This is really a good product. I recommend starting with a lite coating of olive oil and not as much as the label says as it can over power the meat flavor. Leave the seasoning on for a good 2 hours before grilling.

I LOVE Steven Raichlen's Kansas City BBQ rub. It is the best for cooking salmon. My husband did not typically like eating salmon, but once I started cooking it with this rub, he really enjoyed it. We rub it in on one side, stick it in the fridge for about 30 minutes, then cook on the grill with a cedar plank. Tastes great!

The stone itself is fine; perhaps worthy of 4 or 5 stars, but the cutter and paddle are extremely cheap. The cutter wobbles and hardly cuts through pizza crust without ravaging all the toppings. I had to use extreme force to even puncture the crust. The paddle is raw (unfinished) wood that is prone to slivering. It simply looks bad and feels uncomfortable to grasp. Also, the paddle is not thin enough to easily transport pizza on and off of it, so it isn't all that functional either.

I broke my last pizza stone after over ten years of use and decided to give this product a try because the price was so reasonable. I am so glad I ignored the negative comments! This stone is quite good. The finish is nice and smooth and heats well and evenly, the rack is sturdy and easy to use in lifting out the stone, the peel is wood and very sturdy and not too big to handle easily and while the "cutter/pie server" is cheap plastic, I didn't buy the product for that anyway. If you make flat bread and/or pizzas, you already should own a good stainless pizza cutter! I was very pleased with the quality of this product, especially since the price was so reasonable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good, serviceable set.

I've had this for about 7 months. Used throughout the summer months to make pizzas at least once to twice a week. I've had no problems with the stone or the peel. The pizza cutter is fine, nothing grand. The pizza stone fits about a medium size pizza. Make sure to heat the stone up with grill. I use a 22.5 inch Weber charcoal grill and it cooks pizza great. Also, make sure to use cornmeal on the stone and the peel to help slide off the pizza and take off the pizza. At the time this was the best deal for the price.

I was looking all over to find one for the grill, and this one has worked great so far. I can't wait for the garden harvest so I can make pizza with fresh veges on it. The peel worked great no problem with anything sticking. The little cutter feels a little flimsy but it is still working after about 10 pizzas.

My RV (a Chalet A-frame trailer) came with a Marshall Gas Controls 254-00 regulator, which after 10 years was not doing a good job of regulating. Marshall Gas Controls (a different company than Marshall Excelsior) went out of business in December 2012 and the 254-00 regulator is no longer available. This MEGR-8884 regulator mounts and connects exactly as the old 254-00 regulator and appears to work very well!

We installed an on demand water heater and were having issues with it cutting on and off. The original Marshall regulator would only allow 195,000 btu of gas, 10psi, and 11" water column. This units allows 235,000 btu of gas, 10 psi, and 11" water column. This unit resolved my issues and I now have continuous hot water, even when the range and heater are on.

Replaced identical defective regulator (original less than two-years old) on my Keystone Alpine RV. After installation, there was minimal gas flow...not enough to light the furnace at altitude in Colorado. Suburban water heater flame was also minimal with yellow flame. Finally, lit stove burners: minimal flame on one, and unable to light more than one.

After consulting with local RV store and researching online reviews, it seems that these regulators are known to be unreliable. I've now installed a " Camco 59005 RV Propane Double-Stage Auto-Changeover Regulator" (also available on Amazon for less money)...this regulator works flawlessly even at altitude in CO--all appliances have plenty of pressure to operate simultaneously.

The megr-9984 is sold as a replacement for the 254-00. It is not.

The lever on the 254-00 points to the service tank. When the service tank is empty the indicator turns red and the regulator switches to the reserve tank. The user switches the lever to point to the reserve tank and it becomes the service tank. The empty tank can be removed and filled. This gives the user a full tank when the service tank is empty.

The service tank on the megr-9984 is on the left and the reserve is on the right. When the lever is pointed to the left, gas is taken from the service tank. When the service tank is empty, the indicator turns red and the regulator changes to the reserve tank. The user points the lever the lever to the right, fills the service tank and then points the lever to the left. This give the user an unknown quantity of reserve when the service tank is empty. The reserve tank will eventually be empty and provide no reserve. The only way to have a full reserve tank is to fill both tanks at the same time.

Ever have trouble with scallops playing ring-a-round-the-rosie when you have them skewered and on the grill. You most certainly don't have to worry about that with these babies. We bought two sets to make sure we have enough when we have our friends over. Only drawback I think is the wood handles. Granted the wood is small it's still a bit worry some when on the grill. We soak the handles for good measure. The metal tongs are the perfect length and are securly mounted to the handles. No worry there. Never have your food try to fight with you again on the grill with these. We love them.

We used these at a cookout with my brother-in-law several months back and the easiest place to find them for s was amazon. They look fragile(the wooden handle), but the heat and use does not damage the wood. he has had his for an extended period of time. The flat style souble prong makes it so much easier to cook/flip/rotate skewers on a grill without the skewered food spinning opr falling off. If you like cooking stuff on a skewer, than this is definately worth the money!

Char-Broil Universal Fit 22" Bar Burner Review

My grill sits outside all year, so I seem to go through a burner element once a year or so. Even if it looks to be in reasonable shape, I have found that replacing it results in more even and better heating.

The hardest part about changing out burners is the inevitable grill clean-up project that it turns into. Removing the old burner is never a problem, and putting in the new one takes about 30 seconds. This unit comes with standoffs for raising the burner above the bottom of the grill, and clips for securing the propane lines. You will immediately know if your installation requires either of these.

Don't worry about the propane connection-the burner lines slip into the propane feeds underneath the grill-no tools, sealers, tightening or expertise required...a five-year-old could do it.

Amazon seems cheaper than the big box retailers by a couple bucks, and always seems to have them in stock, especially during grill tune-up season in late Spring. While you are at it, consider buying a new drip vaporizer bar. Char-Broil 4986272 3-Piece Universal Vaporizer Bar

The only downside-this burner is made out of fairly light steel, as is every other one I have ever seen for sale. Just means you are going to be buying one again next year.

Our grill and outside electrical wall outlet are not exactly convenient. The longer cord would have eliminated the need for an extension chord. From the photo we expected the longer chord but the chord is the typical short chord. We can't vault the seller because this maybe the photo provided by the manufacturer. If so, this photo definitely needs to be changed.

My only complaint is that even though I oil the veggies, there is quite a bit of sticking for a non stick pan. you definitely have to spray or oil the pan AND keep the veggies moving or they will burn and stick. These salt and pepper shakers are pretty much what I expected, plastic shakers to put outside that you can drop and get dirty and not worry about it. For the price, the build quality meets or maybe even exceeds what I would expect.

The holes are way too big though. I never understand how companies screw up the size of holes on these shakers. They have one feature they really need to check before they package it and that is the ability to shake salt or pepper out without releasing too much or too little.

These are great salt and pepper shakers for the grill. Yes, the holes are large, but I use more salt and pepper on the grill than I do at the table. These shakers are larger than they appear in the picture. Each one is 2-1/2-inches wide and 3-inches tall. They are made of a high quality acrylic plastic. The black, top section does not unscrew. They are filled through a rubber stopper on the underside. I'm glad I purchased them and would do it again.
