That's what I thought. Wrong!!!

These bars made a world of difference in my Weber.

They work great, the oils and juices drip down and steam back up and imparts a LOT more flavor to what ever you grill.

If yours are bad or missing, you need to check out Rivers Edge for a great product at a bargain of a price!

Ordered for Broil King Sovereign 90 LP Gas Grill. Fits great with a little extra room (if desired) for spare tank under either of the counter or hot plate. It's sturdy, good-looking, easy to put on and off, and high-quality. We like it almost as much as the grill...well, not quite, but you get the picture.

The cover was shipped and received timely. Very satisfied with the quality. But the size was miss stated by the supplier it is actually 72x23x48 not 58x21.5x48 as the supplier states. I will need to modify the length to fit properly. But it is the one I ordered so chalk one up to poor research. But over all the quality is great. Just make sure of proper size.

One of the most versatile of the Trager pellets. We have used for pork, beef roast as well brats. You can even smell the mesquite flavor when reheating the food as leftovers in the microwave.

I was skeptical until I tried this cooking method. The traeger grill/smoker starts with a rocker switch, smells great, cooks evenly, pretty difficult to burn anything. The pellet cost is similar to using kingsford charcoal. On "smoke" setting it runs about 220-240 F and barely burns any pellets. When on Medium it is about 330F and makes a great frozen pizza. Pork tenderloins and sweet potatoes cook perfectly on smoke and are done in about 2-3 hrs. OMG..babyback ribs, bisket.

I have had my egg about two years and we use it 2-4 times a week year round. These are by far the best way to start your egg. I have tried many other substitute starters when I run out or our local green egg dealer is out. None of them work as well. I can always get a good even fire within 8-10 minutes.

I had no idea that a cooking grate like this even existed until I was looking for Weber accessories on Amazon one day. I really wish my 22.5" Weber grill came with one of these in the first place, but I guess most casual grillers don't need access to the charcoal during grilling.

If you use lump charcoal, like I do, then this cooking grate is very valuable, because it allows you to shuffle the coals around without completely removing the grate. Also, if you use your grill to slow-cook meat, you can flip up the side of the grate and add more coals periodically without disrupting the food.

This is not the product pictured, advertised to be or even what it is labeled. The ad and packaging clearly say and show a "hinged" grate. We know what it should be because our other Weber kettle has the hinged grate for ease of adding charcoal when cooking with indirect heat. This one is NOT hinged. Since this is an Amazon Prime fulfillment product, I am wondering if the supplier for Amazon is making a switch on them.

Furthermore we were charged $8.82 return postage when we returned it. We ordered another size that was also pictured, described and labeled "hinged" which also is certainly not hinged. I believe there should be some adjustment to what we were charged.

I used the new probes as soon as I received them, smoked a pork butt for pulled pork.

They are not as prone to curling up as the originals, but they are no way 3 feet long,

just a hair over 30 inches. They worked fine on the smoker but it appears they would be

difficult to use in the oven because of their length; the Maverick would have to be placed

on the stove top and would be in the way if you wanted to use the burners. Didn't have

that problem with the originals, they're 42 inches long.

13041(3-pack) Replacement Straight Stainless Steel Burner for Mcm Review

This product is pretty OEM generic. A 3-pack of replacement burners. They're only packaged in a thin layer of bubble wrap and come with no instructions. I used them for a Ducane natural gas grill. Worked like a charm.

I found some instructions online. However, after taking a lot of screws out, I determine you really only need to take out the screws holding the cover for valves and manafold to the barbacue. The valve are actually screwed the cover and the instructions indicate to remove these screws before removing the cover. However, if you leave the valves still attached to the cover, you can slide the cover, valves and manafold out the inch needed to remove the burners. It also makes re-assembly much easier because you don't need to re-align each vavle to the hole in the cover.

Lastly, pay attention to the air mixure gapping on each burner. Try to match the actual inlet size of the factory units. You can find plenty of guides on the internet on what the flame should look like when the air mixure is correct. When evaluating the mixure visually, I did notice a bit of difference when the flavor covers were re-installed so I think the only trial-and-error method would be to completely install the burners (using the original burner's factory gap), valve cover, flavor covers, etc., fire up the grill, and then if the mixure isn't good, wait for the grill to cool down so you can start over. The problem is you can't adjust the air mixure without taking the burners back out so this process is a pain. I set these replacements as close to the originals as I could and figured it was good enough. I believe you just don't want too much yellow or orange flame. Blue is the correct color, with a smaller light-blue cone inside each darker blue cone. Again, plenty of videos that explain it better than I can.

I'm only giving this 4 stars because of the shoddy bubble wrapping. There was no damage to the burners but they could have been wrapped better. Instructions would have been nice too. However, the price was the cheapest I could find so maybe I shouldn't complain.
