When I received this item it was on time, but I immediately felt something wrong due to the carton the Grill was in was dilapidated and torn. 10 minute's after starting construction I found that the wrong part's to even start assembly were wrong. I conntacted the maker of the grill, and they sent out the "replacement" part. It was the exact same piece that was wrong in the 1st place. I again contacted the maker's, and after 3 day's of phone tag, they informed me that they don't have the part I need, and that I need to return the product for refund. This whole process took around 2 week's, and I still don't have a grill. I WILL NOT be purchasing a Marsh Allen product ever again.Best Deals for Marsh Allen Deluxe Barrel Smoker Grill
I ordered the Deluxe Barrel Smoker Grill as a father's day gift. Amazon shipped quickly like they always do.Opened up the box to assemble Friday morning and lo and behold the first part I am to assemble is not the right partthe bottom "shelf" grid thingy. This seems to be an important part to get right for the stability of the grill :-( After 5 calls and 3 messages left with the person the receptionist thinks I need to talk to I have not heard back from anyone. Not that I expected to get the new part by Sunday, but I was kinda hoping that maybe it is the right part, just the wrong instructions and someone might be able to help me get it assembled in time to present the gift :-(
I am very excited about this grill, it seems like it will be great. Sturdy, etc... I'll update if I ever hear back from Marsh Allen Customer Service. I REALLY don't want to pack this thing back up!!!!!
