This is a great product. Packaged nicely with no missing pieces. I was unsure at first due to the one other review but I still went ahead and made the purchace, and I'm verry happy I did. This is a heavy duty grill made of heavy steel, I have been looking a grills and this one compares to the ones at Bass Pro Shops costing $500+++ We purchaced this grill to go along with us when we travel using the motor home. I would recomend everyone to purchace this product

I received this grill one day before football season dented, banged up, and missing bolts and pieces. At first one might say bad shipper, but the grill and shelf just did not fit. Now I'm thinking this is just poor quality control. As requested, I contacted Fred Epperson at Medina, and was told this was unacceptable, they did not operated like that and he would send me a new grill ASAP. I say ok let me try another, but after a little over a week, I email back to ask where my grill is, after missing two weekends of football. Fred, who has forgot all about me now says, Oh I didn't know you purchased from amazon. Go back to them. What a waste of time. Two weeks waiting for Nothing. Treated like garbage. Thanks Fred. Your customer service is as bad as your quality control and your grills. After three weeks, I finally did receive another from Amazon, with the two grills at my house; I was able to find enough bolts and other parts to build one working model. Thanks again Medina.
