This griddle helps so much! Now my house doesn't smell like bacon all day after cooking it. Time spent at the stove making pancakes is cut in half! Definitely recommend if you want to spend ore time with family and less time in the kitchen!

This custom made griddle is exactly what you need. I have made pancake breakfasts for groups of 6 to 12 several times on it now, and I love it. It holds its temperature just fine and seasons after cooking a half-pound of bacon. I keep it inside the grill all the time when not in use and set it aside when I'm doing just plain grilling.
The one think I wish it had is a little deeper grease reservoir. It fills up pretty fast. But then I really shouldn't be eating that much greasy food anyway and really, I usually don't.

This grill is great! I was hesitatnt because I wanted that "char-grill" taste on my food. I live in a townhome so I cannot have open flames on my patio. This is the perfect alternative. Food tastes amazing. Easy to assemble, although takes a bit of time. Maybe because I'm not too handy. Clean-up is also very simple. If you are debating it... buy it. Happy grilling!

i have used for frying bacon it works great would buy it again as it is great I am going to fix pan cakes on it and eggs
