I ordered 4 burners for my specific grill model. When they arrived I received a burner that matched the photo but was about an inch too small. My written requests for assistance went unanswered, there doesn't seem to be any person that I can reach by phone. when I returned the items, I only received a partial refund, plus I had to pay the shipping cost to return. I am out about $30 on this deal, with nothing to show for it.

Least expensive place I found parts. Did not want to spend too much being the grill is already 6 yrs. old. Didn't have to buy a new grill though. Parts were the right size and shipped in a couple days.
