I have used these locks before with success but could not find any in the local stores. Found them on Amazon and order several immediately. They arrived in quick order and were put on a rifle and pistol immediately. While the instructions say they may not fit all guns, I had no problem. The units locked into place and trigger mechanism couyld not be moved.

This is a great gun lock. Bought it to keep my kids from operating my firearms I keep hidden around the house for self defense. On some of the new tactical pistols you have to figure out how to attach it but doesn't take long. It even fit on my XD40 full frame model with a flashlight attached to it. I am planning on purchasing 3-4 more for my concelled firearms in vehicles and others hidden around the house to keep my kids safe.

The trigger lock from "The Club" fits perfect on my gun. I was a little concerned with purchasing the item at first because there was no information available regarding how wide the lock is, and I wanted to ensure it would fit in my gun case when installed.

I have installed the lock on a S&W SD9VE. The lock fits tight on the trigger and I can secure my gun, with the lock installed, in my molded gun case with no problem. I also love the combination feature of this lock. I am very happy with this item.

Made of thin, flimsy plastic which curls around the edges. No padding or backing underneath the mat. The black part of the mat is more like a dark grey and shows every spot. The picture of it shown makes it look much better than the actual product. My husband says that he likes it a lot, though, being the Giants fan that he is.

Received my burner kit on time, packaged well with complete, easy to read instructions and diagrams and was unopened. Very easy to assemble!! Included ALL needed parts to rebuild the burner unit.

The only thing that didn't fit my 2001 Precision Flame 9000 BBQ was the spark ignitor, too small for what this old unit needs. But good news, all my Q needed was a new 9v battery and now everything works great. Beats using those hand held Q lighters!

Yes, I would order from this seller again. Can't wait to start Q'ing again!! By the way, these folks are $10 less than Home Depot even with a military discount!

I was not very convinced whether the item will work for my 10 years old Kenmore Grill; My old grill's flame burner was completely rusted and eventually stopped working after giving orange flame to none. All other part of the grill was in fair condition I was debating should I trash it and buy a new equivalent grill with similar features, which will cost at least $200 more. I lost my old manual and Sears have no clue what the replacemt parts would be.

First I took out the broken, rusted parts and try to understand what kind of burner do I need. Then I looked at Amazon of similar shapes and I found this one. All the previous reviews helped me to come up with enough courage to try this replacemet item. The kit comes up with all the burner parts. It has some extended burner as well for larger grill. The instruction was clear and easy. Just make sure grill's ignition part is working and then completely replace the existing flame burner setup as instructed. Make sure the new burner is thouroughly fits into the gas cylinder output channels and there is no leak on the gas cylinder pipe, controller etc.

The setup took almost 30 minutes and the new blue flame came up instantly as I turned on the gas and ignitor.

I am very satisfied that my old grill is back into action again.

However after a month grilling I am seeing the new parts are not shiny any more and burner cover seems to be started rusting little bit may be from the meat juices etc. I may need to put some metal layer on top of it to catch the food remaint/juices and protect the burner. I hope that way it will last at least for another 4-5 years.

I decided to make takoyaki (octopus balls) and bought a special pan, but it needs to be well greased or you will end up with a complete mess, so I use this brushes to oil my hot pan. They are made of cheap plastic but it is a good gadget, the problem is washing all the oil out, but anyway I threw them away after a couple of uses and now I use a paper napkin and two chop sticks to grease my pan.

"universal" hah NO.... The spit is to short so the plastic handel is in the grill (melting) and the bolt holes don't line up. The moter turns off when ever it like (burning the food on one side) and I have only used it 2 times. :(

Have had this for For some time now it does a great job with whole chickens and prime ribs. Motor mount is a bit weak I have had placed a block of wood under the motor to keep the rod from falling out.

It's a piece of wood for a handmade turntable. It worked fine once I got the motor secured so I could get a nice even spin without jerking motion. I bet a more costly one would work better, but this does work and it was one of the cheaper ones. It will last forever I'm certain.

This mat is not for use with charcoal grills, only gas grills. There is a small warning on the back of the box that says sparks or coals may burn or melt the product. I will have to return it and find another mat.

This mat is a really nice mat. The top is fabric and it does get messy quick. Anything that lands on it, tends to stick to it like the softer side of velcro. Mine is in a tiki hut and I vacuum it. The bottom of it is a thin vynol that stops grease from penetrating. It's easy to roll the grill onto it and off. It does flap in the wind if it gets blowing. If you grill within a building it's great. If you don't, you may wanna get something thicker. Though I haven't tried, it looks machine washable. Over all I'm glad I bought it.

I have owned a MECO Charcoal Water Smoker for over 10 years and wanted to replace it since the firebox and charcoal grate were wearing out from so many years of use. I used the smoker about once a week, 52 weeks a year for the 10 years I've owned it and it's held up very well.

What a complete dissapointment my new Stainless water smoker is!!! Instead of improving on the fantastic unit that I purchased so many years ago, the new "Upgraded" Stainless model I recently purchased was a total dissapointment! The "fire box" is simply the same as the water bowl...Hey, MECO, that's WAY TOO LIGHT a gauge of steel for a fire box. Also, it has no charcoal grate that the charcoal rests on. You just put the charcoal directly into the flimsy bowl [which is fine for holding the water....but no way will it hold up to contact with burning charcoal. I'm guessing it would burn through in a matter of months. Further, the firebox is no longer seperate from the body of the smoker, which was very convenient to start the charcoal or to take off the body while cooking to easily mess around with whatever you were cooking or refill the water bowl, add charcoal or whatever. Now, you'll be leaning right over the fire while you attempt to do any of these operations.....BAH!!!

Meco, what happened to your lovely, practical and reliable smoker??? WHO changed the wonderful design of your fantastic product to turn it into a mere shadow of it's former self??

You force me to look elsewhere to replace your formerly great product!

The pluses here are price and ease of assembly, even for me. The smoker has an outside heat guage that is convenient, if general: the settings are warm, ideal and hot. So, it's not a thermometer but useful enough.

Some negatives have to include cheesy material and insecure fittings that result in any number of leaky spots, even along seams. The smoker has a vent, but you don't really need it because of the ill fitting parts. My biggest complaint, though, is the material itself, because the thing is so lightweight that cooking in a stiff enough wind might be an invitation to a conflgration.

Ok, I guess, if you are an occasional enthusiast, but for those who are serious about outdoor cooking, skip this and step up and spend some money like I'm fixing to do.

I bought this item because I needed a collector box for my dual burner grill with side burner.

Pros:

1. Following the directions will get you where you need to be.

2. The "Prime" price ($6.66) is pretty hard to beat.

3. Ultimately, it works :)

Cons:

1. Mounting the collector box and getting it to stay on the burner. The burner has a lip/hem on the underside (allowing the collector box to "hold" on to), but is flat on the top thereby not giving the collector box a place to find a grip on the top side. I think if they added some "teeth" to the top mounting tabs/clamping part of the collector box, it would make this a much easier install.

2. While removing the replacement side burner electrode from the plastic bag, the wire became separated from its crimp on connector. Luckily I have the built-in electrode on my side burner and did not need that electrode/wire.

Ordered this some time ago. Attempted install and ignitor failed after four sparks. Had to silver solder wire back onto brass connector. Terrible quality! Do not waste the money. The second connector for ground would not connect, so internal links must have failed. Not char broil quality, cheap import trash.

I'm glad I found these after I found the Brush Hawg at a salvage store! And, the replacement bristle heads. I've always held onto prior brushes too long and sometimes gotten metal bits in food from grill because I was using brush past the time I should have thrown it out. Not anymore. I have spares of both to go with a handle that is strong and slightly flexible and holding up to time and use and year-round outdoor weather. THESE should keep the grill clean and brush parts OUT of food because I'll replace the heads at appropriate time because I have a replacement at hand. Good price and good shipping. I hope these are available for a long time.

I bought the handle several years ago, with replacement heads, but the heads were accidentally thrown out. It seemed a shame to throw out the substantial handle also, so I was glad to find the replacement heads at Amazon. My grill has porcelain coated racks that are damaged by wire scrubbers, so these heavy duty nylon scrubbing pads are the only kind I'm supposed to use. They don't last as long as I'd like; a hot grill can do some damage to the pad.

I tried another stainless boat grill made by another company and the regulator was garbage. This grill is better for a number of reasons. The flexibility in mounting options, the legs are handy, the regulator is solid (as is the ignitor), and the tray accessory is a must-have! This is easy to clean and fun to use. It gets hot pretty fast. I can cook at least 6 large burgers at time and they don't take long. I also had zero issues with the flame blowing out due to wind like with some other manufacturer's product.

Owned for four years; used two to four times a week.

I've been very happy with two exceptions: the burner and heat deflector have needed replacing twice, and the igniter died after a year. As the burner ages, all the flame starts to come out of one end; this gets progressively worse. The heat deflector warps and decays where it gets hottest. So, as the burner ages it exacerbates the decay of the heat deflector.

Heat deflector and burner are easy to change (~60$ for the pair).

All other components have aged very well.

Rail mounts very well. I had this on an exposed railing for 2 years. It was solid. It didn't need tightening or adjusting once.

Built in legs are sufficient. I've had this on its legs for 2 years. It's sturdy and doesn't wobble.

Does not blow out in any wind.

Gets hot enough to sear steak easily.

Can cook for 4 easily... more would be tight.

When we first purchased this grill 16 months ago, it worked and looked great. We soon learned that it is a 1 year grill....Hmmmm...about the same as the warranty. After 8 months the igniter quit working, after 10 months the thermometer card faded so badly one cannot readily discern the temperature, after 13 months the regulator would only put out enough fuel for a low setting. The grill was always blowing out unless I blocked some of the airway with aluminum foil. Now, 16 months into ownership, the STAINLESS steel is rusting on the top, regardless of the care we have given it, and the weld that holds on the igniter deflector failed. We have followed all directions for maintenance and care, but to no good end. Save your money, buy the Magma mounting system, and adapt a Weber grill to it !

We live on a sailboat in a marina. Bought this a year ago and it's been a pain ever since. 1) was never even heating; much warmer on right end than left. 2) Blew out with even light winds. 3) Only way to use it reliably was to hold the lid open an inch with a wrench. 4) Ignitor died in less than a year; replacing whole thing a huge pain; died again in a few months. (When ignitor dies you have to remove a grate and heat diffuser to get in and light it manually.) Finally gave up; bought a Dickinson SeaBQue and I'm ecstatic. Lights easily, STAYS LIT; even heat; fantastic. Magma went in the dumpster. (I kept the rail mounts to use for something else; those are very good.)

If you are looking for portable barbeque for your house, park or in my case RV this is it. Yes they are expensive....really expensive....and WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!

I am sick and tired of crappy cheap barbeques and in the end you spend more on them by throwing them away. These are well supported by Magma and they have cool accessories.

Pay the money, get the what you really want and never look back.

PROS: Almost everything about it.

CONS: You gotta make sure you don't forget its lit and overheat the stainless steel. Some of the grease that has fallen on the bottom may leak when you tip and store it on its side like I do to store in my motorhome compartment. Not a big deal, just be aware so you set on something that can capture the little bit of leakage.

I would have given this grill 5 stars if it were not dented in the box when we got it. My boyfriend was able to bend a few things back so he could put it together. The grates are heady iron grates but they work well. I enjoy being able to cook on just one side of the grill if all of the kids are not home and it is just the two of us. The adjustable charcoal trays make keeping the fire hot for cooking or just keeping some of it ward is wonderful. Like I said I would have given this grill 5 stars if it were not dented before I even got the product.

After putting the grill together, the top grill grate would constantly fall off because it is not held on with any sort of bolt or lock cap. I had to go to the hardware store and purchase 3/8 caps to keep the grate in place. Also, under the bottom grate where you put the charcoal is REALLY cheap. I purchased some heavier tin plates to set on them so, hopefully it will last longer. Oh yea, and the temperature gage does not screw into the cover, either it's missing a piece or it's just suppose to sit loosely in it, which doesn't make sense because when you lift up the cover it falls out...? But it is the only "all charcoal grill" i could find in this larger size, so I'm making it work

The only positive quality in this article is its beauty.

It seems that the mechanism of raising the coal has a manufacturing defect: The piece that connects the crank broke at points where is welded. The first lever (right lever) broke just after the first use. The second (left) lasted only about 5 uses. Because this is now impossible to graduate the heat. In my case I had to put some rocks and some clay bowls to keep the charcoal at the right height.

Besides the above, the sheet thickness is very small and is easily deformed by simple use, especially when rolling.

Finally, it is very difficult to clean because of the complexity of the mechanism to raise the carbon (if at least work)

I can not recommend this product.

I have tried to use this grill for two years now. I noticed immediately that it had very poor quality construction. I received this grill with one of the screws used for raising the fire grate stripped. Get it about 1/3 of the way up and it just falls back to the bottom. Bad, but I am able use that side for indirect grilling. The other side worked fine.

I have always used Kingsford charcoal and never had cooking temperature problems. But this grill temperature rarely gets above 250 F. I have had many meals delayed waiting for something to cook, and learned to allow A LOT more time than I would with any other cooking method. Many times I just gave up and finished things in the electric oven. At least the food had some smokiness, but still...

I've been grilling and cooking for 40 years. This is the most useless cooking appliance I have ever used. I paid $400 for it; I see the price has dropped to around $300. But it's not worth it at any price. You will look like an idiot in front of your guests as they wait and wait for food to appear.

I had toyed with buying these on Amazon for a while but always thought I'd find them cheaper in the store... the only problem being I never was able to find them locally.

The wood is thicker than I thought and the planks can be reused; at least a second time if not a third. The wood imparts a great taste to food and is fun to cook with. The planks should be soaked prior to use, they suggest at least an hour, I would suggest longer. You can also season the planks with various flavors that can make each one slightly unique. Definitely worth it for anyone who loves grilling.
