these maple chips work great in my masterbuilt electric smoker they give off a nice smoke & flavor. I smoked a 13 pound turkey that I had brine'd in a maple sugar brine with the flavor the brine gave the turkey & the added flavor the smoke gave it my turkey turned out fantastic. I will be buying more of these maple chips these chips arrived dry had no musty smell to them.
