Used it and it worked three times, and now the pilot light comes on and no power. It does not heat.Called manufacturer and they wanted to ship replacement parts. They think the electronic parts failed or maybe the burner. Though they were helpful, we needed the smoker for a family reunion the day after it quit working. Contacted Amazon and they allowed me to return the item and only pay a 20% restock fee. I guess that is reasonable, but I cannot recommend this product.

gasket will not stay in door channel. So far have smoked a chicken and a boston butt both turned out great.

we have only had a chance to use the smoker once so far but it did great on some chicken a few weeks ago and today we are starting some venison snack sticks. Really looking forward to not having to use the oven for these this year and being able to finish a much larger batch all at once
