My husband has used the pellet smoker in our smokehouse quite a bit and it works great. Whether hot smoking or cold smoking this thing produces great smoke without the hassles of chips or chunks. We have ordered extra pellets of which there is a great variety several times and have received great customer service every time we've called. I have been a AMAZEN Products customer for over two years and i can say this is the best money i have spent on my smokers.I love the Ease and Results i get with Amazens little miracle the AMNPS. I still use my original version of the AMAZEN with dust for shorter cold smokes or quick hot smokes...but if you want 11 hours of consistent thin blue smoke... you will looking a long time to find any product that compares to Amazens line of pellet smoke generators. AMAZENS line of smoke generators are second to none...built with high quality materials...and the customer service is in a class of it's own...you have a problem or question you won't have either for long!!!

I bought the AMAZEN to use in my Masterbuilt 40 and 30 inch electric smokers. All i can say is if you own either of these smokers it will be the best money you can spend to get consistent thin blue smoke...it turned my ho-hum smokers into quality smoking machines. No more running to the smoker every half hour to add chips...fire up the Amazen and you have up to 11 hours of quality smoke at hand. 24 hours of cold smoke on belly bacon...2 fills...2.5 hours of cold smoke on cheese no problem. 11 hours of smoke on a boston butt for pulled pork...fill it..light it and forget it.

This product allows people without smokers to cold smoke items such as cheese without breaking the bank. It also allows people with smokers to have several hours of smoke without adding chips/chunks.

I had contact with the company on several occasions. To say I had great customer service would be a understatement. I just wish more companies would have customer service half as good as A-Maze-N Products.
