As other reviewers may have already mentioned. There's actually no temperature given, just some value ideas for whether it's done or not so you have different ones for beef and poutry. If they just indicate temperature then it could be used for any meat. Bad design and I should have known that without the temperature, this wouldn't be even remotely useful. My suggestion, get something else more functional.

Bought this as a "house warming" gift for my new snowbird parents. They are spending time living in an RV and off the grill. They told me this has saved them so much time that they can now cook more fun fiests.

This product was a birthday gift and he loved it! I didn't realize it was only two for beef and two for chicken. I would have liked all beef. My bad for not reading closer.

I bought this set of meat thermometers for my husband for fathers day when he showed an interest in learning more about grilling. I asked him what he thought of them, and he said he liked them, but they were better for thicker cuts of meat. They didn't seem to work as well for thinner cuts.

does what its supposed to do but really not all that useful.. dials too small to be of use. spikes need to be longer.
