I needed to bake some breads that had to have an oven at 350. My ovens are always at 525 or higher so I wanted to be 100% certain of where the temperature was. It worked exactly as expected and am very happy with it.
I would keep it in the oven all the time it it had a customizable hook for the inside. There are vent holes on the inside of the oven that could be used for this.

It appears to read about 50F too high. The hook for hanging it is way too small. Otherwise, it's perfect as a square thing made out of stainless steel for which you may someday find a use
