Char-Broil Live Fire Heavy Duty Spatula Reviews
This spatula is extra long AND extra wide which works perfectly for use on my BBQ grill. Regular size spatulas and tongs just got my hand burned and I hate wearing the BBQ gloves, they are bulky and a pain to put on and off. With this spatula (and an accompanying extra-long tong I bought) the burned hand problem is no more.

We purchased this grill cover with our grill last summer. It is attactive and fits our Charbroil smoker grill with smoker box very well. However, it faded considerably more than expected with the summer sun and it has not held up well in the cold weather. The material is very brittle and cracked and split when we took the cover off to grill on a 40 degree day. I'm now searching for another cover to fit our grill and will not purchase this one again.
UPDATE after a year of use. The color does fade to gray.

I was worried when I ordered this but so far so good. The reviews I read on amazon indicated this cover was made from a cheap plastic material. I then read on the Char Griller website that they are now making this cover from canvas. The product I received is made of quality canvas and has held up well in the Pac NW rain thus far, albeit it's only been a few months. It looks nothing like the pictures posted here.UPDATE after a year of use. The color does fade to gray.

You'd think that as good as a Char-Griller is that the company would make a cover that's better that this. This is a total waste of money. You're better off getting a large tarp to cover the grill. At least a tarp won't tear through and fade as quickly as this cover. If I could give this a lower number, I would.Honest reviews on Char-Griller 5555 Cover, Fits 1224, 2121
I agree with everyone else: this cover isn't durable at all. It lasted 6 months for me in relatively mild weather before it got a massive tear. I bought Mr. Bar-B-Q Platinum Prestige Large Grill Cover as a replacement, and while it doesn't fit as snugly, it works fine with a bungee cord securing it and is worlds more durable.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Char-Griller 5555 Cover, Fits 1224, 2121
I have this BBQ but this cover looks terrible. So I was looking on Amazon and found Mr. Bar-B-Q Platinum Prestige Large Grill Cover. I took a chance and bought it for my grill. It works really good for the char griller BBQ. It is really durable and doesn't cost much at all. I recommend it to everyone and hope this review helps you.Sunday, December 14, 2014
Cheap Stubb's 180 Cubic Inch Smoking Wood Chips Bale
The chips seem to be hardwood; what kind is anyone's guess. The start easily and smoke well, especially when wetted before putting them on the charcoal coals. My question with wet chips is whether I was seeing smoke or steam.
I do not know why I ordered chips of an unknown wood species. I would not do it again.

Reviews of Auspit All-Stainless Gold Edition
I have used this twice over an open fire and must say I am very impressed with the product, packaging, accessories, and of course the results. It appears they have thought of everything down to the heat resistant gloves they send with it. I would say the biggest difficulty in using it is squeezing the fork clamps together while pushing it into the meat. I have strong hands and can do it, I suspect someone with a weak grip will have some difficulty and a tool of some sort will have to be used. The unit is easy to set up and use and easy to clean as well. To date I have cooked a 13 lb turkey, a chicken, and a pork loin. All turned out great and well worth the effort. This weekend a brisket! Can't wait!!!

The wipes work okay on recent grilling debris but, not after sitting for awhile as advertised. They do, however, work as an intermediate cleaner but further thorough cleaning is required later.Best Deals for Char-Broil Eco-Safe Stainless-Steel Cleaning Wipes
I keep these wipes near my grill and always use them to clean up after grilling. There is no need to dirty towels with soot and ash, these wipes have the same biodegradable stainless steel cleaner infused inside. I like that this product is "Eco-Safe' because I often wonder if other cleaners will harm my family if they are left on the meat or if spraying or igniting chemicals into the air outside is harmful to the environment.Honest reviews on Char-Broil Eco-Safe Stainless-Steel Cleaning Wipes

Reviews of Texsport Insta-Light Propane Stove and Grill
I had never heard of the Texsport brand name before so I had some reservations about buying it. But the price was right so I rolled the dice. When I pulled it out of the box I was a bit disappointed. The hinges on the lid seemed a bit flimsy. But everything else seemed to be pretty good. The frist time I used it I was impressed. I have a cast iron pan and the side burner heated that up really quickly! When it came time to cook some burgers on the grill portion it was very windy. The side panels provide very good wind protection and the grill heats up nicely. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it. All that's left now is to see how long it lasts.
Just a couple comments:
1. The starter does not start the grill portion. You have to use either a match or lighter to get it going.
2. It would be nice if the item had a carrying handle for easier transporting.
3. The base does NOT get hot or even warm so you can place it on a table cloth without worrying about if it will catch fire.
4. On the burner it took 5 minutes to bring a quart of cold water to a boil weather on full throttle or at half throttle. All the adjustments is in the first half settings.
5. Keep watch on the grease catcher to insure it does not overflow when grilling. It could have been a bit larger.
If a person wants both a grill and a burner, this is the perfect choice and I completely recommend it

Buy Nordic Ware Oven Essentials Indoor and Outdoor Smoker
Yes your house will smell like Famous Daves or your favorite BBQ smoked food place. I'm not sure why this is a "bad" thing. I cook soup, house smells like soup, bread, house smells like bread, steak.. well you get the idea.. thats what happens when you cook.
TIP: Make sure to wash everything as soon as it cools, then put a coffee mug or bowl of white vinegar on the counter overnight and it absorbs most of the "odor".. if you dont desire the smell.
And about that cleaning, I have used mine a 20+ times and no paint has come off yet, however if it does, it is a smoker and withstands a lot of heat, so I won't be too disappointed. It states in the instructions to line the drip pan with foil; however, I don't think that it specifies the bottom. WRAP FOIL AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE DRIP PAN! If you don't, it will be difficult to clean. As far as I am concerned, this is as close to an indoor BBQ device as can be, and I'm not going to scrub all the little black dots off the inside of my outdoor grill.. Clean it yes, make it look brand new every time.. hardly. I use an SOS pad on the bottom of the drip pan and the inside of the kettle cooker (NOT ON THE FOOD TRAY!!!!) and it works just fine in cleaning. This IS a smoker and much of that residue on the inside is treasured "flavor" much like you would season a cast iron skillet. In fact the more I use mine the easier and better it gets. Most smoker's require you to "season" it anyway.
It is easier to use on gas than electric. I took mine to a friend's house to BBQ ribs and she has electric. My drip pan did scorch very badly (beyond repair). If you use electric MAKE SURE to not turn the heat more than medium, and babysit it well the first couple of uses until you "learn" the cooker and settings. I went to the Nordic Ware website and emailed the company requesting to purchase an additional drip pan due to the damage I caused to it. They responded very quickly and are sending me a replacement drip pan for FREE!!! Whooooo KUDOS to Nordic Ware for that.
I will say that I took a star away for the fact that removing the food tray is difficult if you need to remove it during cooking for anything. In fact, it is difficult to remove period, hot or cold.
I have read many comments about the wood chips burning up too quickly and the smoker only giving a mild smoke flavor. The chips are only needed to burn out once, you don't have to keep adding more. The instructions say to use a small amount; too small of an amount in my opinion. I use more chips than they recommend, about a 1/4 cup. This is really just going to depend on how "strong" you want the smoke flavor to be, as well as, what you are cooking. You also should close the vents completely for dry smoking and most of the way for wet smoking to retain the smoke inside the smoker so that it is in the meat/food and not the house. The most important thing is to not open it for at least the first 30-45 minutes, or until the chips have burned and the meat has absorbed all of the smoke.
When cooking with this smoker, use the recipe book as a guideline, not literally. Most everything I have made so far cooks in significantly less time than that listed in the recipe book that comes with it. As with most things, you have to learn how to use it and what you like by trial and error. So far, even when I have made mistakes (when I scorched my drip pan), the meat still comes out juicy, tender, and tasty. I don't recommend "wet" smoking anything. I have tried this several times and have not appreciated the results much at all. The meat tastes just like it sounds like it would... like "wet" smoke which isn't very appealing to my pallet. It is still tender and juicy either way.
Thanks for reading.. It's a great smoker, I have fallen in love and I have a feeling my outdoor grill will be somewhat neglected this summer.
My wife, however, complained that the smoke was burning her eyes. So that's why there are such varying reviews, some people won't even notice smoke, some people are overly sensitive to it.
If you have an outdoor smoker, don't buy this thinking you can replace a real smoker. Nothing's better than a charcoal smoker. I, however, live in a condo and can't even have a grill, so I'm thrilled to have smoky tasting meat.
Some tips:
Line the drip pan with foil, and wrap it around the outer edge. Trust me, you need to do this step if you're cooking something fatty.
Brine your pork/chicken first. I make a brine with kosher salt and brown sugar and brine it in the fridge 1 hour per lb. It keeps the meat juicy and allows it to cook faster.
Use a dry rub! Leave it on for a day before cooking. It will lend so much flavor to the meat.
Only use woodchips that are designed for this thing. That's not to say you have to buy their brand, but buying big chunks of woodchips like the Jack Daniels chips won't work because they need to be almost like sawdust to work in this.
Keep an eye on the temp. I kept mine right around 200, but it required adjusting the heat several times during the process. You have to adjust the heat depending on how much meat you have.
To get a decent bark on the meat, I empty the drip pan halfway through, and add more chips at the same time. This creates a more dry environment, and doesn't give it a "wet smoke" taste.
UPDATE: I've now used this smoker about 6 times. When I do rib tips they do get pink from the smoke! Not bad for about 2 hours of use and use 3 tablespoons of hickory. Everybody was very impressed that they came from an indoor smoker.
Also, don't expect this thing to look new after using it. It's a smoker. It's going to get black inside and there's nothing you can do about that. It won't hurt anything, just wash it out after each use to get the loose stuff off.
Cons: 1.)Your house/apt will smell like smoked hickory for the remainder of the day.
2.)Stains real easy, recommend you line the drip pan with foil. Dishwasher does get most of the residue off.
If your looking for a way to get that smoked grill taste without leaving your kitchen this product is for you.
TIP: Make sure to wash everything as soon as it cools, then put a coffee mug or bowl of white vinegar on the counter overnight and it absorbs most of the "odor".. if you dont desire the smell.

I smoke food outside in the summer but it too cold in the winter. I saw this Nordic smoker and thought it was a good idea. It worked very well on fish, nice smokey flavor. Tried it on pork tenderloin according to directions supplied. Good flavor but cooked at 35 minutes way overcooked. Will checked temperatures when I cook meat and chicken well before the called for cooking time.Honest reviews on Nordic Ware Oven Essentials Indoor and Outdoor Smoker
This thing imparts so much smoke flavor it's insane. I smoked a 1 lb pork tenderloin in it to make low fat pork bbq. It only took 40 minutes and used 2 tablespoons of woodchips. It had an incredible smoky flavor all the way to the middle. Everyone agrees that it tastes better than most "bbq" places. In my opinion, there wasn't much smoke coming from the unit. I don't have an exhaust over my oven so I just opened a window. The house smelled wonderful, but it wasn't smoky like when you fry bacon, there was no visible smoke in the kitchen unless you look directly at the smoker and watch for the little wisps. The smoke detector didn't even go off.My wife, however, complained that the smoke was burning her eyes. So that's why there are such varying reviews, some people won't even notice smoke, some people are overly sensitive to it.

Reviews of Charcoal Companion Flip N' Easy Non-Stick Fish Basket
Grill basket comes as advertised and the handles are easy to use and do lock in the two basket pieces so they do not open when you are flipping the food. One issue I had was that the vegetables I tried to grill were falling out the grid opennings. Things like mushrooms and onion slices would shrink as they cooked and with every flip of the basket I had to pick pieces of veggie off the grill. I had expected a smaller grid openning. I have a charbroil gas grill on a fixed post in my yard and the grill surface was not big enough to hold this basket unless I turned the basket 90 degrees placing the handle area over the fire making reattachment a little tricky to turn the food.

For a long time, I've tried to use a grilling basket for fish. The one I had did make turning the fish easy, but the long handle prevented completely closing the lid. When I did close the lid, it rested on the basket handle, lifting the fish off the grill and keeping it away from the heat. It was also a pain to clean. I bought this product because it would allow me to remove the handles and close the lid completely. The result is that the fish gets nicely seared and tastes delicious. When the handles are removed, the two basket pieces fit into the dishwasher, making cleaning a breeze. I love it for fish, and can't wait to try it for other things.Best Deals for Charcoal Companion Flip N' Easy Non-Stick Fish Basket
This item was damaged by Amazon shipping, but I didn't want to go to the bother to return it if my husband could fix it. The one handle insertion point was badly bent; he bent it back, but it still requires a lot of fussing to use it properly. So I went ahead and used it; It's not totally non-stick, and it's a little difficult to flip. However, it really does beat the one I was using before, which had a sort of chicken-wire mesh that trapped EVERYTHING no matter how much you oiled it. So you ended up with half your fish stuck to the mesh, and it was miserable to clean. This one is definitely better in that respect. I use it on my gas grill, so it's great to be able to remove the handles so I can close the lid.Honest reviews on Charcoal Companion Flip N' Easy Non-Stick Fish Basket

Reviews of Element EG02AMG 21-Inch Dual-Zone Gas Grill, Dark Gray
Customer Ratings:
List Price: $670.00
Sale Price: $499.98

I've put this grill through the paces and can now share my thoughts. What you should know: Cooking has been a passion of mine for close to 20 years. Things like even, consistent, and powerful heating are major considerations. I am a die hard user of cast iron kitchen equipment for this reason. If you don't care about things like that, this grill is probably overkill.
Positives:
1. It is compact, mobile, and fits easily on a small porch. Probably the primary selling point.
2. It cooks VERY evenly, meaning that you can use the full grill surface and get reliable results
3. It gets hot, especially for a small gas grill.
4. It lights quickly and heats up quickly
5. The dual zone system is flexible, and effective
6. You can slow cook and smoke on it thanks to the dual zone system.
7. The grill looks very nice. I could care less about this, but my wife appreciates it.
8. Cast iron, cast iron, cast iron. Even heating, wonderful grill marks, inherent nonstick, unmatched durability.
9. It is simplicity to use. It does not have a smoker box. It does not have a side burner. It doesn't have an LCD touch screen or a robotic arm that massages you while you grill. It just works. Extremely well.
Negatives:
1. The grill area is limited. If you want tons of grill space, this is not the grill for you. That said, I have often cooked dinner for four on it, including multiple entrees on the grill at the same time.
2. The lid on the grill has a recess in it that means that you can't put very tall things (such as a sauce pot or a full turkey) on the grill. The largest I have been able to fit is a split bone-in turkey breast.
3. The propane door is slightly annoying. Other reviewers seem to make a fuss about this, but it frankly doesn't bother me that much. I've never felt compelled to put hinges on the door. It would pretty easy if you wanted to though.
Overall:
It isn't perfect, and if you want a lot of cooking space this isn't the grill for you, but it's the best small space grill I've come across for serious cooking. Easy to use, reliable results, compact, and flexible. I can heartily recommend it.
NOTE: while i was writing the above, the grill was pre-heating--i had lit the burners with a match, carefully replaced the grill top, and covered the unit, heat was on "medium", and came inside to write the review. just after i finished writing (6-7 minutes?) i looked out the window and saw that the grill was in flame--thankfully the lid was on. there was nothing in it except for the burnt-on ash from previous cooking. i had thoroughly cleaned it 2 weeks ago before start of grill season. i ran outside, turned the heat down to low--still flaming. i had to turn off the gas and after a minute or so it stopped. it's so overheated i'm afraid to even touch the plastic handle on the lid. i'll have to wait til tomorrow to look and see if i can figure out what was burning. i did smell plastic. maybe it was the ignition mechanism. who knows. but i spent several hundred dollars on this piece of crap. and all i have is a nicely marinated leg of lamb that i can't grill.
NOTE: i must say that Fuego's customer service has improved. since my grill was still within the one year warranty period, i emailed Fuego and described what happened. finally was told that the grill needs to be sitting on something completely level--which i thought it was, but it was true that i had moved it to a different part of the deck. whatever the reason for the flare-up, i promptly received a new ignition assembly. customer service was very happy to solve the problem--this is a big change from when i first purchased it and couldn't reach anyone.
Great visual design and concept, but very poor execution and shoddy construction.
Stay away.

I received this grill with much anticipation having read about its awards. I'm happy to report, it has exceeded my expectations! The design is unique and leaves a lot of room on my patio unlike bulkier grills. Most importantly, however, are the amazing cooking results. Fish comes out with perfectly crisp, not burned, skin and is not dried out at all, just delicious. Meat similarly is easy to grill with a perfectly cooked exterior and a tender interior, making rare to well-done with ease. Also a cool feature is the dual zone cooking; I've used the convection ability to bake sweet potatoes to perfection. Without a doubt, this grill has earned its accolades,it is truly amazing!Best Deals for Element EG02AMG 21-Inch Dual-Zone Gas Grill, Dark Gray
I needed a compact grill and figured this would do the job and mainly because the literature and high price dictated both quality and durability. As soon as I removed it from the Chinese cardboard box and found (3) tiny screws on the floor I started to worry. Well, the screws had fallen out of the front cover retaining brackets because they were stripped out. Of the (8) screws holding the brackets on the front cover, (5) were stripped out and due mainly to using machine screws without nuts in a piece of maybe 1/16" sheet metal. I purchased new hardware to fix the problem and should've just returned the unit but the box was severely damaged just trying to get it out of the box which by the way, was already damaged upon arrival. The assembly of the handles was another issue. You don't have direct access to the screw holes due to factory installed components in the way which made it difficult to tighten the screws. These handles should've been installed at the factory before the other components. Another issue is that you have to remove the front cover each time you turn fuel on/off and I swear you need (4) hands. What a pain in the butt! Why not a hinged door with a simple latch on the opposite side. For a cost of nearly $500.00? This unit with only 24,000 BTU and the engineering, materials, components and quality should be priced at no more than $125.00 at best. I'm guessing (2) years of life MAX! Again, I should've returned it. I could've purchased a nice Weber for this price.Honest reviews on Element EG02AMG 21-Inch Dual-Zone Gas Grill, Dark Gray
i purchased this one year ago. i love how it looks. it doesn't work the way it says, the inner ring has less heat than the outer ring, so once i figured that out, i was able to cook with it. i used it last summer, now started using it for a week. it was stored inside over the winter. i bought the cover and everything. the grill has heated less hot gradually. and now, the ignition has stopped working. i've tried cleaning it to no avail. it seemed to work fine when i first got it, kind of a different set of principles from the Weber i had before, but i thought i could work with it and figure it out. what you are paying for is the visual design, not the functionality of the thing.NOTE: while i was writing the above, the grill was pre-heating--i had lit the burners with a match, carefully replaced the grill top, and covered the unit, heat was on "medium", and came inside to write the review. just after i finished writing (6-7 minutes?) i looked out the window and saw that the grill was in flame--thankfully the lid was on. there was nothing in it except for the burnt-on ash from previous cooking. i had thoroughly cleaned it 2 weeks ago before start of grill season. i ran outside, turned the heat down to low--still flaming. i had to turn off the gas and after a minute or so it stopped. it's so overheated i'm afraid to even touch the plastic handle on the lid. i'll have to wait til tomorrow to look and see if i can figure out what was burning. i did smell plastic. maybe it was the ignition mechanism. who knows. but i spent several hundred dollars on this piece of crap. and all i have is a nicely marinated leg of lamb that i can't grill.

After a year of using this grill, it started to fall apart. The latches that close the front cover failed; the bottom plate deformed; and now the drip guard has collapsed.Great visual design and concept, but very poor execution and shoddy construction.
Stay away.

The concept is absolutely fabulous but the manufacturing is substandard.1.) For a device that is supposed to be in close proximity to a fire, its heat resistance is miserable. I was cooking a whole chicken over the old campfire this summer when the noise from the motor stopped. It turns out that the heat from the campfire melted the internal soldering that connected the power wire to the rotisserie motor. It also melted the plastic (yes plastic) battery cover right off. I had to play MacGyver and use a steak knife and some aluminum foil to fix it. 2.) Not only is the motor susceptible to heat but the batteries have a problem staying connected. The two D Cell batteries balance on top of two metal prongs which provide the positive connection point. The weight of the batteries actually bends these prongs, causing the circuit to break and the motor to shut off. I had to once again play MacGyver and use wads of aluminum foil as structural supports for the battery connectors.3.) Other areas that need improvement are the spit forks that come with the set. They are very small and only two pronged. If you want to cook a chicken, for example, you have to manually bend the spit fork prongs outward to fit in the chicken properly. I would recommend creating a bigger spit fork with more prongs. 4.) The spit itself is susceptible to corrosion in storage and is a bit on the thin side, in my opinion. So, I guess, in summary, I would say that the idea is great but the follow through needs some work. I wouldn't mind paying up to $80 a set for a campfire spit that is constructed well and takes the problems identified above into account. But, for what is out there on the market, this is the coolest thing you can buy if you want to cook caveman style when you go camping. How many people can roast whole animals over the fire without paying an arm and a leg?
The total cook time between both uses was just shy of 7 hrs and the Grizzly Rotisserie showed no signs of wearing out the battery life. In fact, after the second use I needed the batteries for my air pump and they were like brand new.
Not getting that 5th star because I would like the Skewer to be longer and I did use a make-shift heat shield to prevent what other reviewers experienced. I just poked a hole in a pie tin (at first in the very center and then at the top for better protection)and put it on the skewer right in front of the motor.
I would give 4.5 stars though. Can't wait to use it again!

This spit was really disappointing. The mechanism that turns the metal rod (where the batteries are held) is not even fire resistant! The PLASTIC MELTED and started dripping into our fire ring!! We had to remove the device and turn the meat by hand -a set up we could have put together with sticks and a metal rod. Really not worth the money AT ALL.Best Deals for Grill Rotisserie - Battery Powered, Self Spinning Rotisserie
After reading a couple of the other reviews I was hesitant to purchase this rotisserie. I purchased it anyway because it was the only reasonably priced one I found. Very happy I took the risk! Used it over the 4th of July weekend Roasting a whole chicken the first night camping and a duck the second night. Both birds turned out amazing! (I definitely recommend buying a bird with the Pop Timer). The total cook time between both uses was just shy of 7 hrs and the Grizzly Rotisserie showed no signs of wearing out the battery life. Honest reviews on Grill Rotisserie - Battery Powered, Self Spinning Rotisserie
I have had my Grizzly Spit for years now and haven't had any problems with it! I've cooked my Thanksgiving turkey on it for the last 4 years and it's been the best turkey I've ever had. I do agree the first spit forks needed to be upgraded, but now it does comes with the 4 prong variety which is a huge improvement! I have since bought another set of spit forks so I can rotisserie 2 chickens or 2 tri-tips with no problem. As far as the motor melting, I haven't encountered that problem, maybe my fire wasn't as big or I probably had my uprights spread further apart. Overall, I would recommend this product to everybody who loves to cook outside!Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Grill Rotisserie - Battery Powered, Self Spinning Rotisserie
This product was great, my family and i will use this time and time again. After a couple simple adjustments it worked fine. I had to raise the end away from the motor as it kept walking out of the gear, and the pie pans used to stop heat from getting to motor and gears....other than those,it work great.........I am really looking forward to using it again.Thursday, May 8, 2014
Review of PayandPack 16 15/16" x 1" MBP 15641 (5-pack) Universal BBQ Barbeque
Burners are well made and the 5 burner kit is well priced compared to OEM replacement burner cost. These burners make it feasible for replacement as needed since the burners won't last like a cast bronze/stainless burner. I will buy these burners again as needed.

Reviews of Weber 9986 Premium Cover
While I wouldn't disagree with the five star praise here for the fit and overall quality of this cover, I have one continuing (and not insignificant) problem: it regularly blows off my Performer grill on even modestly windy days, to say nothing of the gusts that get kicked up during a good rainstorm. As a result, my grill gets a thorough soaking anyway while the cover gets blown halfway across my yard. Only the heavy weight of the vinyl has kept it from sailing away completely. I've tried laying bricks on the cover, over the flat, table area of the grill, which does help--but the half of the cover that actually covers the grill portion gets blown off anyway! (And, by the way, I live in NYC, not exactly a locale renowned for windy weather.) I wish that Weber had provided either an elasticized bottom for this cover, or some grommets near the bottom that would allow you to anchor it with a bungee or two.
So, all in all, while this is a spiffy looking cover for your awesome Performer grill (and the only real choice available), just be prepared to chase it around your yard.
I usually think that grill covers are overpriced, but this one is actually worth twice the price. It really is that good.
The MODEL 9986 looks nice with the Weber logo and extends almost to the bottom of the unit, protecting the grill for rain..... also, one should not be concerned that a strong wind could cause the cover to blow off....

You would think waxing rhapsodic about a grill cover would be silly, but this one actually deserves it. It is a thick, heavy material with a cloth-like texture embossed into the surface. It fits the Performer perfectly, without leaving gaps to billow in the wind, but not so tight that it doesn't go back on easily. It also goes all the way down to the base, which means that items stored on the lower grate (gloves, fire extinguisher, and extra tools, in my case) are kept clean and dry.I usually think that grill covers are overpriced, but this one is actually worth twice the price. It really is that good.

This COVER Fits the Performer charcoal grills perfectly. Be sure you get the model 9986 that is made to fit over the cooking dome. Fairly heave, so I expect it to last for some time. I do wish that it was longer so that it covered the wheels also. Oh well. Glad I purchased it.Saturday, February 8, 2014
