This piece is used to transfer gas from one burner to the other.. there is only 1 to an order. So you will need at least 3 of these to make a 4 burner grill work properly. I had to reorder, because I thought all 3 was in the order. They fit great and now I can use my grill again. The shipping was quick.

These crossovers were suppose to be a replacement part for my Brinkmann Grill. I did a lot of researching because my grill is discontinue and my searches recommended these as a substitute. I compared the measurements to the originals and everything looked fine. Just received them and they are way too long and I can not fit them between the burners. It would not be feasible to return them so I will keep them and grind them down to fit. Disappointed but not a huge deal because I can still light the burners by hand until I fix the crossovers. Just beware when purchasing these that you will most likely have to make adjustments too. They seem to be very sturdy and better made than the originals. So after the adjustments I believe these will last me for quite awhile.

update after installation: The crossovers, like I said, were too long for my grill so I had to cut them down to fit. Also they were made the opposite way from the originals. The bent lip was made on the bottom which my originals were on top. This does make a difference because I installed them the way the originals came out and the next burner would not light. After I trimmed them down and flipped them over so the bent lip was on top everything worked. You shouldn't have to go threw all this trouble with new parts that were listed to fit my grill. So I will leave my rating at 3 stars because they do work but I would not recommend these to anyone looking for a Brinkmann Grill replacement part.

I made a mistake in ordering subsequent ones (9424 instead of 9423). Just watch it if you get 1 to try and then another 2 after you've verified they'll fit. I didn't read the order closely and ordered the wrong ones for my brinkmann. With these little units, they have to be the same size as the ones you're pulling out. It's pretty important!
