We have a new deck and wanted to protect it from embers etc, so I purchased the best mats I could find. The round one we use for our med. size Big Green Egg and it is just barely big enough. Wish they made a bigger one!

If you have a low pit, this mat might not protect the deck. It is a fire hazard waiting to occur it you use it with a low pit stand. We ended up using it on the spare grill with a high stand.

I did alot of research on many types of grill pads for my brand new Weber 22.5 charcoal grill. This grill pad fits the bill perfectly, it has solid cement construction and looks fantastic under my new black grill, the colors offset each other perfectly, I only wish it was a little bigger, but otherwise I love this grill pad!!

Purchased this to use under our fire pit. We wanted something that could protect our deck from falling embers from inside the pit. Just the correct size for the base of the fire pit. And it offered great protection for the deck nothing burned thru.
