We installed this grill in our outdoor kitchen and it performs flawlessly. I like the charcoal tray as it is divided into three section and I can use one section for times when I am grilling a small quantity of food as the charcoal can be piled up in the smaller section. The crank lets me put the hot coals as high as I need to the point that I am directly under the grates. The grates are heavy duty and we are impressed with the overall quality. I would like to see a deeper ash bin tray on the bottom.

When I arrived home i noticed what was supposed to be a box, what was left of it on my front porch.. I barely pulled the box and it fell apart.. The grill was fine all except the handle in the front is dented.. The only way I see to get it fixed is to send the entire grill back and wait for the replacement.. I wish AMAZON had a customer care phone number so I could call and ask for just the handle. That would be easier, faster and cheaper on everyone.. This thing weighs 135lbs and is awkward to handle..As far as the grill is concerned, I have no idea.. Looks nice except the handle
