Unfortunately the Weber web-site doesn't seem to list any information for these Gridles. There are two models, I purchased the "9882" model. I think I should have purchased the "9881", which is larger (17-7/16 by 11-13/16 inches). This Griddle is the same width, but only about 14 inches long.

The first surprise I had was when I opened the box. The Griddle was smaller than the (Weber-made) box, and left to rattle around without any packaging inside. Whats more, the griddle is totally different to the picture on the box (and on this website). On the box, you can clearly see that the griddle has a "grease trap" at the front, a valuable feature, but the actual griddle inside did not it was just one flat surface.

Because I got the smaller griddle, it doesn't run the full depth of my Weber Genesis Platinum C Grill, but that is fine, as it leaves me some extra grilling space. The Griddle is heavy, and set ontop of the Grill, it was solid and did not move. If you have any experience with Cast-Iron utensils, you will quickly get used to this griddle. Cast Iron takes a little more work and care, but it is well worth it.

The Griddle worked well, and cooking such items as bacon and eggs is a delight. I gave the Griddle just three stars because of the packaging, and because the picture didn't accurately reflect the product.

This reveiw is for the Weber 9882 Cast Iron Griddle which I just received for my Weber Genesis Silver A gas grill. The other review is correct in that the photo of the Weber 9882 (on the box and Amazon's website) is not accurate. The photo is of the 9881 which has a lower drip level where the 9882 does not (see Weber's website). I was searching for a griddle that did NOT have a drip section (the 9882). I'm using primarily to make White Castle hamburgers. YES!

You may want to note that the 9882 griddle ALSO has a ribbed section on the other side for cooking bacon etc!!!! The description and photos do not indicate this little "other" feature! Of course the item will need to be seasoned and maintained as it will rust. Worth the money!

GrillPro 98155 Pizza/Grilling Stone Reviews

The stone itself is fine; perhaps worthy of 4 or 5 stars, but the cutter and paddle are extremely cheap. The cutter wobbles and hardly cuts through pizza crust without ravaging all the toppings. I had to use extreme force to even puncture the crust. The paddle is raw (unfinished) wood that is prone to slivering. It simply looks bad and feels uncomfortable to grasp. Also, the paddle is not thin enough to easily transport pizza on and off of it, so it isn't all that functional either.

I broke my last pizza stone after over ten years of use and decided to give this product a try because the price was so reasonable. I am so glad I ignored the negative comments! This stone is quite good. The finish is nice and smooth and heats well and evenly, the rack is sturdy and easy to use in lifting out the stone, the peel is wood and very sturdy and not too big to handle easily and while the "cutter/pie server" is cheap plastic, I didn't buy the product for that anyway. If you make flat bread and/or pizzas, you already should own a good stainless pizza cutter! I was very pleased with the quality of this product, especially since the price was so reasonable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good, serviceable set.

I've had this for about 7 months. Used throughout the summer months to make pizzas at least once to twice a week. I've had no problems with the stone or the peel. The pizza cutter is fine, nothing grand. The pizza stone fits about a medium size pizza. Make sure to heat the stone up with grill. I use a 22.5 inch Weber charcoal grill and it cooks pizza great. Also, make sure to use cornmeal on the stone and the peel to help slide off the pizza and take off the pizza. At the time this was the best deal for the price.

I was looking all over to find one for the grill, and this one has worked great so far. I can't wait for the garden harvest so I can make pizza with fresh veges on it. The peel worked great no problem with anything sticking. The little cutter feels a little flimsy but it is still working after about 10 pizzas.

Big enough to cover my Char Broil charcol grill with room to spare.

With the exhaust stack on the BBQ, it wont go all the way to the ground. It sits just above the lower shelf on my BBQ.

After a month in GA T storms, it is still waterproof. My BBQ is still black in color thanks to this, no rust.

It's a smaller charcoal starter, which makes it ideal for hibachis and small offset smokers. This item is also exceptionally well done. They cleverly shaped the chimney with a decided oval outline making unloading the hot charcoals a whole lot less hazardous. The internal peaked placement of the charcoals, a la Weber, makes it efficient as well. Well executed item.

I bought these because I'm always burning my arms when I remove bread from my oven. These gloves cover my arms to the elbow and are flexible enough to allow me to handle bread pans easily. The price is outstanding; I saw the same thing at one of the chain home stores for $7.99 each.

It is tight to get into and the thumb is too short. I would return it except the postage would cost me more than the mitt did. I made the mistake of hanging my old Weber mits on the wall and going with some new silicone mits that my wife bought me as a present. I figured they would do a better job. Plus, for some jobs like taking chicken off the rotisserie, I would be able to wash them easier. After all, they were the latest and greatest.

Well I'm back to the old Weber mits again. I found that the silicone mits did not give me as positive of grip plus I found that although they seemed to provide more short-term protection against heat, the silicone mits themselves will get hot and then they retain the heat. In other words, if you were doing something that that would heat up the Weber mit all you had to do was back away and the mit itself would cool off almost immediately. That is not the case with the silicone mits, once they heat up, they stay hot and it keeps adding up until you can't stand to have your hands in them any more. That's why I came back to the Weber mits.

I recently purchased a Cobb grill and needed a grill pan that would allow me to easily cook a lot of vegetables. I purchased this item because the measurements listed on the Amazon website made me think that this pan would fit inside the dome of the Cobb grill. Unfortunately, the 11" description on the website does not accurately reflect the real size of this pan. The 11" refers to the pan WITHOUT the handles. As a result, the pan would NOT fit inside the Cobb dome.

Fortunately, the handles were only spot welded on, so my husband was able to easily snap the handles off of the pan. Without the handles, the Grill Wok fits perfectly inside my Cobb grill. The pan is sturdy and has an easily cleaned non-stick coating.

I was displeased that the website description was inaccurate, but now that we have solved the problem, I like the pan.

item arrived with one end of one of the handles detached. after a couple months of use, that handle fell off entirely. This made it impossible to use in the way I wanted, in which the handles were holding the basket on a rim directly above the coals. So i had to find a new use for it, and needed to remove the other handle. I was able to twist off the other handle with just normal arm strength.

The "nonstick" is a joke too, although given the price and the amount of heat this thing is subjected to I wasn't expecting that to last. Teflon coatings don't work in these things -I'm going to a steel or copper basket.

I had ordered this one off Amazon. Price was cheap but for non-stick the coating came off it. Just have to keep it oiled and then keep it clean. I use it on 10,000 BTU burner and place all my chopped veggies into it. But I must watch it so the veggies don't get burnt. You can also steam in this just use a cover on it. I use glass one. Veggies taste better too. You'll need oven gloves as the handles do get very hot to touch.

I am only giving this 4 out of 5 stars because the coating came off the wok grill, other than that it's not a bad grill.

bought this from home depot thought it was a great idea, modular and easy to assemble. then i put my chicken legs on it and everything went off the road. because this thing is nothing more than sheet metal on bent metal rods with tiny nicks in them to hold up and in place and the top kept falling when you put any significant weight on it. so unless you only eat 2 legs or wing sat a time i would suggest going elsewhere i ended buying the boyou classic one for less money and im much happier.

I used this grill for tailgating and camping for a few summers and have really enjoyed it. The legs are admittedly a bit tough to get out of the holes sometimes but it is a minor inconvenience. When grilling I always am sure to fill the bottom pan with water, it makes cleanup a breeze. I like that the grill top is removable, I use the burner with pans and my Camp Coffee Pot. When my husband and I bought our first house we even used it before we took delivery on our appliances and (bigger) gas grill. This is a nice starter grill, serious tailgaters will want more, but enjoyable for a couple of people and super portable for camping.

for the price, this is an awesome grill. i agree with a reviewer below, some people expect too much for the price. the unit is lightweight and very portable. the "flimsyness" does not feel like a thrift store feel. It feels quite strong for a lightweight, $40 grill.

clean up is a breeze. if you didn't read the instructions, you are suppose to fill up the water pan. the water pan is also removable. it makes cleaning such a breeze.

Being able to use this as a grill or as a stove is very convienent. Clean up is good. Portability is awesome. For $40, this is definately worth the money. Just don't expect the quality to be equal to that of a $99 grill like some reviewers on here.

This grill has been incredibly convenient. It's small, lightweight and works very well. I love that it can be used as a stove top or a grill. My husband and I camp often and this is the perfect solution for us. It's well worth $40 and any time we have people with us they are always commenting on how much they love the grill too. Not only would I recommend to take it camping but you can even use it for a day trip to the beach or something like that.

I'm totally sold on double prong skewers and own quite of few brands and different sizes. Double prong work well for shrimp, scallops, veggies and fruit. Heck they work well on everything...by holding everything in place and making it easier to rotate on the grill. I bought these purely for the size/length. They're great.

I was an ecstatic owner of the earlier version of the stainless steel Smoky Mountain smoker and loved it. Unfortunately due to a design flaw that allowed water to accumulate in the bottom of the smoker, it eventually rusted out and was rendered useless. Rather than be able to buy the bottom piece, that is listed as a replaceable part, I had to buy a new smoker. I literally had these two smokers side-by-side to be able to make accurate comparisons. The "new" version is NOT everything the older model is or was. The new smokers is made of thin, flimsy sheet metal which means horrible insulation and uses considerably more propane to cook the same items as the older model. The flimsy drawers are terrible and the water pan is extremely small (much smaller than the old bowl) which means the water completely evaporates while cooking for even a couple hours. When the water evaporates, the temperature you were dialed into will increase substantially and rapidly completely changing the cooking environment you thought you had dialed in.

If I didn't know better, I would say some venture capital group came in a bought the old company out and realized they could "cut" costs at just about every turn (including packaging) and even raise the price of the old (very well-made/high quality)smoker and laugh all the way to the bank. This item is one that once you receive it, assemble it and then realize what a piece of junk you have, you can't imagine how you could even send it back.

I am a long time, accomplished smoker and know of what I speak here! The fact that this company took a really great product and did this to it is exactly why companies go out of business. My guess is they realize that their decisions to down-grade the quality of this smoker to such a huge degree will ultimately result in this product's (and company's) demise.

Hopefully this happens sooner rather than later so fewer people are bilked out of their hard earned money.

If you buy this, be prepared to get exactly what I have described. This smoker is functional but just not at all worth the money and you will be stuck with a large, black metal albatross in your back yard!

First off, walmart has this $50 cheaper, If you happen to have one close by your house to ship to and pick up.

Easy to put together; screw driver and a ratchet set helps to make thing quiker etc. I seasoned it and had it ready to give it test on a Sunday morning.

I did a Pork Butt and two slabs of ribs. First off the smoker box that it comes with, is way too small, with my wood chips having been soaked in water for over an hour, it will only hold enough chips to smoke for about 40 minutes. So i went out and got picked up a 12" pie pan, that worked like a charm, now im smoking for about 2 hours before another round of wood chips.

2nd i was losing way too much smoke through the door, so i used thermo heat resistant tape to seal the door. Its a hassle but it does the job.

3rd all the drippings end up up outside the smoker on the ground. I should have seen this coming, i will continue to use it however this need to sit out in the dirt. I have to deal with patio stains now.

4th heat control was okay, it was a cool mid 50's cloudy and drizzly day outside, i was able to maintain at 225f just below the Medium setting on burner setting.

So how did my BBQ Pull Pork and BBQ Ribs come out? Very impressed, I've been smoking with charcoal barrel style smoker before tending to the charcoal. This was a lot less labor intensive did not have one bit Propane or chemical taste, the end consensus based on my family and neighbors over Sunday night football? "I can ditch the barrel style smoker"

I bought this charcoal starter on Amazon after looking at many styles and models, have been thinking of purchasing one for a long time, after getting tired of food tasting like lighter fluid and charcoal taking a long time to heat up. This was the best purchase I made!, the handle is far enough away from the coals, and the unit may be a little heavy but not something I can't pick up, I used a regular mitt potholder and did not feel the heat at all, and best of all, the charcoal heated up in 20 minutes and they were all evenly hot and ready. and the delivery was prompt and packaged well with instructions in the box.
