I bought one, and then realized I should have purchased two. If you want to go from using the BGE plate for indirect cooking to direct cooking, two of these gloves are perfect for pulling out the plate while it is hot.

I had used the green egg gloves for a long time in the past but the Pit Mitt is so much better! Still high heat resistant but the biggest improvement is the full finger flexibility to hold or grab hot things.
