Nice design but it doesn't look to be brass (Amazon listing said brass). Also, the scraper was bent but it isn't worth returning.

I have this product and I use it for many purposes. It is great not only for cleaning the grill grates, but also for cleaning the outside of the grill. Though I use it for the outside less frequently, I think that it preforms beautifully at getting rid of old stains and build-up on the grill. With some other scrubbers, a dirty hand-washing is necessary but I can put this straight in the dishwasher, which is super convenient for me after each time I grill. I did not have any shipping issues, and received the product in good condition; but it would not be the fault of the product for poor packaging, it works great!

Bought this as a Xmas gift for stepdad. He likes it. I wish it would have come in more of a product packaging. It just came with bubble wrap around the head.
