I have the Charbroil Grill for natural gas which I purchased many years ago. The Grill stays outside it is hooked to a pipe. It is cover from rain and snow, however still exposed to the environment. My original burners had to be replaced within 1 year which it didn't make me happy. However it was under warranty so I got reimbursed by Charbroil. I bought new burners from them however it only last for a couple of years and got rosted again just like the first ones. So I decided to buy from a different source. I got them from Amazon. Price wise was cheaper, it feats well on the grill and quality wise no complaints. Is being working fine. Is been over a year and the burners are doing good. no signs of rust. I will buy from Amazon only any part for this Grill.

The purchase was smooth and easy, items were received quickly from the selling company, "thepartsbiz". My only issue would be with Charbroil's cast iron burners only lasting 6 years. I don't know, maybe that's normal. Anyway, the replacement costs from thepartsbiz was the best I could find, very reasonable.

I have a Charbroil Commercial Stainless Steel series grill ( 2003 model ).I received these burners just a few days after ordering them. My old ones were shot. But with these new ones, I can burn stuff up with the best of them. They are exactly what I was hoping for. A must have if you have the same grill that I have.

I'm glad I spent a couple extra dollars for this bracket. I have the 22" grill and at first I thought attaching the lid to the Magic Bracket would make the whole grill topple. The top is so large that I wouldn't know where to lay it down if not for this item. Installation is tricky. It took me a couple minutes to figure it out. Impressive for a northerner who recently pushed his propane grill off a cliff to opt for lump hard wood. I called the number on the directions and immediately spoke to a person who was willing to answer any questions I had. They should be very proud to manufacture all their quality products.

It is just a good to sit the lid on the ground. The lid fits better without the clip. I don't use it.

The bolt did not stay in the handle because they were too small and there were no nuts to attach it with either. No instructions did not help. Had to go to hardware store and purchase washers and nuts to make it work.

Overall I like the unit. I have used it twice and 250 is the lowest temp I can get. Just smoked a full brisket and attempted to use foil to collect the drippings into the water pan. Brisket was larger than the size of the pan and was attempting to keep the fat from dripping into the bottom of the unit. More practice with it is needed. Does not burn as much propane as I thought it would.

I like this item overall. However, the Saints logo in the middle is really too small and does not rise up enough to make a substantial imprint on the meat. Everything seems to blend together and you can't really see the logo on the barbecue.

Bought this for my husband who is big on breakfast every morning he makes something, and he loves that he can do his hashbrowns, eggs, and whatever on one surface, however the sides are not as hot as the middle. Yes I would buy this again, but be prepared for uneven cooking you have to move things around but you have the space to do it. You can do 9 french toast at once to give you an idea of cooking size and still have room.

I previously owned a tool box grill and loved it. I somehow damaged/clogged the regulator and decided to buy a secondtool box grill instead of switching to another brand. I have tried using it 5-6 times with a propane bottle and with a hose to my RV. I am very disappointed that it takes forever to heat up to very hot on high to get my meat seared. My issue is with with the amount of heat it generates. I will live with it for now.

First the assembly instructions actually have a full page titled, "Factory Assembled Components" with photos of most of the pieces of the grill shown. The fact is none of these pieces are assembled at the factory and there are no instructions on how to assemble them. There are some instructions on how to assemble some other pieces not shown on the page noted. Plan on figuring things out and spending 1.5 2 hours to put this little thing together.

I did it, then took it on my first camping trip and the small weld spot that holds the regulator attachment nut to the burner tube broke while holding the regulator button in to light the grill.

Fun small compact grill, but really poor quality junk. Save your time and money and buy one of the main stream brand barbeques.

I ordered it and the grid arrived today. To make sure it was stainless steel as described I put my magnet on it and it stuck like glue. I could hardly pull it off. This is not Porcelai covered stainless steel wire. It is steel covered wire advertised as stainless steel.

This item is very good quality, feels durable/thick. My BBQ is a Charbroil 3 burner and it filts just right. I currently have it outside in the elements (cold/snowy) and it looks like the cover is working well.

The only downside is that one of the velcro straps won't stick because when they made it they put the wrong velcro on it (both strips are not sticking because they put the wrong strip). I just went and bought some cheap velcro and will attach it myself.

This is definitely a good buy! Worth the price. I was very surprised with the quality.

I had given this grill brush a five-star rating just a few days ago, but now must change it to only one star. Why? While cleaning off the grill today I noticed that the brush has started shedding metal bristles. Lots of them, and this is only the fourth time I have used the brush. I have handled it no differently than others I have used in the past, and those had no shedding issues whatsoever. (They were just as inexpensive as this one, too.) It is a good thing that I was paying attention, because otherwise my steak and asparagus would have been seasoned with sharp barbs of stainless steel. I'm throwing the brush away, as well as the extra replacement head I purchased with it. The folks who produce this brush should consider recalling them, and Amazon might want to consider notifying buyers of this potential problem.

I am not happy about this purchase. I got the brush and fired up the grill, steak at hand. Once the grill was nice and hot, I eagerly started to scrub it down. It looked great beautifully clean metal. But then I looked down at the brush: the side of the plastic pad had melted and several groups of bristles were coming loose. I felt ripped off. Cheap plastic junk. Sorry, but I have to find something else.
