these maple chips work great in my masterbuilt electric smoker they give off a nice smoke & flavor. I smoked a 13 pound turkey that I had brine'd in a maple sugar brine with the flavor the brine gave the turkey & the added flavor the smoke gave it my turkey turned out fantastic. I will be buying more of these maple chips these chips arrived dry had no musty smell to them.

Not much to say beyond, soak em, heat them and they give off smoke. Kind of a mild smoke taste from these.

Maple wood chips are maple wood chips, but most stores don't carry anything more than hickory or mesquite. These are well priced and offer free shipping with Prime.

I like the Napoleon 67002 Maple Wood Chips, 2-Pound Bag that I purchased.

I've used them in my smoker and grill.

The maple is not an over kill like hickory might be.

The support pegs were out of location for my old Sears gas grill. I just drilled 4 new holes and installed them where they needed to be and plugged off the original holes with sheet metal screws. It works just fine at half the price of a Sears replacement.

Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue Smoking Wood Chips Review

Customer Ratings:

The smoke from these chips made my BBQ so delicious I want to eat these chips by themselves with milk for breakfast.

I bought these to smoke our Thanksgiving turkey on my Big Green Egg. 1/4 of the box was enough for a 4 hour smoking, and the flavor was absolutely fantastic! The wrong choice with poultry can give you terrible results, because turkey and chicken don't exactly bring a lot of their own flavor. But this was probably the best smoked bird I've ever had--and our guests agreed.

I really was astonished at how well this chip blend brought a great smokey flavor to my chicken breasts. These chips are blended in a well thought out way which takes out the guess work in good smoking. The price per weight is actually pretty cheap, and the size is consistent. I can't think of a single reason why you should not try these chips. It just makes you weekend barbeque that much easier to manage.

Honest reviews on Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue Smoking Wood Chips

There are several varieties of chips offered by BBQ U. These are by far our favorite! The flavor of these chips which are a mix of 3 different woods is in our opinion superior to the more popular and readily available hickory and mesquite that you find at the supermarket these woods are overpowering for our tastes. We use them for everything except beef. They are awesome for chicken and pork-chops and of-course scallops.

The best thing about this brand is that the chunks are very uniform in size and burn equally making the estimate of how much you need very predictable. meaning you start with 5 chunks. see how it comes out and adjust the next time. To smokey for youuse 3 not smokey enough-use 7 the uniform size makes the guesstimate quite accurate. The other thing I like is the packaging. Yes-the packaging. Most wood come in bags and makes the storage of them a bit clunky. The boxes make good use of space and can be stored in camping bins and bbq boxes much more efficiently. We store 3 different flavors of wood in the same box and only pack the 1 box. Anyone who grew up with the same tetris like mentality should relate. We also like the woodchips for pork. and the wine barrel chunks. The wine barrel chunks are perfect for beef!

Best 15641 4-pack Replacement Stainless Steel Pipe Burner for Char Deals

Customer Ratings:

The OEM tubes we got in our Kirkland grill, after 5 or 6 years of heavy use, finally give up, and had to be replaced. These were the supposed match for our grill, and when we got them, they seemed ok, other than excessively large holes on either end of the tubes so the gas doesn't really get spread through the tube properly.

However, the biggest problem was when, after about 8 months of use, I went to do my thorough spring clean of the grill, including trying to re-seat the two tubes that were having the worst gas flow problems. And it pulled apart like cheap, overcooked ceramic. Stainless steel? Maybe stainless excessively high carbon steel. Not sure how these are made, but they are JUNK.

I'll be going to the local shop and finding a decent quality 15641. These aren't worth the shipping and packaging they take to get to your house.

Prior to yesterday, these would have gotten a 3.. not very well designed, but functional and affordable. But 8 months old and cracking like they're made of charcoal is just CHEAP garbage.

Edit: Not sure if Amazon will let me post a link, but you can see images of this "quality" product at (imgur dot com / a / UTCEW). I bought these on April 12, 2012. They are 12 months old. This is inexcusable. Charge the amount you need to charge to make a decent product. This is a joke.

These worked as expected. They were perfect replacements for the rusted out burners in my 4 year old Nextgrill.

My only complaints are.

1. It did not include the screws needed to mount to the grill.

2. It did not include plugs or screws cover the unused mounting holes.

Note that on the Nextgrill the back side mounting location is a small peice of bent sheet metal that was rusted and the burnder mounting screws were rusted beyond the point they could be removed. In order to remove the old burners and install the new ones I had to break off the old mounting brackets, make new brackets and then I riveted the brackets onto the grill.

Fortunately I had the right tools and some spare sheet metal I could use so I did not need to make multiple trips to the store. Anyone replacing the burners on their grill should first remove the old burners to understand what else is needed and how difficult it will be to replace them.

Holes were much larger than my current burners. Makes flame higher. Have to use the lowest setting on my grill gas. Holes for electric igniter did not match.

got my grates they appear to be of good material however they are not square they fit in grill but I have an inch gap between grates in the rear of grill. Ill probably just keep them instead of dealing with trying to return them since BBQTEK hasnt answered there phone yet. Out of the three grates only one of them was square for almost 90.00 youd expect a little better product.

I have had my ceramic Primo XL Grill for about two years and I can say without a doubt it is the best grill/smoker I have ever owned and that says a lot. The extended cooking rack I purchased is in addition to the one extended rack I already own. The extended racks sit about 4 inches over the main grill rack and allow another layer of food to be cooked at the same time. I started with one rack when I purchased my grill, which covers half the grill surface. Having two allows me to double the cooking surface on Primo XL grill, which is already the largest surface available on any of the egg type cookers. As far as the racks there is not much to say. They are porcelain coated so they do not rust, easy to clean and support the best brisket, ribs fowl, etc. you will ever cook if they are used in a Primo Grill.

While the picture does show a full set of the grill racks for the Primo XL, the description, for those who actually read it, does say "Primo 332 Extended Cooking Rack for Primo Oval XL Grill, 1 per Box" Pay special notice to the "1 per box" part... This is exactly what I thought I was ordering and it's exactly what I received.

Fast shipping, brand new product, and for a good price. Works just as expected, too. If one is looking to add extra cooking space to their Primo XL ceramic grill, these racks are definitely the way to go. Now I just have to convince the wife to let me get the other one...

Guess I should have read the reviews first... I ordered this cooking rack as a Christmas present for my father thinking that I was buying a multi-tiered rack as depicted in the picture at a great price. When I received the rack I was very disapointed in my purchase. You are only purchasing one level of what is pictured at a high price. The description may say that you get "one per box" but one of what? Plus you dont have a choice of what that "one" is. The picture looks as if there are multiple sizes making up the entire rack. I received what I think is the bottom part of the multi-tiered rack. Even though I was not satisfied with what I received, my father, who wanted the rack for his Green Egg, was happy with the product as a whole, hence the 2 stars.

Honest reviews on Primo 332 Extended Cooking Rack for Primo Oval XL Grill, 1 per Box

I purchased this product as a christmas gift so i have not yet seen it in action. But to let you know it is not what the pic. shows I received on rack not the four that are in the pic.. I called call amazon about it and they sent me a second order. To my surprise (lol) it was the same only one rack. Being it is a christmas present I did not want to send it back and try to get it right a third time. I spoke to amazon and I kept the first and second rack( which r the same size) and was not charge any diff. plus no shipping. Not what i was looking for but good enough. I did not want the hassel with a forigner on the phone.

21st Century GB67A9 Non-Stick Rosewood Handle Fish Basket Review

Customer Ratings:

I got the shipment well before I expected it. The quaility of this item is fantastic! It is well insulated by the wodden handle, good quality metal and can hold quite a large fish. I am proud to say that I did catch a trout recently that pushed the limits of what this great basket cooker will hold. I will be ordering more!

The cheap metal bracket holding the 2 baskets together broke on my first use. The metal also goes around the wood handle and is not insulated so it is really hot when you pick it up. I regret buying this product.

Kingsford 3-Piece Memphis BBQ Tools Set, Spatula, Tongs and Fork Review

these bbq tools are strong, and appear well-made. I love the weight of the metal and the feel/grip of the handles. I will be buying another set for a Christmas gift.

These BBQ tools are part of a grilling basket at my school's silent auction. They are of excellent quality and add a nice finishing touch to the basket.

Best Deals for Kingsford 3-Piece Memphis BBQ Tools Set, Spatula, Tongs and Fork

As another has stated the tongs in this set are useless for anything bigger than a hot dog. There is nothing to stiffen the arms of the tongs and they flex as you try and pick anything up. A simple crease down the center of each arm would make them work great (I plan on clamping them in a vise and beating them with a hammer). Otherwise it is a 4 or 5 star product, good length, comfortable handles, nice finish. I am totally surprised that Kingsford would put their venerable name on a product that is so poorly executed.

Honest reviews on Kingsford 3-Piece Memphis BBQ Tools Set, Spatula, Tongs and Fork

The 1-star is for the tongs totally useless, they can't pick up anything. The tongs don't close with enough strength to grasp anything. These tools look good, I like the style but the tongs have already been tossed in the garbage. The other pieces are okay but could be slightly longer. These are one of those things you need to try in person and not buy online from a picture.

Weber 7581 Q Replacement Thermometer for Grills Reviews

Customer Ratings:

I drilled a hole in my round weber grill to add this thermometer to and it works perfect. It was an inexpensive way to add temp to my round weber grill.

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

I started to learn about cooking with my Q200 and found another Weber Model Q220 had a thermometer attached to cover. I realize the difference in height between the Q200 and Q220, but my goal was to have a thermometer to measure temperture of grill when closed. To my delight the thermometer is small and by drilling hole into my Q200 cover and securing the thermometer with included wing nut, I now have a grill with a temperture gauge. It has worked perfectly.

Best Deals for Weber 7581 Q Replacement Thermometer for Grills

The Q100 doesn't come with one like the Q120. I drilled a 3/8" hole and installed it, it looks like it came with it and no more guessing the temp or using the not-so-accurate pocket infrared thermometer. I'm going to get another one for my Weber 'Go-Anywhere' grill.

Honest reviews on Weber 7581 Q Replacement Thermometer for Grills

Not totally accurate because of the bottom draft and the small cubic space of the cooker but is a very good safety addition as it allows you to visually confirm the general temp. You drill a small hole, poke it thru, put the wing nut (included) on the backside and you are done. Be sure to put a cloth down to catch the aluminum chips from drilling!
