I've often wondered what kind of pan I needed to make my biscuits come out all the same shape. This cast iron pan is perfect! Be sure when you get it to read the care directions so you'll prolong the life of the pan. Otherwise don 't blame the manufacturer if it rusts or warps. Good care is everything.
