I bought two of these for cleaning out the old dust and bits of mortar between the bricks in my wall before repairing. Although both did the job required, they only lasted for a small portion of my wall (about 20 square feet) before the wire bristles were so bent out of proportion that they became useless. Ended up buying one that has more width in the bristles and stronger. And yes it cost more then the two put together...but it lasted and completed the job.
