Buy Charcoal Companion Non-Stick Square Deep Dish Grilling Wok
I ordered this for grilling veggies because I always seem to loose them through the grate. My only complaint is that even though I oil the veggies, there is quite a bit of sticking for a non stick pan. you definitely have to spray or oil the pan AND keep the veggies moving or they will burn and stick. Could be a question of my culinary skill but I want my non-stick to be idiot proof!!
