I have been using a Cornglo grill for several years now and always jump at the opportunity to share how excited I am about it. Whenever I have friends over for a cookout, I love showing them my grill that cooks with corn! It cooks more evenly and somehow holds in the juices of whatever I am cooking better than any grill I have ever used before, gas or charcoal. Chicken on my Cornglo is my specialty. Plus, it is big enough to cook a basket of veggies on one side with the meat on the other. My family also really likes throwing whole cobs of corn on the Cornglo and cooking them in the shucks. I fully expect this to be the last grill I ever own.

I ordered this grill cover because unlike the non-deluxe versions of the Orioles and Ravens grill covers, this one was supposed to be thicker with a soft lining on the inside. I'm pleased to say it arrived as expected, and seems durable and well made. It recently stayed in place as Irene came through the area (near DC) so it has been tested in a short time.

One note it is large so it should fit most large grills. My grill is rather small, but with the velcro fastening along the bottom, it has managed to keep the cover in place just fine.

As mentioned in another review, the weld holding the screw to the burner is a bit thin. Of the three I ordered, one one broken off out the box; but these fit so tight in the Kirkland grill I didn't worry about it. Works great. I'd order these again...make the grill perform good as new and we've had this one now for well over 5 years.

These burners have a small 3/16 threaded stud at the half circle bend used to attach them to the grill frame. These studs were barely holding on with a tiny welded bead, so I welded them a little more before I install these, because I was afraid the studs would simply break off when I would tighten the nuts on the studs.

Otherwise, burners fit perfectly, look great and appear to be of good quality.

These were for "The Classic" model 720-0021 made by NexGrill and sold by Costo in 2004-2005.

If you do not reinforced these stud welds, do not tighten them strongly, and you should be OK.

Just like all the reviews said, the screw was held on by a tiny drop of solder. Mine arrived broken. I didn't bother swapping it out for a new one, because, just by looking at it, the risk of the 2nd one arriving broken was 99%. If it were packed better, this might have scored better. But get ready to flip a coin on whether or not it will arrive in one piece.

The burners are exactly the same as the original ones. My old BBQ burners kept getting rust next to the openings for the gas which decreased the heat for cooking. Now with the new burners my BBQ cooks great again.

ordered three heat plates and three burners for my kirkland grill.the heat plates were a tight fit but work great.the only problem with the burners is that one of them had the mounting stud broken off and the other two had poor welds. rather than send them back for exchange i took them to a local shop and had them welded.problem solved.cookin critters.

I use my Weber Genesis Gold C gas grill year-round. Due to the climate where I live, there is a fair amount of condensation inside my grill. After four years, about 30% of the warming rack has rusted and scaled off. I recently bought replacement stainless grates, flavorizer bars, an igniter, and warming rack. The burner tubes appear to have a lot of life left in them, so I didn't buy parts to replace them. I'm using the original stainless grates and bars until they fail to maximize their life; but their replacements are ready.

I installed the igniter and warming rack, and since they are just like the original parts they work fine. I just wish Weber would offer stainless warming racks.

In addition to the warming rack reviewed here, that fits in the four slots in the back, my grill came with a swinging rack that fits in the hood. I haven't been able to find a replacement for that part. I used some Stove Bright high temperature paint to touch up spots where the aluminum casting showed through. For less than $100, I brought my grill back to nearly new condition.

Warming racks are useful if you are a griller. When you are trying to grill 24 chicken breasts and 10 of them are catching fire, it is nice to have a place to put them before they turn into charcoal. The worst problem with warming racks is that they are usually stuck to the "bonnet" where they swing wildly when you open the hood, or they rust so much that you are afraid to put food in or on them. Not so with the Weber. This rack sits on the bottom of the grill in two little slots, and really doesn't have a problem with rust. And you can remove it in the middle of grilling in case the height cramps your style. This rack is one you can actually use...

You know when I first got my grill, I put away the warming rack for fear of rust, and lost it. I bought this replacement, and have loved it ever since. Before, I would just turn off the back burner, and move the food there. The rack is better, because it keeps you with more grill surface for active grilling. So, if you've lost your warming rack, or if yours did evenutally rust (it is probably inevitable, although mine has not yet after a year) try this replacement set. I'm happy with mine.

Although these are Weber Brand, they are not stainless steel and will rust out quickly. I ended up just removing them and tossing them in the trash.

I wanted one with a magnetic base because I wasn't sure if clamp would fit. This more than met my expectation. The light is bright enough, the bendable neck is great, long enough to stretch over grill surface to angle light, and the magnetic base is nice and strong. A good bargain for the price. I don't even use the clamp. I just stick it to grill and take back inside when I'm done so it doesn't get weathered.

...then this light is for you. I'm a bit dissapointed with this. It's certainly bright enough, but will only light up one piece of steak at a time. If you're cooking anything big, or have your grill covered in food this is not the best solution.

On a plus note: the magnet is strong and will stick to a metal grill (or the fridge) at any angle. Batteries are included, which is also a nice treat.

We recently bought this to replace our Q200 LP grill. The LP grill was to large, to heavy and I tired of having to deal with LP. At first we thought of going to a Q100 series LP grill. But, this seemed like a much better option assuming it works as advertised. I'm pleased to note it does work as advertised. Follow the directions and you will have well seared steaks and chops, better than our Q200 ever did actually. Also works very well for fish and shrimp given the fact that it is so easy to control the cooking temp. Cleanup is a breeze since you can remove the lower liner and wash as you see fit. We RV and space is at a premium, this is exactly what we needed to free up a bit of room. If you need to use a extension cord, don't cheap it out on one with to small wire. I got a 12 AWG and it works fine.

This grill is a really good quality grill and so easy to clean. All you have to do is soak the grates and liner in hot soapy water for a short while, then wash them. The grates are a really nice, heavy cast iron. I love cooking on it. It won't give you the taste of a charcoal grill, but the food cooked on it tastes great. So far we've cooked steaks, chicken, and hamburgers. I previously owned another electric grill which after 3 years broke. It was hard to clean and made a greasy mess all around the grill. The little pan that catches the grease in the Weber is large enough to catch all your grease and isn't messy to clean up. You can also buy replacements for the grease pan. I also purchased the stand and cover that goes with it. The stand has wheels on it so you can roll it around. And the cover is so nice to keep it clean...our sits on our covered back porch. After shopping around, I bought from Amazon because they had the best buy. It came super quick and was in excellent condition. We're relly happy with our grill and with Amazon's wonderful service.

After being torn between the Weber Q140 and a competitor's grill, I took the plunge and purchased the Q140. One deciding factor was the consistent ratings (between 4 and 5 stars). The competing product ratings ranged from 5 stars to 1 star. Of course, the Weber name and reputation were major deciding factors also.

The instructions enclosed with the grill are a bit confusing. Because the instructions are written in three languages, pictures are used extensively in the user manual. But, I took my time and completed assembly in about 20 minutes.

When using the grill, make sure you preheat the grill for the specified time, as stated in the user manual. I did, and, let me tell you, when my food hit the grill, there was some serious sizzle going on! This grill really gets hot! It made beautiful sear marks on my burgers and Italian sausages. I thought it was my imagination, but, even my wife said the food tasted like it came off a charcoal grill!

Cleanup was easy. The grill plates are in two sections for easy removal (they are heavy). The bowl liner lifts out for cleaning as well. There is a grease catch pan that you can line with foil wrap, although Weber supplies one (1) disposable drip pan.

I also purchased the Weber Q rolling cart and the Weber Q Premium Cover for a sleek, finished look. It looks great on my terrace! I'm truly loving my Weber Q140!

This grill works pretty good, and I like it.

I live in a condo where I can't have open flames, and was skeptical of electric grills at first, but this unit has worked well so far.

Pros:

Good quality grill that is easy to clean. (No ash to clean up afterward, either).

Heat is not bad for an electric, and heats up quickly.

The construction is solid.

Cons:

The grill area is not very large. If you are grilling for 2-3 it's fine, but for larger groups, it may not work.

The cord is not that long (easily fixed with a heavy duty extension cord).

It's pricey at $230, plus another $50 for the stand = $280+tax. I would've given it 5 stars if the total costs was around $150-$200.

I love grilling, so when I moved into a condo that did not allow propane or charcoal grills, I was forced to improvise. I began doing research and the consensus seemed to be that if you must go electric, a Weber Q is the only serious option. You may have to spend a little more on it than you were planning on, but if you want real results that keep you grilling night after night, then look no further! I was blown away by the results. I did steaks, tips, boneless chicken breasts, bone-in chicken, kebobs, various veggies, and fish filets all in my first week of owning it, and they all look and taste like they came off a propane or charcoal grill. Serious grill marks on every item. The key is in the construction. My neighbor has the Char-Broil electric, and the lid seems flimsy and thin... not on my Weber Q! The lid is heavy and solid... insulation of heat is imperative on an electric grill. It also comes with porcelain-coated, cast iron grates which retain heat very well and make grill marks that rival gas Webers. They use the same materials on their grills and grates that they use in their full-size grills, which makes all the difference. Assembly was extremely simple (you screw on the handle and lid), and cleaning it is a breeze. I would highly, highly recommend this grill for anyone in a condo, as my expectations of it were boldly exceeded. A+

I've had a simple Char Broil grill that cost around $100 for the last four years. The heat plate was rusted and burned through, making the fire out of control. Was thinking it was time for a new grill when I decided to try replacing the heat plate. This worked great and I have what seems like a brand new grill. Should be able to get 3 or 4 more years out of it. This was easy to install. Took about 5 minutes.

The heat plate was unredeemable at this point, and all it did was cause flare ups.

Rather than drop a lot of money on a new grill, I saw this and tried it on a whim.

It's like a new grill! I will be going back to this seller for other parts should I need them. They've easily extended the life of this grill by two years, which saves me quite a bit of money.

I love this grill cover. The grill cover air vents were a little larger than what I thought they would be but overall they do a great job and no water gets in the grill. I live in Chicago, and the wind goes through there and fills up the grill cover, but the grill cover features velcro tie down's on the sides that keep the grill cover secure and there is no worry of the cover flying off. Both the grey and black sides look really good I was pleased to find that the black side is not the shiny film cover that you see on so many cheaper grill covers. It looks and functions like a thick, high quality grill cover.

our rv is on our property and never driven

this is a must have item so i am compelled

to let you all know..if you are in my situation

of a stationary rv...the rv is used 4 days a week...

this procuct is hooked into our rv main propane system...

we purchased a separate propane tank that holds about 9 gallons

propane (about the size of 2 BBQ tanks) that we sit outside the rv/perfect ventilation

as we don't drive the rv and cannot fill its propane tank

at the station

this allows you to hookup an exterior propane tank

to feed into the rv's main propane system...

so we have HEAT in the winter!!!!

as an idea on the useage of a 9 gallon propane tank

it was very cold and the heater ran for about 9 days

from 6pm to 8am 14 hour days / set automatic thermostat at 68-70/which was plenty warm for us

it cost us 2.29 a gallon for the propane about 21.00/propane we found cheap

close to home as others were 3.50 a gallon

you can also hookup another propane operated appliance like a BBQ/we have not done it

but there is another hose for that/multi uses

problem solved

the porcelain bars that came with the unit are first to corrode and disintegrate. I'm willing to give stainless steel a try at this price. they are pretty thin metal though and imagine they will have a finite life as well. In just a couple weeks they are blackened and not shiny anymore. If they hold up for a couple of years that would be great. There is a thicker version, but I am not sure it is worth the extra bucks. I can see the importance of these as they protect the burner holes from getting mucked up. Before I put these in I wire brushed the burner tube to make sure all of the openings were clear.

Fits my Genesis Silver perfectly, and $20 cheaper than the equivalent Weber part. The original porcelain bars lasted 5 years hopefully these will last at least another 5 (at which point the grill will hopefully be replaced with a bigger model anyway). Very pleased, and shipping was fast.

Given that the bars are nothing more than properly sized, cut, and bent pieces of stainless steel I don't see why spending the extra $20 is worth it. Weber can't add much in terms of value add for this particular part.

Looked for these at Lowe's and was shocked at how much they wanted. Came home and did some research and found these on Amazon at half the price. The reviews on the product and the seller sounded very good, so I figured they were worth a shot. These do come in different lengths, so be sure which you need before ordering. An inch too long they don't fit and an inch too short and they fall through. I nearly made the mistake of ordering ones too long. These seem to be very well made and fit my grill perfectly. I've cooked several time since installing and there are no problems. I grill a lot, and I expect these will last a good long time. When they need replacing again, I'll come back and buy the same ones.

Our beach condo is bound by a law forbidding any but electric grills. Most grills reviewed indicate a lack of heating ability. When we bought our first grill we found it to be worthless. This one, purchased when our true griller son was visiting is EXCELLENT! Even sears steaks! We even have to lower the heat. Although it appears unable to grill much at a time, he did 5 large ribeyes at one time with no problem. Would definitely recommend this grill and it's not expensive!

We received this grill as a wedding gift when we moved into our apartment. Since we can't have gas this was a great alternative.

Pros:

-It heats up quickly

-has great heat distribution

-great size for a couple even to have a few friends over

-compact size for a patio or balcony

-grill part comes off easily to clean off (would be great if it was dishwasher safe, I'll have to look)

Cons:

-Short cord (although this is most likely a safety feature)

-seems like it takes a longer time to cook than normal

-definitely does not fit 8-10 chicken breasts as stated! Those must be tiny breasted chickens!

-a pain to clean under the heating element and the drip tray is hard to clean out

-the grill slats have a lot of space in between-veggies slip under!

-short height. My husband and I are short so this is ok for us, anyone 5'6 and over it's a little low for you ;-p

Overall for my husband and I, it's a great option for our apartment. It would be great to bring to a camp site that might have outdoor plugs like some do or if you have an RV, without the gas though it's not as useful or versatile.

Got this grill for my apartment balcony, because I cannot use propane or charcoal grills due to city ordinance. Very easy to put together, took less than a minute. Just needed to snap in the feet, and plug in the probe. I plugged it in and it heated up over 500 degrees in about 10 minutes. I cooked steaks, and was able to get some great sear marks. I am very impressed with the ease of use and cooking performance of this product. I would highly recommend this product

this item stopped working properly after 1 use. Way too expensive for just an electric coil that doesn't get hot enough. This item should sell for $50, not $170. Not easy to clean as heating element screws in, so you have to break out the screwdriver after each use to remove heating element to clean the base unit. Drip tray is not easy to clean, either. The unit looks nice, but just not very functional and I don't recommend this product.

This is an "okay" grill. It doesn't brown meats particularly well, and it is not super easy to clean. But it looks good, and the size is good for 1.5 people. You would have to do multiple batches for many more people. The grease catcher doesn't come apart to clean, which makes it a little awkward. I think if we use wood chunks, we may get some of the charcoal grilling flavor that we miss without them. I'm not sure this grill is worth the price.

This is a great BBQ set, except it does not include a grill brush/scraper. When I realized this, I asked myself "Wha..?" It has two sets of corn holders, it has two skewers, it has a pair of tongs, it has a spatula, and of course a meat fork. But no grill brush/scraper. Hence, the 4 stars.

Everything else is built perfectly, it's all stainless steel or aluminum. It's very easy to keep clean and looks really nice. The case is a nylon zip-up sachel-style container for the tools. I've used the spatula and tongs twice two nights consecutively so far and no problems. Everything worked as it should.

On a side note, I just ended up buying a Mr. BBQ aluminum and stainless steel brush/scraper from my nearest grocery store and it matches this set perfectly. It only cost me about 2 dollars.

So, even with that being said, still a fantastic deal for the price.

This is a cheap affordable grill set for two. I can't say I was overly impressed by the quality of the tools it came with. The bag is quite small and portable when zipped up, great for taking to the park or a grill-out, however zipping it up is pretty awkward as the bag has one zipper to pretty much do the job of two.

The brush is standard hair bristles, so once you use them a handful of times that is about it. The rest of the tools are sturdy enough to use, and will probably hold together a couple of years, but if you are a heavy griller you will probably want something else.

I am content with it for what it was, a cheap, easily portable grill set so that we have something to work with. It's compact case might make it perfect for campers and light grillers, but anyone serious about grilling should probably avoid it. If it was more expensive or I was bigger into grilling, I might have given it a 3 star, but I am pretty content with it for what I expected at $10, so I give it a 4 star.

great, hot burner. The gas comes out hot and the hardware is solid. Not cheap thin metal this stuff is high grade and industrial strength. Good burners/manifold provide even heat for outdoor stovetop.

The only flaw so far is the little igniter. Its does not always spark, and Ive pulled it apart a couple times to resolve. Looks like a flaw in the design prevents contact when you push the button some times.

Works great, super high output with a flame within a flame. The included cover fits well. Electric Piezo ignition with a rubberized knob. It really looks professional. You need to be creative on how to secure it into your bbq, but it you are building your own island this should not be a problem. High quality stainless, It's been in and running for about 5 mos with no problems.
