hack saw. This new one should be more easily removed when it's life it done.

I've had my Weber 18.5" grill for about 14 years now, and it sits outside with no cover on it. this is the first thing i've needed to replace for it, which is kind of crazy when you think about it. The old cleaning system's pieces had completely rusted, and eventually snapped so they wouldn't function any more. It was a royal PITA to get the old ones off, had to take a hacksaw to them from underneath, but once i finally got them off, putting in these new ones was a piece of cake. and they operate perfectly. Hopefully, if these rust after 10-15 years, they'll be easier to take off, since you no longer have the bolt there holding them.

Very simple to install. I wish the original cleaning system had been that easy to remove. The old rusted set screw and old rusted lock nut were very difficult to remove. After denting the bottom of the kettle while taking them off, I had to bend it back into shape in order to fit all the new pieces. Next time changing the system will be a breeze.
