The product arrived quickly and was as described in the ad submitted by the seller. Unfortunately the wicks didn't really fir my lanterns and were very difficult to install. I view this as my issue. Perhaps the product description could be updated to beter describe the wick thickness. Widith was fine but they were a bit thick for my lanterns. However, these are the flat, cloth-like kind that you typically see in an oil latern.
