These replacement heat shields have worked out great. Much cheaper here than from Charbroil or many other grill part web sites. The coating also makes for an easier cleanup. The shape is a bit different than the original shields that came with the grill several years ago, but this didn't affect installation or performance in any way.

Product is well made and strong. Good material. Coated so easier to clean. Only reason I did not give it five stars, the little cut outs were too narrow to fit our bbq, but we managed to fit them in. Would suggest to mfg to widen them a little to fit the varying degrees of the part inside the bbq these must match.. Our old ones had totally deteriorated so it was nice to find a replacement at such a excellent price. Very happy with these, do recommend them, and would buy again.

These are affordable and seem to be a reasonably good replacement for the factory Charbroil parts; maybe my Charbroil unit has deformed a bit due to years of heat but these didn't just "drop" into place like I'd expect. They had to be bent a bit to git the grooves to line up with the appropriate place on the grill. I hate to have to do that since it can crack/chip the enamel coating which probably reduces the life of the heat shields.

Then again, for this price, I'll get several more years out of the grill and that's a much better deal than a new grill.

These replacement burner tents were better looking than the OEM items...and nearly fit as well. The fit was a bit loose, but they set on all the rests just fine. Did I mention the price was unbelievable? Nearly a quarter the cost of the OEM parts.
