Digital BBQ Fork Reviews
it's half again as large as my last temp. fork. and it takes 10-15 seconds to get the reading. my last fork took about 3. but it broke and they don't make it anymore. i had to learn that when the temp bar reached the very first bar for med-rare, that's when i needed to remove the meat. anything more and it was too done. but i guess every fork has it's learning curve. so far, i like it!

Discount 91271(3-pack) Replacement Porcelain Steel Heat Plate/shield
After reading the reviews I felt obligated to give these a five star rating, without even purchasing them. If everyone that said they were too wide, would have measured the original plates in their grill, they would have realized the plates are 8-3/8" wide.
If you order the #91281 (17 5/16" x 8 3/8" MBP 91281 (1-pack) BBQ Barbeque Barbecue Replacement Gas Grill Porcelain Steel Heat Plate Shield Tent Diffuser Deflector for Costco Kirkland, Nexgrill, Virco, Lowes Model Grills OEM / ODM) it will fit perfectly. I couldn't find a 3-pack, but it's easy enough to put 3 in your cart! haha
Hope this helps and Happy Grilling!

Stated in the information that these would fit in a Kirkland model 720-0108. They do not. Will not fit all three in the unit. Had to use two of them and one of the old units. Now have uneven heat. The old units are about 8 inches wide and the new ones are about 9 7/8 inch wide.Best Deals for 91271(3-pack) Replacement Porcelain Steel Heat Plate/shield
Ordered the wrong size but works well. I should have returned them but everything worked out. Next time would returnHonest reviews on 91271(3-pack) Replacement Porcelain Steel Heat Plate/shield
These are exactly what we needed, just not 3 of them. Oh well, we have one on back-up. These were extremely pricey at the big box stores like Lowes & Home Depot. So glad to have found them here on Amazon.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for 91271(3-pack) Replacement Porcelain Steel Heat Plate/shield
These plates are well made. They are heavy gage steel nicely powder coated for a nice appearance. Make sure to measure your old plates as these come in different sizes. I would recommend this product.Monday, January 5, 2015

Replacing my 9 year old Ducane, and couldn't be happier. She was one of the good ones, actually made in South Carolina, but this Weber has better temperature control and gets hot! Nice when you're grilling in winter!
Assembly was easy, the firebox and gas line assemble came pre-assembled; you just build the cart and attach the finishing components such as the ignitor, knob cover plate, side shelves and door. Took about an hour and 45 min. The instructions are clear and concise. Needed tools are a #2 Phillips screwdriver and a 7/16ths deep dish socket would be useful for the 8 nuts securing the side table brackets.
Deal maker for me was the heavy cast iron grates. These are exactly the same quality as the $699 E-310 Genesis, just smaller, and they leave great grill marks! (Please see picture).
Even though this grill has 2 burners it gets hot! Up to 550 degrees within 10 min on high. Turn down the temp and it dropped to 400 within a couple of minutes.
A nice feature is the propane tank gauge, which is spring mounted and based on full tank weighing 38 lb.'s. I could tell by feel that my tank was getting low when I picked it up, and the gauge confirmed my suspicion by letting me know that I'm down to a fifth of a tank just with a simple glance at the well-marked hanging scale indicator.
This is the 2013 model, with burner knobs moved to the front, providing more useful work space. If needed the side tables collapse, but still feel very secure and substantial when used in the upright position.
I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this to a friend.
Pro's
-----
* Gets up to 550 degrees in mid winter here in Utah
* Very sturdy construction, even the fold down shelves are very stable unlike most grills.
* Sides are basically closed with only a few small holes for rotisserie (had a bird build a nest in my last one so this was important for me, no where for them to get in now)
* Enclosed Propane area
* Propane tank meter (done by weight)
* Solid Iron Grills, good weight, good heat retention, great sear marks.
* Ignition system is great, battery powered, not one of those little push powered igniters that always break.
Con's
-----
* Cost, at $499 this was the most expensive BBQ I have purchased, and it seemed odd considering it didn't have many of the features that most others in that price range have.
* No Side Burner, but really who actually uses that thing anyways.
Personal Thoughts:
------------------
I was a little leery of getting what seemed like a feature lacking BBQ for basically a $500 price tag. But the more I thought about it the more I realized I really didn't want all of those extra little gadgets that I frankly never used. I wanted a well made, well thought out, but otherwise basic BBQ. Enter the E210, which fits the bill perfectly. It is a bit expensive compared to other BBQ's with the same basic features, but what you are paying for is a good design and good quality. I do not regret the purchase at all, it fits exactly what I needed it to. It hits higher temps than most cheap BBQ's, most likely due to the well thought out design with little room for air to escape the BBQ. I never use the bun warmers at all, so I simply removed that rack completely so I have full access to the main BBQ surface.
I love the construction, it is very stable and sturdy a significant improvement from all of the cheap BBQ's I have used in the past. I love the grates, they leave great sear marks and are easy to keep clean and are just a good quality heavy duty iron. I have used my BBQ almost every day since I purchased it several months ago from steaks to hamburgers and I have to say it is just about perfect. This BBQ is clearly superior in quality than any other BBQ in the price range and if you BBQ as often as I do it is well worth the investment. From quality knobs, to stable trays, to solid grills, to a great ignition system, from top to bottom this grill is well designed and well built. I would highly recommend it. If you really need the side burner there are other models that include it, but I can't think of a single time I have ever used the side burner.
Recommendation:
---------------
I would highly recommend the Webber BBQ light if you ever cook after dark and have not looked into it yet. I cook after dark fairly regularly and having the attached light makes an awesome grill even better. It simply attaches to the handle, so it lights up the Grill when you lift the lid to check on your food. Some people have complained about battery drainage, but I simply turn it on when I am BBQ'ing, then turn it off when finished and it works perfectly.
As far as the grill is concerned, I was between this Spirit E320 and the E220. Both have the side burner, which was a requirement for me. The 220 was virtually out of stock anywhere you look, and I didn't want to wait so I spent a little more and went with the 320. I was initially a little worried about the 320's size, but in reality its only slightly bigger than the 220 which is a good thing for me. I'm actually glad I went with this slightly larger model, I think its really the perfect size grill. The 220 may be a b little too junior.
I've used it every night this week, and have enjoyed it. Grill reaches 500 degrees in about five minutes here in South Florida where its 80 degrees at night in the middle of winter, although that may take a little longer in colder climates. We did get a sudden rain storm that drenched the grill during warm up, but even then the temperate reached 500 degrees in the same amount of time.
My only complain is one that some people discussed in other forums concerning the relative ease to over torque one of four screws that hold the side table together. Weber has clearly noticed this, and included an appendix to the manual with a new screw set to replace the defective ones. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until after the fact as the setup guide has no mention that you should look elsewhere in the box for the "revised" version of step ## which uses the new screws. Weber should go through the trouble of revising their official setup guide so people don't overlook the way I did. Ultimately, one of the four screws snapped. Eventually I'll disassemble the side table and use the revised and newly included screws, but I don't understand why Weber wouldn't just revise the official setup guide. Its really a subtle rant, but I can easily see anxious grillers duplicating my mistake and over torquing ALL of the original screws only to then realize they didn't use the revised instructions. Just fix the original setup guide, Weber!
Otherwise, I'm a happy customer. I come from a Charbroil grill, and already the food coming off my Weber is more flavorful. I look forward to many years of grilling.
PS I also purchased a Weber grill cover (http://www.amazon.com/Weber-7553-Premium-Genesis-Grills/dp/B0012Y1D5E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1357839047&sr=8-1&keywords=weber+grill+cover). Its very easy to put on and take off, I highly recommend it.
Let me just say this: there's a reason why this grill is more than ones from other makers even though it may seemingly have less features and less burners. It is so well made and so easy to put together it's crazy. This thing is a tank. And it's beautiful.
It's like comparing a BMW and Kia. They both have CD players and leather seats but are they equal? Nope.
A couple of GREAT things about this grill:
1. It is amazingly easy to assemble for a grill. The directions are all pictures, which is kind of annoying, but if you can't read you'll love it.
2. It is packed very well.
3. It is beautiful when assembled. It is a real work of art.
4. It cooks food so darn well evenly, accurately and with precision. It heats up quickly.
5. The fold down trays on the side are a nice touch. The grill takes up a really small footprint when you need it to.
A couple of NOT so great things about this grill:
1. If you're used to cooking 17 cobs of corn 14 burgers, 12 hot dogs and a two t-bones simultaneously, this is not the grill for you.
2. I don't really like the back of the handle instead of being solid, it has like some ridges (to add grip I guess?) and it feels, well, not good.
One thing I would also recommend get the Weber grill cover. It's well worth it. It's also well made and it will keep this puppy shining like the day you bought it.
It's time for a burger. Excuse me.
UPDATE: This thing heats up to 550 in ten minutes lust like others have said. The cast iron grates have wide bars with a lot of surface area and steaks sear beautifully every time. Got a cast iron smoker box from Lowes Depot for about $15 that is only about an inch tall and it sits on top of the "flavorizer" bars under the cast iron grates perfectly. Smoke makes everything taste better -especially the three full racks of baby back ribs I indirectly grilled last weekend. After the grill warmed up with all burners on high and the wood chips started smoking I turned two of the three burners completely off and one end burner kept the grill at 325 degrees consistently for 4+ hours! I moved and mopped the ribs every hour and had to crank up the middle burner to get it back up to temp quickly (3-5 min.) but once there just the left burner took over like a champ. This is the best grill I've ever owned. I did not have an issue mounting my propane tank to the gas level indicator like another reviewer. It may be the type of tank he had. Mine is from Costco and it came with its own internal fuel gauge and the two seem to agree so I'm very happy with Weber's gas level indicator. The drip pan and collection system is also impressive. All juice and debris goes right where it is supposed to and using a scraper to clean it out and push all the waste through the hole into the disposable aluminum pan makes this one of the easiest grills to clean I have ever used.

I purchased this grill from Amazon earlier this month, and was surprised that Amazon would overnight for only $3.99 with my Prime account. That convenience certainly hit Amazon's margin, its a heavy box, can't be cheap to overnight a 150lb box! Remember in high school when you were dating that girl and you *thought* you were in love? And then you broke up and a few years later someone better came along and you found out what real love really felt like? Remember that grill that you thought you loved? You know, the one that you bought at Walmart with for $199 with 8 burners, a built in sink and a helicopter landing pad? Well, you haven't loved a grill until you've owned this one. Simplicity is key, and combined with great build quality, this grill is an absolute WINNER.Let me just say this: there's a reason why this grill is more than ones from other makers even though it may seemingly have less features and less burners. The night it arrived I unpacked it, did an inventory check, and "read" the instructions front to back. The instructions are a lot like a LEGO set: mostly pictures and arrows that are actually very accurate representations of the parts. (Unlike the $200 grills I've bought at Wal-Mart and Lowes Depot. Everyone knows they can't translate Engrish, but who would have thought they could actually misinterpret a drawing so badly?) Anyway, the second night it went together without a hitch in about an hour and a half. What a solid beauty. The heavy and solid iron grilling surface is large enough to cook for 6-10 people, and the fire box has almost no holes where heat can escape. Every piece is either stainless steel or coated with a serious thickness of ceramic paint that is very tough. Someone would have to abuse it badly to make it rust (although I probably still wouldn't leave it at the beach year round...) I'll update with a cooking review after it is broken in with burgers, steaks, ribs and roasts. Getting a solid smoke solution other than foil smoker pouches laying on top of the flame deflectors on cheap grills will be nice. I'm thinking a smoker box under the burners on the drip pan will work...UPDATE: This thing heats up to 550 in ten minutes lust like others have said. Very flimsy rack. Narrow openings, so as you push the ribs into the racks, each rack has a tendency to pop out of its anchor holes! It is way too fiddly and not robust enough for the job. I was very dissapointed with this product. Although it seems a good idea to get a collapsible rack, this one is just too much hassle. As you pull the cooked meat out, yes you guessed it, the thing falls apart.
Other than that this rack was packaged well, went together well and is currently sitting in my smoker. 3 hours can not go by fast enough.

This is my second rib rack purchased and I should have looked at my existing rack before clicking "buy". This one is a bit narrower and there is no bottom lip to cradle the ribs. Does hold ribs, so it's better than having them sit directly on a grill for 4 hours. But... Flimsy and cheaply made. Racks pop out of their holes and foul each other because the base bends easily. Final straw was it rusting through and the non stick surface falling off.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Charcoal Companion SpaceSaver Non-Stick Rib Grilling Rack

Best Son of Hibachi Triple Spit Rotisserie Deals
This rotisserie requires no electrical outlet.
If you're handy, you can adapt this product to use on other brand portable grills whose side handles are favorably sized and positioned (to attach the spit rod ladders). The default factory notch on the spit rod may not sit on the ladders correctly with your width grill, but you can bench grind a new "notch" in the spit rod so as to make it fit the spit rods ladders new width position. You may have to tweak your bbq's existing side handles to accept the spit rod ladders screw clamp in order to make them grab. It took me about 15 minutes to make the modifications.
The D battery operated rotisserie motor has good tork for it's size. One D sized battery lasted 2 seasons.
1. The motor is plastic. The plastic parts melted the 1st time
I used it. In less than 5 minutes of use.
2. Amazon should not be selling a product this inferior. It

I sold my Traeger Junior that I used for camping and picnics. The new PTG is so much more convenient and portable. The grill size is smaller, only 12x15, but it's plenty for cooking up about six burgers, a chicken, or a pork butt. It's not tall enough for a beer can chicken, but that's what my Lil Tex is for. I noticed a new feature on the controller. The "shutdown cycle". Keeps the fan running for 10 minutes to burn out any remaining pellets. That way your firebox doesn't get plugged up w/ ash as often. I wish my digital controller on my Lil Tex had that function.

I recently used a PTG while fishing for 5 days on the Bighorn river in Montana. The grill worked very nicely for grilling steaks and I even managed to smoke pork chops successfully on the PTG. However, the initial try at smoking was not successful due to the temperature on the smoke setting reaching 350˚F. It settled down to 160˚F after about 45 minutes. Apparently, the small size of the grill requires starting on smoke and letting it burn out the initial pellet charge for 15 min with the lid open before closing the lid and smoking. This is my third Traeger and overall, I am satisfied with the PTG. I also bought the PTG stand directly from Traeger. The stand is advertised as collapsible but it requires 18 screws for assembly. It comes with a bag for portability, but I cannot see taking 1/2 hour to assemble and 1/2 hour to disassemble each time you want to use it. The stand is definitely not a portable apparatus. I recommend the PTG but not the stand.Best Deals for Traeger Portable Grill PTG
Wow what an amazing food experience. Can't wait for camping season. We'll have the best smelling campsite! The grill lives up to all expectations.Honest reviews on Traeger Portable Grill PTG
Excellent service. Quick delivery. Quality of product seems on par with other Traeger products. I've only used the grill once and it seemed to work fine. One design flaw is that I wish you could add or check pellets without lifting the main lid. Any traeger person knows you lose previous heat every time you have to check on the pellets.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Traeger Portable Grill PTG
We already have two other Traegers. Now the family is complete. The Junior is great for large gatherings and the tailgate is perfect for just our family. Now, with the portable, it will fit nicely in our trailer for our weekend getaways!!! Can't have enough Tragers!Thursday, August 7, 2014

Okay, first of all....people that say this is junk or not worth the money obviously are not BIG cooking fanatics to us "seasoned" people. I have been grilling & smoking for over 15 years. This grill is perfect for what I do. The steel is a great grade and the parts were all there and fit perfectly. The price is just right if you want a great quality grill. The fire chamber has a grilling grate for cooking and the smoking chamber is big enough for two 15 lb briskets. I use this all the time. For people who say it rusts quickly...well duh!!! If you leave it outside in the weather without putting a cover over it, it will rust! It's metal people! I purchased this grill with cover for a great price! At the time on here I bought it for 449.99. No need to season this thing with PAM spray or anything else. What you need to do to prevent peeling on the inside is burn hickory in the FIRE CHAMBER ONLY at 500 degrees for a solid half hour. This will set the metal and allow it to cure. After that..have fun! I will be posting a video soon so you can see the quality of this grill. Also, if you have any questions, issues or comments the seller puts his direct email address on the instruction manual. I thought it was missing a handle, emailed him, found the handle shortly after and he still sent it anyway and told me not to worry about it....at NO CHARGE! Long story short....It's perfect!!! I am gonna buy the bigger in the next few months to expand my small BBQ business. Definitely worth buying! Questions on the product or advice on how to use, setup or storage email me.....critter.verizon@gmail.com
All in all this is a solid grill/smoker. Just make sure you have a partner to assemble (especially the firebox and legs) it makes it a helluva lot easier. A power tool goes a long way too which allowed me to get this beauty done in under a half hour. Sure you can get those vertical smokers which require less assembly or the cheaper Char-Broil or Brinkmann smokers at your local Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and Lowes stores but trust me. First, there's is no comparison to the quality of the smoker. Go to the stores and check out the the firebox smokers. The thickness of the steel (feels like it's a tin can) and the flimsiness is what you'll notice. My Medina is solid like a tank! Second, the ash scraper, steel wheels, and ash catcher add a little more to a great product. Lastly, I give Medina River an A+++ for the way they packaged their product for shipping. When it arrived (white glove service through Amazon) the box looked beaten up. After opening and inspecting it all of the parts were wrapped with quality bubble wrap and fitted inside the box. Bravo Medina River!
You got one happy customer here. :)
Will be doing some mods adding dual thermometers at grill level, adding heat baffle steel plate to distribute heat, extending chimney down to grill height. I will be adding some JB weld to seal the chimney, other attachments.

This smoker is everything I've wanted. I've only owned it for a 1.5 months and grilled many o'steaks. After using Royal Oak lump charcoal (that you can buy at Wal-Mart or like I've bought at a restaurant supplier for wood and charcoal) I will never use gas or 100% charcoal briquettes. The steaks I serve are restaurant quality now! :) I've also started my smoking journey. Been reading up on mods that you can do to a firebox smoker and decided to add flash shield (where chamber and firebox meet), fire bricks, and a tuning plate. I'd like to extend the exhaust pipe (chimney) down to the grill but I can't seem to find an elbow at home depot. I don't want to pay an arm an a leg for a custom fitted elbow either! All in all this is a solid grill/smoker. Just received today. Early review is that this is a good smoker for the money, and with Amazon Prime the delivery is a real value. The steel is thicker than I expected, seals well. I was in the market for a Horizon or Yoder, but decided on this for to save 1/2 the price. Am happy with that decision. Have not smoked anything yet, doing 20 lbs of pork loin tomorrow. I was worried this was going to be real thin and flimsy. It is not. Would recommend so far. Will be doing some mods adding dual thermometers at grill level, adding heat baffle steel plate to distribute heat, extending chimney down to grill height. Music City Metals 02125 Chrome Steel Wire Warming Rack Replacement Reviews
For some reason, the big-box hardware stores recently stopped carrying replacement grills for my gas BBQ. I had a suspicion that I would still find replacement parts on Amazon. The grill rack I ordered is the upper level rack that swivels as the lid goes up and down. The replacement fit perfectly. No need to buy a new grill while parts for the old one remain available. Sounds like a big-box plot against old grills. I would suggest, though, that you carefully measure your old grill before ordering a replacement. There a many sizes available. Don't go by the picture.....go by the measurements that mirror the ones on your grill.
Thank you Music City Metals for great quality for a great price! :)

The old one I had was rusting very badly. Hope to get a couple of years out of this one. It fit the bill so far! On edit after about 2 weeks and 4 uses the rack began falling apart. I am back where I started. Not happy with this item at all.Best Deals for Music City Metals 02125 Chrome Steel Wire Warming Rack Replacement

Honest reviews on Music City Metals 02125 Chrome Steel Wire Warming Rack Replacement
My grill model was listed as compatable with this, however, the measurements of the pivot points are off to the extent that when the grill closes, the rack drops fully down to the main grill. When up, the rack is tilted back a lot, where it should be level. It is all about the pivot point and the length of the pivoting arm.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Music City Metals 02125 Chrome Steel Wire Warming Rack Replacement
Came bent, but that wasn't bad enough. In the middle of the rack at the ends there should be loops to put the top racks handles in and there are none. This is useless. I hope who ever else might order this gets what they are suppose to.Wednesday, July 9, 2014

It's very large and sturdy. Very sturdy. Mine came with a dent in the mesh but that was easily fixed. Not broken anywhere. I got this to use as a cat litter sifter and it works great for that. The long strong handle keeps me from having to bend over as far as I used to have to so I am very happy with how it's working for that. It would work well for cooking also, as long as you are working with commercial sized cookware. It would be overkill for normal application. I want one just like it, but smaller, for home cooking.

Got the Napoleon Mirage Charcoal Grill in April 2012. For me, it's the best charcoal grill for price, once you seal gaps with food safe HighTemp fabric gaskets.
Cover has always been flawed in my view.
Design of cover hugs Burn Box. Right side fit on cover has always looked bad because of the charcoal bed Lever Arm pushes the cover up on that side.
Don't know why they did a hug fit with the esthetic issue the arm posses.
Back of cover is vented across its length at the base of the burn box. In my view it doesn't help with moisture control.
I had the same issue as the west coast reviewer, but I'm in the midwest. Cover has started to rot on left side table area (I'll try to post a picture if I can). Looks like a rip but if you touch the fabric in that area it crumbles, so it's a rip due to rot not stress.
I closing, I love the grill but wouldn't buy this cover again. After just a little over 2 years my cover is deteriorating quickly. Yes, I live in So Cal...but still, the quality, for the price....is not that great. The seam split at the bottom and now the fabric is fraying. Kind of disappointed overall.

I ordered this b/c the squirrels like to gnaw the rubber hoses. In doing so, they will eventually pierce the metal jacket inside. That's what happened to my last one (seemingly identical to this one). I was hoping this metal jacket was on the outside so the squirrels wouldn't be attracted. Not to be. It's on the inside, but the product description led me to believe otherwise.

First off, if you read the product name and are still questioning whether or not you need this, let me make it clear for you...It's Pizza (PIZZA) on a barbecue (BARBECUE)!! YOU NEED IT! I feel like at this point the review is pretty much over, how do you top that, two of the greatest things in existence...okay maybe if it had Whiskey dispenser somewhere in it...actually that's not a bad idea! (note to self: Add Whiskey)
Anyway, for further clarification...heat up that grill, slap a pizza on this guy (don't apply too much pressure and push the dough through the holes, rookie mistake) then just slap this bad-boy in that iron cocoon of charcoal/gas heat and enjoy pizza like never before! Just don't hold me responsible for excessive weight gain from and increased amount of pizza+ (it's not just pizza anymore, it's pizza+) in your diet. The nonstick surface also makes for an easy cleanup. (Protip: place on a cutting board or counter-top and put down a layer of cornmeal before adding the dough for even easier cleanup!)
Device seems to double as a mediocre tennis racket, if desperate.
Fell in love with it on the first shot so I highly recommend this product. No need to spray the pan, bakes any frozen pizza, even one that's a tad too big for it, perfectly.

Cannot add onto the previous reviews here it works great for making pizzas on the grill however, what I can say is that it is very versatile, in a pinch. In addition to using it for pizza Saturdays, I decided I would try to use it at the beach this weekend instead of taking a skillet all the way down to the BBQ pits. I took this bad boy, unfolded it, layered it with some tinfoil and fried up a few eggs and some bacon on the grill, and it worked wonders. Get creative and who knows what else you can do with this product?Best Deals for Cuisinart CNPS-417 Pizza Grilling Pan
I purchased this at Marshall's for a weekend party. I purchased the dough from Trader Joe's. I fired up my BBQ at the highest temperature. I then cooked the dough for about 10 minutes each side. Once the dough was cooked, I piled one side of the dough with mozzarella, tomatoes, chicken, pesto and garlic. The pizza was a hit at the party. The best thing about the product is that the cooked dough comes off easily, and was the dough was cooked evenly. If I had purchased 2 of these products, I would have had 4 large pizzas in an hour. What is the downside? The pan needs a deep scrubbing since the dough sticks in a few places, but I am not complaining since the pros of the product outweigh the negatives. A thing of beauty, this product. Cooking this pizza on a BBQ probably also reduces the overall heat index in the house during hot summers since it obviates the need for a kitchen oven burning at 400 C or more.Honest reviews on Cuisinart CNPS-417 Pizza Grilling Pan
This is a very well designed and ultimately necessary accessory for anyone with a grill. It can be used for pizza, which is its intended use, and that gives a nice char crust in the bottom not as nice as putting the dough directly on the grill, but a heckuva lot easier to manage. I have also use the pan as a vegetable roaster (for things like asparagus, onions and peppers, etc) that one wouldn't want slipping through the grill top, and I discovered that it also fits perfectly in a Brinkman smoker when smoking smaller items. The removable, foldable handle means that it can be put in the grill and then the lid can be closed, and its also compact for storage.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Cuisinart CNPS-417 Pizza Grilling Pan
