I installed this grill in my outdoor kitchen about 10 months ago. For the price I paid, I find good value in the grill. Here are some pros& cons:

PROS

1. Easy to install & connect to natural gas line

2. The lights are very convenient

3. Infrared burner

4. High heat

5. Solid stainless steel construction and good components

6. Burners are cast

7. Ignites every time

8. Looks great in my outdoor kitchen

9. The grease pan is easily removed and cleaned

10. The price was right relative to other grills that I looked at.

CONS

1. The lights use a transformer that is always plugged in. Eventually the transformer will break.

2. The grill is almost too hot even on a low setting. I am constantly fighting grease fires even after I shut off the burners in a particular zone.

3. The cutout dimensions listed on the website were not correct.

4. Bull's customer service department is not responsive.

5. There were not enough existing holes in the lower bracket to install mounting bolts. I had to improvise.

NOTE: I have never tried the rotisserie so I cannot speak on it's quality.

Overall good grill and I would buy it again if I had the chance.

This is a very well made sturdy BBQ,everything is made of heavy duty stainless steel. I like the fact that it has lights inside, and looks to be easy to clean and replace parts. I read on another site that this was very slow to heat up. I couldn't be further from the truth, this thing on high gets to 500 F in about 5 minutes.

After spending a tremendous amount of time researching the web for grills and there are an endless amount of choices, we decided based on specs to buy the Angus The grill is great for cooking and has a really good capacity for large meals.The cover and the lights are the weakest points, but they really are not the reason to buy a grill.Spend some time adjusting the air shutters to match your conditions! Technical support was helpful the directions are not!

Let me say that this grill is expensive at $1637 and the customer service is not worth the effort. Normally I find that most items are shipped with either a NG hook-up or LPG. I sell generators and they come both ways for convenience of the customer. Not so with Bull! Of course I made the error of ordering the NG when I should have noticed that they also sell the same unit in LPG. But I didn't, and now I am forced to purchase the conversion kit for about $200 + install labor. If you buy the Bull Angus from Amazon, just make sure you order exactly what you need to run on the type of gas you have in your home, otherwise Bull will NOT help you but insist that you buy the conversion kit from a plumber and hire the plumber to install it. Bull's take on this subject of not willing to even sell the conversion kit to customers is liability. They must think that this absolves them of any responsibility, I don't think so!

We have had this grill for about 2 years now. The steel is thick and high quality. There are no signs of rust or pitting. It continues to start reliably. It does take a little practice to get the desired temperature by adjusting zone independently. But I'm sure that is the case with all grills. The price is quite competitive. Highly recommend.
