This is a very solid cutter with plenty of heft and rigidity. The steel nearest the handle is fairly thick and tapers down slightly toward the cutting edge. This makes for a substantial blade and there is little or no flex when pressing down to make cuts. The handle is firmly attached and has some cushioning resulting in a very comfortable grip. The length will require several cuts along each axis for larger pizzas but this can be done quickly and cleanly. It arrived with a cutting edge about as sharp as that found on a pair of child's scissors and I chose to sharpen mine on a bench stone which has improved its performance. Overall, I like this cutter a lot and expect to get many years of trouble free service out of it.

Every family should own one of these pizza servers! Others are never quite large or sturdy enough to do the job. This is heavy duty and more than you'll ever need for a super-size multi-topping pizza. I bought one for each of my grown children and they love it too!

This pizza server is very high quality. It's large, strong and will most likely last forever. I was using a plastic one that I had gotten from tupperware many years ago and it seemed that every time we used it, another piece of it would break off. So when I got this pizzacraft one, I was very impressed and happy. We love it.
