After reading the previous review, I do agree that the instructions could have been better (it took an entire morning to put together) and that some of the parts seem a little flimsy, like the grease trays.
However I did not have any of the installation troubles, missing parts, or strange smell upon starting the grill. So far, it's been cooking like a champ. I had a Broil King before and am very pleased with this grill, as it's a step up from my previous one.
I like the electric starter. The heat seems very even and the top rack is spacious and gets out of the way when you lift the lid. I haven't tried the rotisserie or the side burner yet, so I can't comment on those.

Background: Have a Costco Sonoma (discontinued) All stainless steel grill with infared rear rotisserie and wanted to upgrade. What a disappointment.1. Instructions were of poor print quality and part descriptors were missing or wrong.
2. Screws required a # 3 square head driver and not a Phillips head screwdriver
3. Grill and burner parts are poor fitting and do not align.
4. Rear rotisserie in a flame burner and not infared (my fault, should have done more research)
5. Rotisserie rod interferes with side burner
6. side burner and main burners will blow out if too windy
7. inner burners burn cooler than the outer ones making cooking on this a new experience
8. Duel grease traps are in the back of the unit, very cheesy and cheap aluminum foil dishes that had holes in them when received and are hard to replace and clean. Had to line them with foil and will not fit into the recesses.
9. when initially starting up, had a very strong odor of burning/melting plastic.
10. Side are rear panels non ss sheet metal.
11. Cover and tub are cast Aluminum
12. needed 3/8" to 1/2" pipe adaptor to attach the gas line.
Overall, this unit is a looker and not a cooker. However, it does work and serves it's purpose, but it is nowhere near the quality or performance that I was expecting. As stated in the beginning, our Sonoma grill does not have any of these issues.
The seller was outstanding and the shipping company was first rate and should is not being faulted for this product.
